The choice of eating in or out is easy there is a large BBQ to cater for the whole family. Cook up a storm or stroll to the nearby cafes and surf club. Tropic, Balboa and Rickshaws restaurant are three of the best restaurants on the Coast and they are 5 min away.

Gathering of people restricted - no more than 12 people including children and guests.
All breakages and damage must be paid for in full by the guest
No Schoolies

Such a lovely little beach house with epic views. The photos of the view do not do it justice. My dog loved the large grassy yard, and lying in the sunshine. The two nearby off-leash dog beaches are not too far away, and the sneaky backgate to the BWS behind the property was well utilised! We utterly loved our stay - thank you Alison!

We absolutely loved staying at this property. It is in the most perfect location in palm beach for a family and pets beach holiday. The house is very nice and clean and the host Alison is lovely and welcoming. We look forward to coming to stay again next year!

The palm beach house.
I loved telling my grandsons that this was how my family spent their holidays at the beach when we were kids their age. No pool but lots of yard to run around in & the beach just there.

My husband and I have just returned from a blissful stay at this lovely house. It truly is the perfect beach house. The location is unbeatable - only a few steps to the beach, and the views are lovely. The house is really well appointed and comfortable. we are already planning when we can return for another stay.

We just love this beach house. It was our second visit, both times in winter. The position is amazing, nothing better than sitting out on the deck watching the waves. The gate leading out the back fence to to coffee shop, pizza, BWS is inspired. Less than 1km down to beautiful Tally Creek and Custard Canteen for delicious Portuguese tarts. Great front yard for the kids to run around. It might become an annual event for us!

Second stay just as good as our first
We just love this beach house. It was our second visit, both times in winter. The position is amazing, nothing better than sitting out on the deck watching the waves. The gate leading out the back fence to to coffee shop, pizza, BWS is inspired. Less than 1km down to beautiful Tally Creek and Custard Canteen for delicious Portuguese tarts. Great front yard for the kids to run around. It might become an annual event for us!

Loved the position, great coffee shop walking distance, off lead dog beach, lots of restaurants at Burleigh, the house was a bit smaller than expected from the photos, however big enough for us. Very happy 😃

Right on the beach and close to a patrolled swimming area. Car ride to shops and restaurants but coffee shops very close. We had a wonderful restful time.

Perfect view and house for family
We had a perfect stay at Allison’s house. The view from the front deck is magic, and listening to the waves crashing is so peaceful. The property is fully fenced and was great for our two small dogs. We were a family of 5 and the house was great for my 93 year old grandmother who has some limited mobility, very few stairs to get in to property and all on one level once in. Very clean house, kitchen well equipped. We would love to stay again!

Beach access across the rd (which never had traffic more like a walking track) surf spot straight out the front . Cozy living room . Coffee shop (espresso motto) on the back door step through an access gate perfect every morning. Very close to the Burleigh Nat park walking trail and a 5 min drive to the hub of palm beach. Worth the splurge and will def be back.

Couldn’t fault our stay.

Magic location
We couldn’t have been happier. The huge front yard was perfect for kids to kick the footy. Proximity to Tallebudgera Creek was perfect for kids to ride bikes/scooters. The back gate leading to an awesome coffee shop, BWS, and pizza was an unexpected bonus! It was a cold week when we stayed, and the split system and oil heaters kept us all very comfortable. We will definitely be back, thankyou!

Absolutely perfect location, very comfortable for 4 adults and a toddler. All was just perfect including comfortable beds. One of the best accommodations we have stayed in.

Alisons Beach House is amazing. Fabulously clean - Handy to everything you need within walking distance. Family friendly beach - Just the best !!!!!!!! Sitting of the big deck watching the surf and the kids play in the large front yard was heaven. 10 out of 10 for this Fantastic House.

Family Reunion
Grandparents from NZ, son, daughter in law and 3 grandchildren from UK spent a marvellous week together at this Gold Coast Beach Front House. Residence, location and communication with the owner were all excellent.
This is second time staying in this house and hope it will not be the last.
We were especially grateful that our departure was able to be extended for a few hours to fit in with our outgoing flights.

Waking up to that view every morning was awesome, what a great spot!
Beautiful little beach house in a great location, perfect for families, easy access to the beach, local shops and the M1 if you are off to the Movie/Dream world etc.
Clean, neat and tidy, well stocked with the basics so you dont need to overshop!
Communication with the owner is great too, she was always one step ahead and very friendly :)

We stayed for a week at this beautiful little beach house and enjoyed selves immensely. Everything was as we thought it would be. Clean and tidy.

Just a quick note to say we had a wonderful long weekend at the house. The front balcony is perfect. We sat around the table there all day, between swims that is.
It makes such a difference being able to walk straight out the front gate to the beach. The little road in front is a dead end 2 houses further on, so there's no traffic. There's a BWS ridiculously close, so running out of Sauvignon Blanc is no big deal, bar whose turn it is to go. Haha. The house is all set for cooking, which means more time to stay put & enjoy. Sun rises there are magical. You're on the beach in seconds.
It seems the best surf options are right out front. There's a sandbar making waves in that spot. Locals tell me it's always there. Indeed there was a surf carnival held on that break one morning.
We had a great little holiday. Really nice 3Br house, sitting on a large block of land. Highly recommended.
