Dissatisfied, disappointed felt ripped off

Not a lot. The unit was dirty, cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, light fitting with flys and spiders in shades, BBQ had not been cleaned unable to use, shower grout and shower screen disgusting

Most of things listed above, the unit was very poor condition throughout only 2 wine glassy & 1 tumbler glass, we had to clean the microwave before able to use

Will not stay in that room again but our friends had family apartments which were quite nice

No sink for the dishes except bathroom sink😳 Cobwebs high in the roof The blinds were broken and the curtain didn’t shut properly so everyone walking past could see in 😠 Bathroom disgusting needs a gut and Reno please remove the spa bath gross.

Good location - comfortable bed

Location was good handy walking into shops and town.

Very disappointed bathroom hadn’t been cleaned -dirty shower recess and basin Especially being charged a large cleaning fee expect it to have been cleaned.!! All Ceiling lights needed cleaning and cobwebs on ceiling.

Bbq falling apart No kitchen at all, so ridiculous for an extended stay like ours. No stove, deceiving when booking. I thought we had a kitchette at least and for the price we paid. Had to wash dishes in tiny bathroom sink for our 2 week stay. Also no hose to clean up from beach

Exmouth is beautiful. Bed comfy, shower hot.

TV only 1 station, ratsak in the corner hidden under a chair, cobwebs in roof, wall in bathroom coming away behind bin, no map to get directions to apartment.

noise from the retic at 05:00 in the morning, front blinds don’t completely close - large gap at the end and people can see in. Had a mouse in the unit, would come out at all times, was scratching inside the walls often at night time.

Worst we have ever had. Totally unexpected and absolute disappointment.

Not as described. Torn flywire. No kitchen or sink to wash up in. Plastic bowl provided for this! Refrigerator need defrosting. 1 old an outdated room. No ironing board. old iron in cupboard. Bedding and linen poor quality. They also charged a laundry fee. We expected a self catering unit with cooking facilities and a kitchen sink at the very least. We got an old microwave oven. Air conditioner stuck on 18 degrees. Hot room unairconditioned when we arrived on a very hot day. They asked not to be contacted on the weekend. lots of paper work not much delivery. They aslo asked for a bond!! Have spoken to a representative since but they seemed totally disinterested to hear what we had to say.

Perfect for the two of us

Was a cute little spot for just to two of us

Major cobwebs and lots of bugs in light shades. No where to was the dishes. Would have preferred a mini kitchenette than a spa bath. Would have preferred to be able to call a line rather than wait for a call back.

For a one bedroom apartment they could do better and renew it a bit.

Close to shops and restaurants and beaches.

Not enough toiletries. Only one rubbish bag. No kitchen sink to wash dishes. The switch wasn’t working for the fan in bathroom, needs to be fixed. The main door wouldn’t close properly very hard to lock the main door needs to be fixed as well. the corners on the flooring were old. No patio and cloths line like the other apartments overall the villa needs a bit of maintenance.

Quite disappointed in the stay because of the state of the room.

Good location

Room was very tired, not very clean. Needs a good refurb. Limited facilities. Had to wash our dishes in the bathroom sink! Very rusty old laundry rack. Doors and window frames very dirty and dusty

Good for one or two nights

The front door flyscreen had holes in it and there was a lot of mosquitoes that could get inside. The fridge freezer was frosted so badly we had to defrost before being able to use it. The crockery that we were told would be there was not, luckily we had some with us.

disappointing accommodation

If you're going to Exmouth, hire a campervan and stay in Cape Range National Park!

Calls itself a "villa", but it's a disappointing motel room. Uncomfortable bed, terrible pillows, shabby room with broken blinds, cobwebs, cracked plaster, moth filled light shades. Wore thongs in the shower as the floor was filthy. Glass door, but no openable windows in the room, only one openable window in the bathroom. Only one breakfast bowl, and one wine glass, expected to wash dishes in a plastic tub; no tea or coffee, only a quarter of a roll of toilet paper provided (for two people for a three night booking). On a busy road, truck and bus traffic from 5:30am.

Basic stay in walking distance to town centre

Size was ample for two adults and location including car parking space was good.

Very basic, cabin like amenities. It needs a good clean…ceilings were filled with cobwebs, there was a dead cockroach on the floor and dirty tissue under the bed.

The property was so dirty we had to clean it before we could even take our stuff in the shower didn’t work the bed look like it made by three-year-old and every all the dishes were wet and smelly in the cupboard would’ve been more sanitary to stay at the local tip but not recommend this property

Good for short stays

Good location and complex. Awesome aircon. Enough space for 2 people. Fridge was a bonus and even though we didnt use it there was a spa bath as well as separate shower I knew that it was a studio when we i booked so i knew what to expect but for other travellers, note there is no kitchen. They do provide you with a BBQ you can use outside and a tub to wash dishes in. We never use it as we ate out all the time, but i did see other reviews of people saying that. But the advert is very clear, so there really isnt a reason to complain about it.

We are clean people so we did these things automatically but, the clean up list before you leave is a little excessive such as Sweep and clean floors, wipe fridge, take bins out daily etc. I know some people might think that is a bit much if they are in "holiday mode" and feel that they've paid a cleaning fee for a reason.
