Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung war ebenfalls super und vor allem die Sauberkeit hat uns gefallen.

Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig (wie überall auf Bali) und wir hatten leider eine Baustelle neben uns.

Great spot to base yourself in Canggu

Location was convenient to get around Canggu, you can walk along the beach to the Lawn, Atlas or Finns in 5-10 minutes and all the shops too. We loved the complementary a la carte breakfasts and massage.

Decor in our room felt slightly dated, but it was spacious and comfortable

Perfect little zen oasis walking distance to all the hot spots in Canggu.

Perfect little zen oasis in the busy Canggu area. On a quiet street with the beach at the end of the road. Lots of tree cover makes it feel cool on hot days. A few pools to choose from and the hotel is well designed to make each area feel private and relaxed. Great included breakfast. We hardly saw our neighbours and the staff were so lovely and accommodating from start to finish. A fantastic spot walking distance along the beach to The Lawn, Old mans and other Canggu hot spots. Highly recommended.

GEWELDIG!

Wat een oase van rust midden in canggu. Ik heb zo genoten van mijn verblijf! Ik zou het zeker ook aanraden als je alleen reist. Het ligt heel centraal maar toch lekker rustig. Bij Zin Café zitten veel mensen die aan het werk zijn. Ontbijt is echt heerlijk a la carte. 👌🏻 De service is echt SUPER! Wat een vriendelijkheid. Mijn kamer was ook echt top. Elke dag werd er schoongemaakt zonder dat ik het merkte. Via whatsapp kon ik alle vragen stellen die binnen een paar minuten beantwoord werden. De omgeving al het groen, de zwembaden. Ik heb hier echt een top verblijf gehad.

Er is inderdaad wat geluidsoverlast van het muziek. Nu ben ik een hele gevoelige slapen en kon zelfs met m’n oordoppen goed slapen zonder dat ik er last van had. Ik zat in suite 211 en hoorde het wel maar absoluut niet storend. Laat je hierdoor niet tegenhouden. Wel extra oordoppen meenemen.

The water pressure is terrible for the showers in rooms upstairs. Upstairs rooms with the good view end up hearing all the loud music until 2-3am from a nightclub a few streets over. If better sliding doors were fitted it would probably help.

I will not go back. I was really disappointed considering also the price per night

Very nice hotel and very kind and lovable staff.

Unfortunately the hotel is awfully too noisy!!!! A real nightmare! During the day, construction works with jackhammers, both next door and in the hotel itself. At night, shattering loud volume music from a nearby nightclub. In the morning at dawn woken up by the loud talking of 2 staffs cleaning the pool. Room full of starving mosquitoes despite the electronic repellent device. Last the back pool is facing a really smelly canal.

Vriendelijk personeel, leuke ambiance, meerdere zwembaden, goede locatie, goed ontbijt. WaanZINnig!

Geluid van de open lucht disco van niet veel verderop zijn alleen een klein beetje te horen in de kamer.

Inspirational place, beautiful and great for party going remote workers who don't sleep before 2am

Buildings and garden inspirational and beautiful. Several small pools, many plants. Great cafe/restaurant for remote work.

There is only one downside but it is big: the beach club has super loud bass speakers pointing towards the hotel where large full wall glass windows amplify the sound waves into the room. Don't expect to sleep before club closes at 2am.

Super mooi hotel met ontzettende vriendelijk personeel.

De vriendelijke mensen die er werken, het heerlijke eten, van ontbijt, lunch tot diner, super smaken. De plek vlakbij het strand en naast de geweldige surfschool Suko Surf. In de omgeving van allerlei leuke eettentjes. Het fijne zwembad met overkapping en ligbedden. Mooie groene tuin, een klein paradijsje. De massage is top!!

Het resort geeft aan dat je last kunt hebben van het geluid van de bars en clubs een paar straten verderop. Mijn man sliep door de beat heen dus had geen last, ik kon er 4 nachten niet van slapen, ook niet met de oordoppen. Dit kwam o.a. door het bamboedak van de kamer. We zijn uiteindelijk naar een andere kamer gegaan op de begane grond met daarboven ook een hotelkamer. Hierdoor was er geen bamboedak maar een plafond van beton en had ik geen last meer van de beat. De volgende nachten super geslapen. De nummers van de kamers met waarschijnlijk minder overlast zijn 302 - 303- 305- 307- 309 - 310. Liggen ook erg leuk om het zwembad.

