Rent big apartment pretty, comfortable and very functional of 25m2 at Foux d'Allos (1800m). Residence Les Etoiles, at the foot of the Col d'Allos.
Sleeps 5. Ideal for couple with 2 children.
Located on the 2nd floor with elevator.
Facing south it is very well heated and has a beautiful view of the mountains, the slopes and the Verdon; no vis-à-vis.
The apartment totally tiled floor is fully equipped and consists of an entrance with cupboard, separate toilet, bathroom with shower.
• The sleeping area is composed of 3 bunk beds, it is separated from the main room by a door.
• The main room has:
a kitchen area equipped with a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave-grill, vitro-ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker;
in the living room, a sofa BZ 160 wide (Bultex bedding, very good sleeping), table and chairs, storage furniture, TV 80 cm, DVD player.
• Other equipment: raclette-grill service, croque-monsieurs-gauffres appliance.
• Building secured by digicode at the entrance.
Ski locker secured by digicode.
Solarium on the roof of the building, accessible by digicode.
Close to all shops (caterer, supermarket, butcher, bakery, laundry, games room, sports shop), ski lifts and at the foot of the new toboggan run on rails.
Private and closed parking, reserved for residents.
Close to the ski lifts (La Foux / Praloup connection) and the new toboggan run on rails.
Activities in the resort: skating rink in winter, skiing, snowshoeing, archery, horse riding, tennis, playground.
Nearby, you can relax at the leisure center of Allos and its water.
Free shuttle at the foot of the building to get to all points of the resort and Val d'Allos, The Seignus.
