Modern luxurious and clean with excellent facilities and location.

Only the paving flagstones outside our door entrance needed cleaning a bit dull , just need pressure washing.

Functional and relatively comfortable stay

Modern, immaculately clean, well appointed apartment. Comfortable bed and sofa. Plenty of storage both in the kitchen and bedroom.

Ground floor apartment view over the car park and bin storage for adjacent apartments. Pillows were like bags of air and not very supportive (but to be fair to the owner many properties are like this).

Disappointing

A relatively good location and near to Fistral beach with off street parking.

Regrettable lack of maintenance in property was really disappointing. It could’ve been so much better if it had been properly maintained.

Superb

An amazing location Clean and tidy with all the basic requirements for a home away from home. Nice bathroom with walk-in shower. Lovely patio area Super comfy bed!

Impossible to change the room temperatures Only 1 roll of toilet paper provided and no kitchen paper. No outdoor furniture for the lovely patio

Brilliant stay, will definitely re book next time we are in Newquay

very clean, comfortable bed and sofa, nice and spacious, brilliant location, very quick responses from owner

loved our stay. however would have been 10/10 with some chairs in the outside area and minor details corrected (uncovered shower drain, no toilet flush button, dishwasher door catches on skirting board)

Exceptional

Great location. Beautifully decorated. Amazing shower. Super comfy bed and bedding. Kitchenette had everything you'd need.

Didn't matter for us but it has an ironing board but no iron - might be worth purchasing for future guests? Only provided one loo roll which for the price we expected to have spares. Doesn't take away from how lovely the place was and we really enjoyed our stay!

Overall I had a good time and would stay again as place is in great location.

I was impressed with the location and I liked the apartment. The apartment is kept nice and clean.

I could not find an iron so could not iron my clothes , I saw the ironing board in cupboard but no iron. Also they provide extra heaters but without these place cold. They do have undergone heating but I found the rooms cold.

Tranquil mini-break.

Decor was lovely. Clean and was nice to have tea and coffee in the canisters upon arrival rather than having to source ourselves.

Our Christmas at Saltwater

The apartment was very clean & modern, the bed was very comfortable & I slept better there than at home!! The shower was amazing!. The apartment is centrally located, near the beaches, the centre of Newquay & the shops. There were dog items provided & a lovely Christmas tree!! We loved our Christmas stay!!

We couldn't control the room thermostats for the heating & at times it was too warm for us. We didn't find the oven easy to use & couldn't find any instructions for it.

This apartment was spacious and had everything within in it that you needed, beautiful interior, very clean and the host was very accommodating to special requests.

The thermostat wasn’t controllable within the apartment and had a lock on, only the host could adjust the temperature of the apartment.

Lovely clean apartment, well situated with off road parking and good facilities

No outside seating but nice patio 1 wine glass so if you both want a glass of wine you'll need to use a tumbler No way if controlling the heating, it was FREEZING on our last night Bedside lamp needed in the bedroom

We've stopped in this apartment three years running now and love it . Feels like a second home .

Modern and comfortable . Great shower / wet room . Can take dog + great location . Not bothered by anyone very relaxing .

Only half a roll of toilet paper and two dishwasher tablets for four nights stay . No oven gloves or trivet .

A nice stay few improvements could be made

The apartment is decor is lovely Great location Great tv Lots of storage Lots of mirrors, dressing table is a nice touch Bathroom and kitchen are very modern and well equipped

The apartment was cold at times had to message host to turn the heating up or on, you don’t have control of the thermostat this may be suited in the summer but in the winter when it’s windy, cold and raining I feel you should be able to control the temperature yourself. The blind to the patio door/entrance are slightly broken and not good in the wind when you open the door the blinds blow outside a risk to them being damaged. The lock on the doors is very stiff. I feel there should be tea/coffee and sugar etc provided the little things make a difference. The pillows go flat when you lay on them very soft fillings. I feel there should be more cleaning products for example kitchen spray and bleach and we were only provided with 2 toilet rolls which wasn’t enough for a week.
