We had a great time at this rental property visiting family who live on the island. The pool was perfect. The house had all the small little amenities that you don’t realize you need until you see them there (a few starter rolls of TP, dish soap and new sponge, beach chairs, serving dishes and spoons, salt/pepper, Pam cooking spray, just to name a few!) the kids loved the pool. It was hard to get them out! We would definitely book this property again!

We absolutely love the house, location and the immediate area. Coral reef park is so beautiful and fun for everyone. We paid extra to be able to enjoy a pool. We could not enjoy the pool because the heater was set at 95° the pool was so hot easily 100+° when the outside temp/weather is 95° the last thing you want is a bathtub to jump into, not refreshing at all. I would suggest turning the heater off in the summer, or at least turning it down to 80° Florida sun will warm it plenty in the summer.

House was great for our family of 4. Enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood, short walk to beach, and heated salt water pool in backyard! Host was very responsive when we had questioms. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property and location
Wonderful home. A little dated but had everything we needed. Huge covered patio next to pool was a big plus. Only 15 minute walk to beach. Would definitely rent again.

Don’t stay
I am giving this one star because this house was extremely clean and the location was perfect for what I needed it for.
I had originally booked another home through a different company back in October, this home was directly across the street from the Resort I would be getting married at, this detail is crucial, because I have two lovely dogs that would be joining us for the wedding and the resort rooms were unfortunately not pet friendly. In March, this booking was cancelled due to unknown reasons, that left me to quickly find another home. I went on various websites and finally settled on Booking.com through Evolve for the “Riviera Beach Home With Pool- Walk to Beach!”. It had enough rooms for myself when I stayed there as well as my cousins who were watching the dogs. The pet policy simply said “Pets allowed. Charges may apply.” There were no fine line restrictions at time of booking for breed, length of stay or anything else. A week before we are to start heading down to Florida (I live in NC), I get a message through Booking.com that explains Check in and check out policies. Within these policies it says “You cannot bring a pet if your stay is less than two weeks” and “If you would like to bring a larger pet, homeowner approval is required.” At this point I am days away from the most stressful planning I have ever done and this was just added to my list. Why not have that as a description on your listing? Why did I have to pay you in full, wait two months and then find out this intricate policy? I called Evolve and they said they would talk with the Property Owner. A few hours later, I receive a response explaining they take ownership of the way it is worded and they will allow my two pets (two corgi dogs) to stay there , however they were charging me a 2 week pet fee of $667! How fair is this? I expected to pay a 4 night fee for the time I stayed there, not a 2- week fee. Unfortunately for me, I could not cancel as I needed the location as close as possible and a place big enough, and nothing was left on Singer Island. I was trapped and taken advantage of.
Now, when we arrived the house who says they are dog friendly had zero dog amenities. I travel a lot and with my dogs and normally the bare minimum is a fenced in yard. This yard was fenced in on three sides, missing the right side of the house. Also, no dog beds, bowls, doggy bags, etc.
Speed up to my wedding day and I get a phone call from the Property Manager at 7:30am. He is asking me about a neighbor complaint on sprinklers. I have no idea as I am Getting married across the street but I did tell him I would call my family staying there to find out. Unknown to me at the time, My Aunt who was staying there had already contacted my father about the neighbors pounding on the door at 7 am, and my father called Evolve to tell them they needed to talk to the neighbors and sort the situation out as it was unacceptable. My father also explicitly said to contact him, as the person renting (me) was getting married. What happens? I get called next to figure out what was happening. Whatever the sprinkler issue was, neighbors should not have been pounding on the door of a rental property at 7 am and the Manager should not have come to us to solve their issue. Then the very next day landscapers showed up and just went into the backyard to do their thing. We were never told and what if my dogs were out there? What if we were out there in our bathing suits swimming? This was an invasion of Privacy when you do not even give a heads-up about a service coming in like this, not to mention, my dogs are well behaved but what if someone who had a different type of dog reacted negatively to strangers coming into a backyard with loud equipment?
This was the most stressful place to stay at and I have traveled all over the country and internationally. I have never used Evolve and I NEVER WILL AGAIN. If you want to stay here beware of neighbors pounding on your door and the Owner wanting you to take care of the problems and hopefully you don’t risk it with a pet, book something else.

Family vacation
The house was beautiful, sizable, clean and kitchen was stocked well, having a washer and dryer was such a plus, spent so much time outside, only thing wish beach was a little closer. I had to reach the host once, unrelated to any problems, she responded immediately. Thumbs up for this family vacation, good time had by all ,

Great trip
It was a perfect house for our group of 8 women! There were enough beds and a lot of space. The mirror wall was a huge plus for us girls as well! It was a perfect location next to the beach and a nice neighborhood. The host was attentive and answered all my questions. The only cons were the dim lighting and a smelly odor coming from the sink. Overall we loved the house and hope to come back in the future again!

Great Location and Heated Pool
0.5 miles to beach by foot. Spacious house. Awesome covered outdoor seating and dining table. Pool is always warm thanks to solar panel heat. Ran into a couple of roaches in the house, but not uncommon in Florida. Great property for a family.

