areas.
The main residence� has a spacious living room with fireplace, reading area, lounge with TV, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms bedroom
of which 2 doubles with en-suite bathroom, 1 double that can become a
quadruple with pull-out beds, and 1 bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom
with shower for all rooms. The second area of ​​the villa is the
independent external tower , in which there is 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower.

La Dialma is located halfway between Ostuni and Cisternino , both 7 kilometers away. The holiday villa in Puglia
is very close to other renowned Apulian towns in the Itria Valley such
as Ceglie Messapica (8 kilometers) and Martina Franca (14 kilometers).




In a few minutes by car you can reach the Adriatic beaches
such as Torre Guaceto, Morelli River, Rosa Marina and Il Pilone. Visits
to the nearby farms with food and wine tours, the discovery of the best

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: mandatory extra price is euro 25 per person per week.
- Pool available from May to October.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.

- Residential waste pick-up not present. Waste disposal by the recycling depot charged to the client or extra service with additional fee of 130€/week to be paid on site.
- La Dialma consists of a main house and an annex.
- One bathroom is outside.
- Poor telephone reception but there is internet.
- Double entrance with the presence of dirt roads to reach the house, not suitable for cars with low chassis.
