Lovely and comfortable stay for 2

Loved the appartment! Spacious, clean, enough natural light, comfortable bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Good working airconditioning. It really had all we needed :) I personally wouldn’t feel comfortable staying here with 4 people, but for a couple we thought it was perfect. And nice to have the sofa bed to chill in the livingroom and watch Netflix 😬😬 Although close to everything, the appartement looks out over a patio and not the city side so it was perfectly quiet at night to get a good night rest. Communication was quick and friendly.

Just some tiny points that would make this place 100/100: the extra light in the livingroom didn’t work and there are no other ‘soft’ lights, so the lighting is a bit harsh. Netflix worked the first day but failed to connect to the internet for some reason so couldn’t enjoy that anymore after the first day. Also the aircon gave us a bit of difficulty upon arrival, and stopped 2 times after that as well. But switched back on quickly and didn’t have issues after that anymore. Would be nice to have some complementary soaps, shampoos and conditioners in the bathroom. Don’t forget the extra service tax of €5 pppn. So for a 4 night stay with 2 we payed an extra €40, which ads up in my opinion. Overall price/quality ratio good for what you get, bit pricy but I would book again for the comfort you get 😌

A superb experience in Bologna!

One of the best apartments we 've stayed in! It was sparkling clean with loads of blankets and sheets in perfect condition. The apartment is literally in the heart of the city and the hostess is amazing, helped us with everything we needed!

Good option for short-term stay, close to the Old Town, easy check-in, easy to find

Easy check-in, good location close to the Old Town. A really old house with high ceilings, we loved it. An elevator in the house though it was slow but functioning.

In general nothing to complain, a good option for short-term stay.

Superb

The location is perfect, the Old Town area and close everywhere. No personal contact during check-in, codes accessible. Barbara's left a bottle of cold water in the fridge. The apartment is at the last flor with the slow lift. There are 2 separate ACs in appartment. Remember about city taxes, in cash.

We were missing the wardrobe. The host asked me twice for personal data for registration, although I have sent already, this makes me uncomfortable.

Very good

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The location was excellent as a base to explore Bologna, but also less than a mile from the station if you want to explore further afield. Barbara, the owner, was very helpful with any questions and quick to respond. There is a small supermarket around the corner, gelaterie, pizza parlour, and bakery steps away. The wine bar just outside, Haberneros, was friendly with great wine to sit and watch the world go by. The district is lively at night but not loud or dangerously so, and once you're in the apartment, you cannot hear a thing.

There wasn't much that we didn't like! The bed was'nt too comfortable for us and could use upgrading. Be prepared to clean and tidy the apartment before you leave and take all recycling. The view from the apartment is nothing special but it is lovely to open the windows and hear the birds and the church bells in the evening and morning.

Exceptional

Location perfect! You will be located on the middle of centrum. To the biggest "must see" attractions is +-1km . Apartment very cozy for max 3-4persons. Kitchen, electric kettle, fridge, dishes, hairdryer included. Barbara very friendly and available during your stay:) Fully recommended :)

Just one minus- someone whom will sleep on couch must enter other room to use a toilet.

Modern appartment in a center of Bologna

Modern and well equipped appartment in a refurbrished townhouse. Great location - in a walking distance from major Bologna attractions and with many food options nearby. You can rent a parking 100m from the property (additional fee of 25 Eur/day). There is a supermarket 3 mins from the appartment. Good internet connection.

Great accomodation, would highly recommend and book again if ever I find myself in Bologna again.

The apartment was beautiful - newly renovated, air conditioning and very spacious. The old exposed beams are always a beautiful touch. The location was perfect as well, every point of interest was easily reachable on foot within a few minutes. Communication and coordination with Barbara was very easy.
