Bank House is a quaint village cottage set in the small hamlet of Capel Iwan, near Newcastle Emlyn, and can sleep three people. There is a king-size double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside there is roadside parking outside the property with additional parking available opposite in a communal parking area, plus there is an enclosed, split-level garden with raised deck area and patio with furniture. Bank House is an ideal base for a fun-filled holiday. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.
Amenities: LPG central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and 5-ring gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi (Fibre). Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking on first come, first served basis outside property, additional parking available opposite in communal parking area. Enclosed, split-level garden with raised deck area and patio with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome(No Cats Can Be Accepted At This Property). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pubs 3.3 miles. Please note: Mobile signal is good for EE but variable for other networks.
