The location at the northern point of the Oahu was perfect. With so many activities to do in the area we returned each night spent and ready for a good night's sleep. We did not take advantage of the amenities available at Turtle Bay, however they would have been fun. We were just too busy enjoying he island.
The condo was just the right size for the 4 of us. We could have accommodated a couple more if needed. The condo is beginning to look dated and ready for a update. The appliances and kitchen were cozy but sufficient. The biggest need is to change the layout of the master bedroom to have the bed not directly in front of the window AC unit. To cool the home the AC was needed. It was placed 3 feet away from the bed.
Overall it worked for the short times we were in the condo. We loved our trip and would stay at Turtle Bay again.

Does comfortably sleep six, but both bathrooms are small. Lots of nice amenities- shampoo, conditioner, body lotions, beach towels and toys. Needs quite bit of deferred cosmetic maintenance, but for a trip with kids it worked okay. Kitchen is very small but is adequately stocked. Little bit of a struggle getting the manager to address the parking pass issue as there was not one in the condo when we arrived. I reported being threatened with towing and I did finally get temp parking pass. Very close to beach and the 3 pools on the property meant we could always find one that wasn’t crowded.. Overall a wonderful stay with kids.

All we easy at the condo

The location of the condo was great and it had lots of space to move around. The space was clean and easy to get in and out of.

Turtle Bay is wonderful area, with miles of trails and several beaches. Unit was clean and comfortable, but far more dated that it looks in the photos. Kitchen is well equipped, but tiny (2 people max) and terribly worn (chips in the counter & cabinets, missing section of flooring under run). Bathrooms each have a new cabinet, but everything else is old. Main bathtub faucets are ancient and hard to work. Listing should note it's dated to set expectations.

great location, loved the patio and pretty grassy yard. master bedroom and bed very spacious and comfy. lots of towels to use. cons; no jacuzzi, and the kitchen is teeny tiny. but all in all very nice and convenient. I feel like it was really pricey for the standard of the unit (very old and pretty outdated) and the condo has had no real upgrades or renovations for a very long time. but it was a comfy nice place for our family to sleep and eat some meals in between adventures in beautiful hawaii so we can't complain too much!

Place was dirty! 2nd family had to leave because of mold! Communication was horrible! Way over priced for what you get. The only good thing I can say is location. Toilet brushes were moldy, toilets kept getting clogged.

We are definitely planning on coming back here! Everything was as described. Excellent property management that responded quickly. Great pool great location. The only minor wish would be for a cookie sheet, but everything else was fully stocked and well thought out. Thank you!

This place was perfect for our family. Located on the north shore it is an escape from all of the city craziness that we have at home. The shared backyard was very helpful to let our kids have space to play outside. We really enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed in several Turtle Bay Condo units over the last 10 years, and this was in the top two favorites. It is clearly not just a rental, but also used by the owners, because it is kept up to a standard that an owner would be comfortable living in. The new floors and carpet are a rarity in condo rentals, and the place was spotless when we arrived. Nice touches like including enough detergent and soap for our 5 day stay, not just for one load of wash, and even a lingerie bag were much appreciated. The unit location is on the lower part of the condo section, so a bit closer to the ocean and very close to Lei Lei’s restaurant. The unit has two twin beds on the entry level, 2 more in the loft area, and another spacious bedroom on the loft level with a king size bed and the second bathroom. The AC in the bedrooms worked well, but we all opened the glass doors and enjoyed the breeze even in July. Our daughter did need to use the fan in the loft, but was perfectly comfortable with the low setting. We will look for this unit again in the future!

The condo was in an amazing location at Turtle Bay. However, it was run down and very dated. The first floor shower didn’t have any hot water and it wasn’t fixed the whole time we were there.
There was also a hole cut in the vinyl flooring in the kitchen which was covered up by an area rug.

The property was as shown and worked perfect for our group. The location was convenient to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property. Great location

Worked perfect for our group of 6 Adults. Easy access to get in and out of the condo and complex. Plenty of space to move around, except kitchen is small. We just had to adjust on one person at a time in it.
We took advantage of the ice cube trays and the cooler for our day adventures.

The check in took awhile for us to enter and find the condo and the downstairs shower is hard to turn on. Other than that, the location is beautiful. It’s very spacious, plenty of linens and towels were provided. We loved the clear bin with beach toys, tennis rackets, bubbles for our kids to play with. We also used the mini cooler quite often to bring cold drinks around during our day. Overall great stay!

Everything was perfect. Six minute walk to the beach, extremely clean. I was elated when I opened up the master closet and found a pack and play there for my three year-old! Washer and dryer. They even had beach towels for us to use although we didn’t need to because we had our own, but that was nice to know. Some balls and a couple boogie boards in the backyard as well. Right next to a lovely restaurant called lei leis. Incredible value. Will definitely be coming back here.

It was nice staying on the property. So close to Turtle Bay resort.

Great location, clean, basics supplied. AC units couldn’t keep up with outside temperatures and were loud. Updates needed. Enjoyed our stay and will look for similar units same location next time .

A good location - we enjoyed walking on the trails nearby over to Kahuku Point and Keiki Beach. We even saw an endangered monk seal and her pup! Lei Lei restaurant is right behind this condo and Roy’s Beach House is an easy walk. Easy access to the Kahuku Food Trucks, Polynesian Cultural Center, Waimea Bay in one direction, and Kahana Bay the other direction. A nice lawn in the back where kids could play. The condo itself is aging - the sliding glass door needs some TLC and minor issues with the downstairs sink plug - piddly stuff. The area with the twin beds upstairs is a bit warm and takes time to cool down in the evening. All in all, it suited our purposes fine and made for an enjoyable trip! We’d recommend it for strategic location - for two couples and some kiddos it was decent value.

Pretty good!
Accurately described as a budget rental, this condo has all the basics but needs a new king bed (could feel the springs) to be comfortable for a week-long stay. Great location, responsive property management, and perfect for a family.

Great location, everything you need, but could use some TLC.
The location of this property was great for us. Convenient and parking was easy. The resort is under maintenance, but we were able to use the small pool nearby. Kitchenware is sparse, but we got by. This property has everything we needed, but could use some serious TLC. The property owner/description does note that very fact--this is their budget unit, so we did have measured expectations going into it. But, there are some small updates that could easily refresh this unit. The host was responsive. We'll stay here again.

Great spot for a few days
The condo is spacious and quite adequate for a few days. The kitchen was smaller than I expected but was fine for making breakfast each day. All essential supplies were present. Believe the listing when it says this is a budget property and updates are needed - that is very accurate. Nothing is wrong, but the decor and appliances are very dated. Master bath is very small and the shower is very tiny - just enough room to turn around in place. I'd recommend everyone using the downstairs shower.
Location is great and quiet, patio is nice and it's great to have boogie boards and chairs available for use.

Vacation at Turtle Bay
The vacation was very good. The property is very good and at a beautful place but the cleaning wasn’t very good.

Turtle Bay
Our group was happy with our weeks stay. The property is on the Turtle Bay golf resort property. Within walking distance to beaches and restaurants. Within a short drive to all North Shore activities. Quiet, ground level lanai, bedrooms on separate levels for privacy. Overall a good experience.
