The ample shower/bathroom is newly remodeled, as is the kitchen with its amenities at the ready should you wish to create a full-meal.

We have a washer/dryer for you and of course we welcome the furriest member of your family, your doggie, for a small fee, if you’d like.

For those who need a little movie action or a shopping spree, Hilltop Mall prevails 5 minutes away, as does the San Pablo Casino. We are also close to Berkeley’s 4th street shops, the Berkeley and Richmond marinas, Pt. Isabel (for dog lovers and their pooches) and Solano Avenue, where an abundance of boutique stores, galleries, eateries, jewelry stores and dancing spots congregate.

We are a quick ride to Berkeley (10 min.), Oakland (15 min.), San Francisco (30 min.), the redwoods at Muir Woods and Sausalito, Napa and Sonoma’s wine country . We also enjoy the hidden gem town of Pt. Richmond with its plethora of artists, cafes, and easy access to trails on the Bay. You may park on the street, free without restrictions or share the driveway with the upstairs tenants.