Beautiful and relaxing.

This place is a dream! It’s absolutely beautiful and the staff are wonderful and go above and beyond. We had the deluxe bamboo suite and it was perfect and so comfortable. The spa is also brilliant, me and my friend loved our Balinese massages. The breakfast is a 10/10 - you can order from the cafe menu and also have a hot drink and juice and the portions were really generous and the coffee was great. I would definitely return.

Serene, calm and aesthetic property with delicious food and great spas.

The architecture and the bamboo forest aesthetic. It catered to the well-being of the guest with personal add-ons like complimentary spas and drinks and also the food at the cafe was delicious. Overall the property was worth the price and definitely added to my stay!

The main happening area is like a 15 min walk from the property but you can access these areas via the beach route which is another experience!

Most beautiful resort with the most beautiful staff!

This was our second time staying at ZIN - just fantastic. The Staff here are the best in the world, the resort is beautiful. Make sure to book a ZIN massage while you’re here!

The only downside was a neighboring property’s loud music late into the night, though I still slept very well.

Perfect few nights in Canggu! Great location and the cleanest and most comfortable room. Loved it

Very clean room, and the bamboo structures are just beautiful along with the tranquility the garden provides. Staff are very accomodating and it was easy to communicate throughout our stay via WhatsApp. The little touch in our room for our anniversary was lovely. The bed is soooooo comfortable! Excellent!

It was very noisy at night due to the club music very nearby. It kept us awake

The power outage during dinner that continued into late night. The room looked nothing like the photos online. The pool area was ordinary.

Prachtig hotel met fantastisch personeel

Het ontbijt de smooties en de koffie waren heerlijk. De service geweldig en rondom het zwembad een oase van rust. veel goede restaurants in de buurt, vooral het Japanse restaurant Yuki in de straat erachter.

De kamers zijn niet geluidsdicht dus s'avonds hoorde je de muziek van de bars uit de straat erachter.

Super lækkert resort med store, rene og komfortable værelser. Smukke omgivelser med grønt og vand alle vegne. Personalet er smilende, venlige og utrolig opmærksomme. Ligger tæt på stranden og de travle gader. Der kan være lidt larm om natten fra festen i området - men det gælder nok hele Canggu!

The Staff is Amazing and super helpful.

It’s not worth the price you pay. The ACs don’t work properly in any room. Some of our friends ended up leaving paid rooms cause it was too hot. There were cockroaches and other insects in everyone’s room.

Great resort, nice facilities, excellent staff. Ideal if you need the beach everyday.

Great location near the beach and away from all the chaos and traffic in Canggu. It's a short walk to Batu Bolong if you want to get there to eat and shop. Otherwise, we used the GoRide scooters to get around the rest of the island. The grounds of the resort are beautiful and well maintained. Staff are amazing - always a smile on their faces and they go all out to make your stay comfortable. I needed a power adapter and a corkscrew and they brought it to me within minutes, no questions asked! I've had to pay a deposit for borrowing a power adapter in other hotels before so I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was also a very nice size and clean with the team coming by to turn down the beds and clean up every day when we were out and about.

Location of the resort is near some beach bars. I live in a city, and I am used to noises at night and I sleep with earplugs regularly but the music and fireworks from the bars nearby was off the charts. I could hear the music even with earplugs on. And on the first night, there were also those short bursts of fireworks. We woke up suddenly and disoriented wondering what the noise was. It sounded like a rifle going off! Unfortunately, this issue with loud music and fireworks carried on every day. We arrived on a Monday and the music got louder as the week progressed. Ladies night anyone?

Very good resort close to the beach. The rooms were spacious. Loved the bed. Staff were very attentive. I had breakfast and dinner there and everything was tasty.

As this is close to the beach you can hear music from the beach clubs.
