About this villa rental
Adara House is a modern, very well-equipped, semi-detached house situated in a small development in a peaceful suburb of Kato Paphos. Adara House is furnished in a modern style to a very high standard with a recently updated luxury kitchen and remodelled and enlarged patio area with in-built BBQ and rotisserie. The house comes with free WiFi as well as English TV channels and a complete SKY TV package. The air-conditioning units in the lounge and in all 3 bedrooms are free: one bedroom being ensuite and two having their own balconied terrace. The tiled roof terrace has sun loungers, table and chairs and a lovely view of the large shared swimming pool. It boasts gardens on 3 sides, a large patio overlooking the pool and a carport for those visitors who want to hire a car and explore the delights of the island. The beaches and picturesque harbour of Kato Paphos are only 10-15 mins walk away, which makes Adara House ideally situated for those who want to take advantage of the many bars, restaurants and shops downtown and then return to a quiet, peaceful home for a good night's rest. In short, everything you need for a great holiday - a real home from home, with all mod cons!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Paphos. The house is beautiful and so well equipped with everything you need. The lovely addition is the garden with BBQ which is right near the pool. We met some lovely friendly residents around the pool. The house is in a perfect location to the main town and beach with supermarkets 5 minute walk away. The hosts were really lovely and helpful. We would like to thank them for letting us stay in their wonderful house.

Adara House had all modern conveniences. Everything worked well. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings were more than adequate. The complex was quiet even with children playing in the pool area. As a base it worked very well for us to explore the area and the attractions offered. There is something for everyone in the area. I'd recommend a cruise from Paphos or a boat trip from Lattchi. For us a car was an essential but there are plenty of taxis.
We had a very enjoyable holiday in which Adara House played no small part. Our host was very responsive and understanding.

Adara House was perfectly located for our week long stay over New Year. The kitchen was well equipped and the living area and patio enjoyable for breakfast. We only used two bedrooms both were comfortable and spacious. As it was winter, it was quite cool in the evenings, but the air conditioning soon made the room feel warm. The local area was nice and quiet, a couple of mini markets were in walking distance and bigger supermarkets a short drive away in the car. We would recommend Adara House to a family with older children and would love to stay in the warmer months.

Very nice townhouse with 3 good sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plenty of space for 5 of us. Comes with a large roof terrace, which the teenagers loved in the evenings to get away from us oldies. Kitchen fully equipped and lovely terrace outside with a great bbq area, seating for 8 so was brilliant for cooking and eating outdoors. Great pool with a large shallow area for younger kids, covered parking for if you hire a car and overall a really nice place to spend a week on holiday. Would recommend to anyone.

Lovely base to explore paphos and the surrounding area. Most days it was like having your own private pool. Property is spacious, clean, tidy and well equipped. Thoroughly enjoyed our time spent here.

Where do we start !! From the minute we showed an interest in the property the communication with Michelle was excellent and the whole process was faultless and also giving us airport transfers advice . Now for the property I definitely think that they have undersold themselves the property is absolutely amazing and on a lovely complex with a beautiful pool and friendly community. The location couldn’t be beaten 15 minute walk in both the old town and then into Paphos harbour the other way and shops within 5-6 minutes walk.

Adara House was just perfect for us - the location was quiet, but close enough to everything we wanted. The outside patio area allowed us to eat and relax, with a fantastic bbq area, and the pool area was beautiful with mature trees giving natural shade and relaxed surroundings. The house was beautifully appointed with plenty of space for our party of 5 adults. We had a fabulous time here in a place that we love. Thank you for sharing your home from home with us!

House would be ideal for a family of adults or even children over five with an awareness of danger but stairs that cannot be blocked off with a 22 months old who loves to test boundaries was a nightmare. Very disappointed in the owner who has yet to contact me considering there was a security issue when we were there & almost a week later has not been in touch to return our deposit.

Felt like a home rather than a holiday let. Well equipped with good beds.
We live with little traffic noise at home and therefore the traffic noise from construction sites and Cypriot 'petrol-heads" was not to our liking. This did detract from a potentially quiet site.

ideal family fun hub. property has everything you could possibly need. from relaxing garden & outside entertainment,
through the property for everyday essential needs. modern kitchen ,airconditioned rooms ,showers & toilet for each bedroom. up to sun trap rooftop terrace & some of the best sunsets you will be able to see. The information given for our holiday, covered all our needs. local supermarkets within 5-10 minutes walk. local taxi company who met us from the airport & then returned us for return flight home. its an absolute gem & feel fortunate to have found.