Very clean, great location!
Loved the house! It was a little dated on the inside, but overall worked great for us! The pool doesnt really have a shallow area for little kids, but it was fine.

Good. . . And some Bad
The peopel who stayed before us must have smoked inside or something because there was a hint of smoke. . . . but that was only a hint as the glade plug-ins were on EXTRA SUPER DUPER SUPER DUPER HIGH. As soon as we opened the door we were literally almost suffocated by the smell. We had to open all the windows in the house and leave for 2 hours and come back to even be able to get inside.
Other than that, once we got them unplugged and the house aired out, the place was exactly as expected. Nice place to hang out outside on the patio. Good location.
I'd request they do NOT plug in the Glades. . . then you'll have a great stay.

Great Location
Good location and relatively nice house. Could use some repairs and updating but nothing major and that will detract from a pleasant stay. Would stay here again without doubt.

March Madness 2020
Enjoyed house & location especially with being confined the last week of our visit because of the virus. Suggestions: 1) Post a sign for pool saying no glass. We had to purchase plastic glasses. 2) Explain trash recycle process. 3) Book with island information would be great.

Perfect House and Location
My family and I could not be happier with our stay at this home. It was fully stocked with everything you would need for a great beach vacation. The owner allowed us to use the beach items, (chairs, umbrellas, toys for kids, and cooler for adults). The beach was so close and when we did not want to go to the beach the back yard and pool was AMAZING!!! Best house we have rented yet...Easily 5 stars.

Could it be any nicer?
From the ease of booking 1210 Morse Blvd through VROB to the speed at which Lisette, the property manager, responded to our questions/needs while we were in our house, it was a relaxingly easy way to vacation. Clean, airy, convenient, relaxing, as described, walk to beach, nice neighborhood; lovely, lovely, lovely. My only regret was why we didn’t do this sooner...

Home away from home..clean, comfortable and easy access to beach and shopping. Beautiful environment
My family from England and Canada stayed at this beautiful home for 7 days in December, 2019. It was clean, comfortable, accessible to shopping and beach. The pool was very clean. Not to mentioned, the Property Manager Ms Sampson (the best), if there's any issue (small or great), once she's notified it will be taken care of immediately. The home was equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable. We're planning our next family vacation and will be staying again at this property. Best Vacation property. Thank you kindly Ms Sampson / Evolve vacation rental. ......Darnet

This property was clean but they have a roach problem. We killed 10 roaches, If not more. There are no tables in the family room which is inconvenient. The freezer doesn’t open all the way because the it hits the wall. The ice maker doesn’t work and the refrigerator is old. The ceiling fan in the master is loud so you can’t sleep with it on. The ceiling fan in the living area is also Loud with terrible Lighting. The outside area is great. I think the owner should stay in the house to experience all of the issues.

Beautiful house & great location!
Well maintained and very clean house in a great neighborhood with close proximity to the beach and restaurants! The patio is great and the kids enjoyed the pool although the water temperature was more like a sauna. Well furnished with kitchen materials, towels, linens, and beach equipment. The only issue we had during our stay was with having consistent hot water during showers, but would definitely stay here again!

Great home for a family reunion
We had a great time at this lovely home. The beach is a short walk or drive away and it is amazing. I am so glad that we stayed at such a great place and I recommend that others do as well.

Our Family Get Together
The home was very well kept and very nice inside. The most attractive feature was the extra large Patio and salt water pool. Our Family could enjoy an evening thunder shower outside while we barbecued the fresh catch of the day. Having an outside freezer was nice as extra. It fit our family of 7 with no problem at all. Only shortfall was the room having two full size beds did not have a chest of drawers or triple dresser to put away our stuff.

We had an enjoyable time.
Private outdoor patio was great! Our only challenge was no tvs in the bedrooms. Internet TV was provided instead of network cable. We aren't very tech savy so couldn't figure that out very well.

Wonderful! Very Clean, Great Environment,
Very clean, well kept. Well stocked with everything you'd need and more. Loved the pool. Grounds were well kept and will definitely book again. Only thing is that price was very high for this time of year.

Beautiful well appointed home.. great location
This house was great so comfortable .. had everything needed for a great vacay. Outdoor space beyond awesome. Road construction unexpected and a bit noisy/messy. Overall we had a terrific stay with gorgeous weather too!

Amazing house with lots of room!
We had a great time here with 2 families that included 2 kids under 2 and 2 preteens. We appreciated the open space, the secure pool and the fenced in backyard. The house was clean and well stocked for us to enjoy. The location was great to get to the Manatee Lagoon, the Turtle Rescue, and the beach.

Very comfortable house with great terrace!
We stayed more than a week and it was such a nice house to stay in! 3 bed rooms, all very comfy. The whole place was very well equipped and ultra clean. The best was the terrace that was made for you to relax and enjoy warm evenings outside: bbq, big couches,...
We didn’t use the swimming pool so much because it was cold but we were so close to the beach - 9 minutes by walking only - that it was not a big deal.
The contact we had was super reactive and made our stay a great experience.
This house is great for family/friends gathering - dedicated to conviviality!
