About this house rental
This is a well established small gated community. This unit has a garage and covered driveway you can pull right into rain or shine. Main entrance takes you into the dining room and kitchen area with all new stainless steel appliances and gas stove top. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need (pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, coffee maker, hot grill, microwave, etc.). Just bring your food and cook it up. You can also find the in-unit washer/dryer with stocked cleaning & washing supplies. Feel like watching some TV or jumping on the internet...you’ll find high speed wireless internet available and DirecTV setup in living room and master bed with NFL package. Sit back and relax in the lazy boy recliners or stretch out on the couch. Feeling a little tired you can hit the master bedroom on the Cali king bed. Master bedroom has on suite bathroom with two sinks, large tub, shower and walk-in closet. Second bedroom has queen bed and large closet with a common bath just outside the bedroom door.
Feel like getting out...the casinos are just a 10 minute drive away. Don’t feel like driving you can Uber all day and all night or utilize public transportation just outside the gates which runs every hour.
Feel like taking in the sights. There’s plenty within driving distance.