After previous cancellations we were all excited to finally get to travel to Paphos without any restrictions.
Initially we were very disappointment to walk into a house that needed a good clean. It was like it hadn’t been unused for a good few weeks/months
There was a musty smell that gave us the impression it hadn’t been used recently, there was a list of things that really needed attention and I immediately contacted the owner Michelle to let her know that this wasn’t really acceptable. Michelle did contact her cleaner who offered to come and see us at the house later that day or the next, but I wasn’t really comfortable to point out the list of findings to her, also wasn’t prepared to spend part of our holiday talking this through with someone that told Michelle she had spent 6 hours in the house prior to our arrival (which I’d question)
The windows are dirty uncleaned throughout, the patio, the table and bbq outdoor area was dirty, we cleaned all this before we could actually use it. This was such a shame as the house itself could be lovely. I’m not in the habit of writing bad reviews but really was unhappy with the condition we found the house.

This is a lovely house in a really nice location. Well situated for access to Paphos Harbour and waterfront, shopping and access to main roads. Old Paphos and Market are about a mile away and are walkable.
The complex is well maintained and clean and although the pool was too cold in March, the pool area was well supplied with sunbeds etc.
Adara House is very comfortable. Nice leather sofas, refurbished kitchen area and comfortable beds. Well equipped with something for everyone. Good supply of dvds, games etc as well as pool toys etc for younger families.
The patio area gets sun until early afternoon and the roof sun terrace pretty much all day.
Hosts Michelle and Andrew were great - helpful, prompt responders and accommodating. Our flights were cancelled without much notice and Michelle was happy to help us re- arrange our trip.
Happy to recommend this listing to anyone considering Paphos.

Lovely property on the outskirts of Paphos superbly kitted out with a new kitchen and appliances, indoor and outdoor lounge areas and spacious bedrooms/bathrooms. Unfortunately, due to the lock down in Cyprus caused by the Coronavirus epidemic we had to cut short our visit however we will hopefully be returning again next year. Many thanks to Michelle and local support from Neil.

We are a family of four and stayed at Adara House in Oct. The property is located within a residential area of Paphos but for those not wishing to hire a car (which we didn't) it is still well positioned for local supermarkets (Garden of Eden is our recommendation), restaurants (plenty to choose from at the Harbour) and the large shopping mall (Kings Avenue). Its clear that the owners have invested time, thought and money into the property. The kitchen is new and has everything one could wish for (and more) in a holiday home, the property is spacious both indoors and out, the patio area downstairs is beautiful and the roof top terrace (my personal favourite space) receives sun all day long. It was a joy to deal with Michelle and Andrew (the owners). They are highly responsive and provided great information ahead of our stay. I really could not fault our stay and would certainly return in the future. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Property was exactly as advertised. We stayed as a friend and family group for 1 week. Quiet residential area lovely large swimming pool and plenty of sun loungers. The roof top was a must for some chill time. Beautifull kitchen and tastefully decorated everything you need for a relaxing break. Stevie's taxis as recommended by Michelle were professional and timely.

About 20-25 minutes walk to the old town or to the harbour where there are lots of restaurants and shops.
We had hired a car and found that this was a must for us as we wanted to explore the island.

Sadly only stayed here for a week. This property was lovley with all mod cons and lacked nothing (even had buckets and spades, toys & games). Spent lovely mornings eating breakfast on the large patio and afternoons on the roof terrace. Would highly recommend this property which is only a 15mins walk to the harbour or the Old Town. Perfectly located for those not wanting to hire a car.

