Come enjoy our bright, modern, architecturally unique home in the heart of Boise. Large chef's kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook a beautiful feast! King bed in the master bedroom with attached large luxury master bathroom with jacuzzi tub and large walk in shower. 2 additional bedrooms upstairs with queen beds and adjacent bathroom. The 4rd bedroom is a ground floor accessible suite with all new bathroom, queen bed and the option for a second (sofa) bed for guests number 9 and 10.

Completely newly remodeled property with luxury stylish modern decor, natural stone tiles, quartz ewaterfall countertops, gorgeous walk-in showers, jacuzzi tub, kids tub and many thoughtful touches throughout. Please note if you are less than 9 people and want the sofa bed setting up we require at least 48 hrs of notice. There is also a $30 additional charge to contribute to the extra cost of setting it up, making the bed, laundering sheets and taking it all off / packing away. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was in a great location - close to downtown, the University, the river...pretty much everything we needed. Host was easy to reach and accommodating. We were out quite a bit but it had all of the kitchen and bathroom accessories one needs, and a laundry room. Would definitely stay again.

Brought the family up to Boise for our son’s grad weekend, and this house was perfect for us and our adult children. Very clean, comfy beds, nice linens, and the house has tons of natural light. A laundry room with detergent, bathrooms all stocked with anything you might need. Beautifully designed and decorated. Lisa was easy to work with and very responsive. Location is great—very close to campus and my son’s house, and easy to get downtown as well. Only downside was no BBQ and missing some items in the kitchen but we worked around that. We probably tend to cook at home more than other visitors. But we would definitely stay here again.

We had 4 adults and 4 children (ages 9-4) and had plenty of room. Downstairs is very open with essentially two master bedroom type rooms (1 on the bottom floor & 1 on 2nd floor). The location is perfect, centrally located to everything you want to get to in town. Nice neighborhood with plenty of room for parking (car port & on street). Check in and check out where very easy. Great communication before, during & after stay. Highly recommend staying here.

This home is as lovely and as luxurious as it looks in the pictures. We stayed with 10 family members and were warm, comfortable and had plenty of room. The home is clean, beautiful and classy. Lisa and Roman were responsive and wonderful. We cooked thanksgiving dinner at the home and entertained with ease. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely come back to this home. The location to Boise State is perfect as well. Loved it!

Had a lovely stay with my mom and adult kids for a 4th of July road trip to the water park. The home is lovely and near the fireworks. The hot tub was gone ( I missed that annotation in the listing) and the ac kept shutting off at night ( on a timer? ) but it still was a lovely home and a great stay.

This was the perfect place for our night in Boise. It was really nice to be walking distance to The Blue. Enjoyed our coffee in the little outdoor area. Hosts were quick to respond with any questions. We'll definitely stay here next time we gave a group of us going to an event

Lisa was great to communicate with as we had a few changes to our reservation… the house was beautiful and well appointed and very comfortable. We had 8 people staying there and no issues with comfort or space or hot water! It is very close to downtown which is awesome and very very close to Boise state which was super convenient for our stay! Thank you Lisa for all the communication, we really enjoyed our stay and celebrating our sons medical school graduation!!

We had such a great weekend at this home! Perfect for our event just a mile away at BSU campus. There was more than enough space for our group and we really enjoyed the earthy tones and decor. We just got back from our Boise trip and we are ready to go back. The house is in a great location. It’s close to the university, Albertsons, and downtown. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of room for our group of 7 to have our own space. The owner was quick to respond to my messages if we had any questions. We will definitely be booking this home when we visit Boise again.

This property is very nice looks brand new inside and out ! well furnished and plenty of room. Only two minor draw backs on this property it doesn’t have a secured fenced yard for kids to play in, another rental property is in the back of this one so ppl have to enter from the front of this property and walk down side walkway to access the back property. The other is that it doesn’t have a bbq to use. But overall we had very nice comfortable stay. And it’s in a very quiet neighborhood. Thank You Roman & Lisa

Perfect for four guys. Each had our own room. Property is just as advertised. Be aware that there is another home on the same property. On both Friday and Saturday, there were multiple cars coming and going and multiple young girls coming and going. Didn’t bother us at all, but it is something to be aware of. Totally recommend the place. You can walk to just about anything, and it isn’t more than $10 or so to Uber XL anywhere. We payed the property manager some cash to pick up our groceries since out plane didn’t land until 10:55pm. Worked out great. Great trip. Thanks.

The property was so beautifully decorated and very clean! The pictures posted are spot on! Everything you could need was provided; such as a coffee pot, towels, etc. The property owner was available and kind. The location is close to downtown and near many fun things. One thing I really appreciated was a list left by the owners that outlined good places to eat, where to get a massage, good shopping, ect. They had something listed for everyone. It was very thoughtful and helpful.

We had this property booked in February for a stay in April and the day we were supposed to check in we asked for an access code and found out we were not able to stay at this location because it was already occupied. I had 5 friends that flew in for a reunion and we had to find somewhere else to stay. The owners tried to help find us another place to stay, communicated with us about the issues, and refunded quickly which was nice but obviously was not the way we wanted to start a vacation and was very frustrating to say the least since it had been planned for so long. Appreciate the communication but don't know how it was double booked and not caught before the day of. Also since we didn't stay here I am not sure how I got the option to review.... may have been a mistake and I had to make up ratings for most of them.
