Amenities of a boutique hotel; Comfort & convenience of you home. This charming holiday home is a short walk to Clarkson University, SUNY Potsdam (Crane School of Music), downtown & local hospital. It boasts three private bedrooms furnished with premium bedding & a sun-splashed full bathroom, all on the 2nd floor. 1st floor has large living room that opens to a dining room, full kitchen, half bath & a sun room. Outdoor has gardens, gas barbecue, seating. Free parking for 3 cars on the private driveway. St. Lawrence University is an easy ten-minute drive.

0: At this holiday home, you have the house and yard to yourselves in a quintessential village that is within walking distance to colleges, grocery, hospital, trails and an Adirondack river;
1; In addition to regular cleaning, our cleaners are disinfecting frequently touched surfaces with 70% alcohol or 10% bleach. Linen and towels were washed in hot water and dried in hi-temperature cycle. Pillows are steamed between the guests. To fairly compensate them for their work, we have increased the cleaning fee.
2. Hand sanitizers are provided; Non-essential pillows have been removed;
3. Anti-bacteria soap are provided in bathroom and kitchen sinks;
4. Facial tissues are provided in each room;
5. Full kitchen: you can make your own healthy meals;
5. Dishwasher and supplies: you can wash and disinfect kitchen ware , dining ware and any washable toys etc during your stay;
6. Guests can use the on-site washer and dryer for a small fee;
7. We don’t provide maid services during your stay, but paper towel and cleaning products are provided for you to do-it-yourself;
8. Windows can be open to allow natural air circulations.

•A public Charge Point EV station is 500 feet from the house.
•Walk more, drive less, savor your time with friends and families. The house is located in the Village of Potsdam, next to SUNY Potsdam, and the downtown Clarkson University, one block from the Racquette River, and two blocks from downtown restaurants and shops. You can park at the house and enjoy the culture and nature of northern Adirondacks by foot. Umbrellas are in the entry foyer in case of inclement weather.
• Summer time: in the village has far less ticks and biting bugs than the surrounding countryside. You can actually enjoy more outdoors. One block from the house, Racquette River is a slow-flowing lake. Free of motor boats free, it is perfect for canoes, kayaks and swimmers.
• Winter time, you can sit in front of our fireplace for hot cocoa and pop corns. Snowstorms and road closures won't bother your doing business, visiting families, and attending hockey games or other events.
•Two Nest-E thermostats control the heating separately up and downstairs; The house is heated with two-zoned hydronic baseboard radiant heating for superior winter comfort, quietness, and clean indoor air.
•Air conditioners are individually controlled for best comfort and energy saving;
•Windows can be opened in good seasons to encourage fresh air flow;
•Tea towels and cloth napkins are provided to reduce paper waste.
•Drink Local: Our water source is the Racquette River, which originates from the pristine Adirondacks Mountain lakes. It is very clean and super drinkable.
•Full kitchen and dining. You can save money by cooking your own meals, and save the planet by reducing food waste.
•Recycle & redeem: Mixed recycle bin is provided...no sorting necessary. Redeemable bottles can help us raising the charitable donation to Children's Hospital.
