Nestled in the lower Water Hill neighborhood, our 1890 charmer is just 2 blocks from Main Street, Downtown Ann Arbor, the University of Michigan campus is within a 20 minute walk, and the football stadium is only about 1.6 miles away (~30 minutes walking). Everything at your fingertips here! Conveniently close to grocery stores, highway, public transport, multiple parks, the Huron River, and more.
