About this house rental
This one level home enjoys an elevated position, its spacious, inviting & all about the views.
Imagine kicking-back at the end of the day with your family/friends & watching the sun set behind the mountains, glass of wine in hand (from a local vineyard of course). A fabulous, calm way to end each day before retreating into one of the four comfortable rooms.
With three bathrooms, there’ll be no arguments about who gets to go first in the morning. Perfect for families.
Throughout the property there’s plenty of space to spread out, so you won’t feel like you’re invading each other’s space.
A short 10 minute walk will see you in the bustling, historic, main-street of Arrowtown.
With plenty of parking, use of the garage space (store your ski and snowboard equipment or suitcases) this Arrowtown accommodation provides an excellent base for any of the activities that Queenstown, Wanaka, and surrounding areas offer.
Summer highlights: Stunning summer views from the property. Visit the nearby Gibbston Valley Winery for a cave and winery tour, or come in time for the Gibbston Valley Concert on 18 January 2020.
Winter highlights: Warm, toasty accommodation with plenty of space to spread out and a garage to leave your wet weather and snow gear. Centrally located, this property is close to Coronet, Remarkables, and Cardrona ski fields.

4. Outdoor balconies must be vacated between 10pm and 7am. Disturbances will be taken very seriously.