I had a week here as a base for a wedding, many of my friends were staying in the Avanti village which was a good 20-25 minute walk away. The main town is also about a 20 minute walk and very accessible by bus, taxi or even a stroll in.
The villa has everything you need and the local team are on call if you need anything (Thanks you Neil for rescuing my passport from the safe :-) ) .
Everything you need on site with the communal pool and very lovely patio and BBQ area, you can also make the most of the sun all day by using the roof top terrace.
Stevies taxis were great - (one tip if you pay 10 euros for your return trip deposit do not lose your receipt as they will not cover it - only a small gripe !)
Perfect base and location with both owners and local contacts very responsive and a pleasure to deal with, would not hesitate to book up again and highly recommend to any family and friends etc....

We had an amazing time at Adara House. If your looking for a beautiful, clean and modern apartment this is a must. We had the most amazing time. The surroundings are beautiful including a good sized, clean communal pool with very friendly and helpful neighbours. We felt very safe with a supermarket in walking distance. Stevies taxis are a must as they are very friendly and reliable. We had two teenage daughters which wifi is a must so happy children happy parents. We also had 2 young children on holiday with us so used this service to get to the harbour which is only a 5 minute journey away. This beautiful house has a sun terrace, a very recently modern refurbished kitchen/dining/lounge, a beautiful private outdoor dining patio area with a fabulous large dining table & chairs and the beautiful tranquil lighting on the patio area which was lovely to end a perfect day/night with a glass of wine! We would like to thank Adara House as you let us share your beautiful holiday home with us & are already planning to return! We highly recommend Adara House you will not be disappointed!

We enjoyed our 3 week stay in Adara house very much and would definitely say that we would come back again. The owners Michelle and Andrew have made a lovely home from home holiday place. Had every thing you could wish for in a holiday home. The property was very clean and very well maintained by the owners and would recommend this property to friends and relatives. Michelle and Andrew answered all my questions before going out to cyprus and they provided lots of information about where we were staying. The outside was lovely some nights we would have a bbq. The pool is very child friendly and it doesnt get that busy. Its a very secure place as you would often see security people walk around so it made us feel save.
Some reviews say that the Harbour is a 15 to 20 minute walk from the House but its more like 35 . We found it very hot to walk into the harbour we came back as if we had just jumped in the pool so wouldn't advise to walk it during the day. We had a hire car to get around so used that instead to go into the harbour where you will find all the lovely restaurants and bars. There is also plenty of parking there to. The best places we loved to eat in are Choles chinese restaurant in the harbour very expensive but well worth it food and service excellent. Fat Mamas and O'neils pub and restaurant were our other favourites. I would say that most restaurants along the the harbour do serve the same food as each other so its a bit repetitive but saying that some are better than others.
A must is the fire work night on the cruise boat well worth the money but book up as soon as you can as it gets booked up quickly. If you want to travel out and about go to Ayia Napa water Park this one is better than paphos. If your into deep sea diving go in Coral Bay which is a very pretty place and go into Marine divers this is where we done the course excellent experience had by us. One place we did go was paphos zoo not worth the money.
All in all a very enjoyable holiday A big thank you to Michelle and Andrew .

This is our 3rd stay in this villa and we keep coming back as we always enjoy our stay. The complex is very nice with a large pool that the children,myself and my husband really enjoyed. Location of the villa is good, only 10 minute stroll to the fruit Market which had everything and more we needed. Thank you Michelle and Andrew.

we had a lovely holiday at adara house , it was like home from home . the kitchen was very well equipt ( even down to the egg slicer !) and well set out . we had a couple of bbq"s in the patio area which was quite private being screened by some foliage .the villa was lovely and clean. we also got on very well with the neighbours they were very helpful ( suggesting good restaurants etc.) and there was plenty of local information for us to use in a folder in the villa.i would not hesitate to recomend this villa to friends and family. we also tried a few of the restaurants mentioned in the comments book , mandra and tea for two ( yummy omelettes !) when i had any enquiries about the villa i always had a prompt reply from the owners. oh ! and the boat trip on wave dancer was really good value for money too ! i"d love to return soon .

The description did not do this property justice, very clean kitchen was equiped with so many items there was everything you could need. The contact number for any problems was excellent they responded very quickly and sorted the minor problem.
The owners were so helpful and always responded quickly with any queries, nothing was too much trouble.

The restaurants were varied and offered good friendly service. We hired a car and went exploring on several ocassions.
We give the property top marks as it was very clean and comfortable.
The owners are well organised with information about the property and travel arrangements.
