The house is fully air conditioned and heated for year round comfort. Take the provided buckets and spades and wander down onto the sandy shoreline. Within five minutes you will be enjoying the beautiful bay, including the iconic beach boxes. Really happy with our stay. Having the fire place made it very cosy. Comfy beds & good sized bedrooms. Didn’t feel cramped. Well equipped kitchen. The lounge to the right of the kitchen was perfect. Kids loved it. Lisa was very easy to communicate with. The bathroom/wet room is nice & big, perfect for showering 3 kids at once, however the amount of water that goes everywhere, in particular near the toilet, even though I was very aware of how to use the water. Too bad if you need to use the toilet after showers. So I was mopping after every shower. So we just used the ensuite toilet whilst the bathroom was drying. Not a bad thing but annoying.

There were 5 of us & we all had an amazing time, the house was of top quality in every aspect, we couldn’t fault a thing, from quality linen, towels right down to the toilet paper, beds were comfy, plenty of room for all, everything provided that you could possibly need. It was so good we all wanted to live there. just beautiful. Thankyou Lisa for letting us stay in your beautiful home, it would have to rate as one of the best we have stayed in, will be back.

I stayed here with my bridal party the night before my wedding and it was perfect! Super easy check In process, plenty of space and amazing natural lighting. Short walk to the beach and plenty of shops nearby. Would definitely recommend!

Location was perfect for walking to the shops and beach is literally across the road (if only the weather was nicer!). House was well appointed with everything we needed, down to toys for our little one & a high chair! Plenty of space for everyone with the additional living space & nice outside areas which would be great in better weather. Hope to be back again soon, thanks to Lisa for an seamless stay!

Just a short stroll to the beach, shops and cafés, this property was perfect for our Mum’s Group weekend away. Each bedroom has its own split system, which was great, as we could adjust the temperature to our own individual liking. The property was clean and comfortable, and the wood fire heating added to the relaxed atmosphere in the evenings. I really appreciated the host’s prompt and thorough responses to any questions I had prior to our stay. This property was a great choice!

A great property for a group of friends. Very clean and modern and nicely laid out house at an extremely good price for the area. The kitchen could be better equipped with serving bowls and a strainer for example. There were also no kitchen towels or chux wipes so we had to buy these ourselves.

Beautifully styled, comfortable house in a quiet location. Well appointed kitchen (including kids cutlery/ cups/ bowls), split systems in all the bedrooms, large modern bathrooms. Lisa was quick & easy to communicate with and has done a great job anticipating how guests may use the space e.g. 2 living spaces, board games, kids toys, access to Netflix. Thank you for our stay 🙂

This is the best property we have stayed in at the peninsula and we’ve been going annually since 2014. It is 300 meters from the beach, it has excellent outdoors areas - front and back. The house was spotless and has all the amenities. An excellent place

over all we love this house the only thing i didnt like that i couldnt re book the place for next year as someone had got in before us it would of been great if you have the first choice because they were the dates we had its first in best dress it should be like caravan places i have been to in the pass they wait ontil you say yes for the same date you had or no we will give it a miss that was a bit disappointed but over good place thanks lisa

Really close to vineyards and the beach…very laid back little town with nice fish and chip shops (which we took and sat on the beach and watched the waves and it was gorgeous). Quaint little cafes with lovely tasty food (Laneway Express). Generally a nice stay. Front door access a little tricky to get to work but everything else was just great!
