About this house rental
Less than 10 minutes from the beaches, located on a hill, quiet, this villa floor of 130 m2 enjoys a very good exposure. It includes a spacious kitchen fully equipped (fridge US, induction hob, dishwasher ...) and a dining room with a large terrace, 3 bedrooms with double beds, a desk, a bathroom with toilet, a shower room with toilet and separate toilet.
The traditional pool of 11x5. 50 m, the pool house (kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, TV) and the garden, exclusively reserved for our guests, offer a pleasant space of relaxation surrounded by greenery out of sight.
The house is accessed by a private electric gate. The garden is fully fenced and the pool is secure.
Geographically, the house is ideally located because it is close to motorway access, Cannes, Antibes / Juan-les Pins and villages such as Biot, Valbonne, Grasse ... very popular with holidaymakers.
Nice is less than a 1/2 hour drive and Monaco and the Italian border about 1 hour.
Golfe Juan, seaside resort, with its public and private beaches, restaurants, is 5 minutes from the house. On the old port, boats allow to go to the Lérins Islands and enjoy the small wild beaches.
The hinterland with its mountains, forests, rivers, lakes, caves offers many opportunities for activities whatever the season: hiking, biking, zip line, canyoning, paragliding, skiing ...

The pictures of the property do not do it justice. It is a fantastic property very spacious and the pool area is just amazing.
Jerome and Carina were great hosts and could not have been more helpful.
We came for the rugby world cup and our only issues were getting taxis to and from the property. Other than that we have no complaints.

If you're looking for somewhere to stay for you and your family in Cannes then look no further. Carine and Jerome are the perfect hosts and are on hand whenever you need them. The villa is beautiful, spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The pool and pool house are fabulous and perfect for the whole family to enjoy. We loved every minute of our stay at Villa Rose and can highly recommend it. We will definitely be looking to stay at Villa Rose again in the future and I think that says it all.

Jerome and Karine have a beautiful home and we’re excellent hosts! Both Jerome and Karine that is super clean and very well taken care of. The house is in a great location with quick access to Cannes and Antibes. There is a grocery store (Intermarche) within minutes of the Villa that will cover all your needs.
The home is very spacious and plenty of areas to hang out after a long day at the beach. The pool area, pool house and amenities around the pool were the best part! Really nice view of the hills of super Cannes, partial sea view in the distance and really nice vegetation throughout the property. Really can’t say enough about how nice our stay was the place is much nicer than the photos show!

We had a fantastic time in this wonderful house! Great location in order to visit Cannes, Antibes, Nice and Monaco.
The pool area is absolutely stunning and a welcome touch of milk, wine & coffee on arrival was really appreciated. Golf Juan is a fun little beach town with lots of nice bars/restaurants.
Jerome and Carine are lovely & on hand to help with anything. There is a fantastic supermarket minutes away in the car.
All in all, this was a fabulous holiday and we would completely recommend!

We had a great stay at the location. The house, the great terrace, the pool house, the pool and the neighborhood was perfect.
The next supermarket is 5 min walk away. The entrance way to the house is very steep but you get used to it.
In the house you have everything you need. A barbecue, table tennis and lot more.

Bliss in the South of France
We had a fantastic stay at this property and Carine and Jerome were amazing hosts. They purchased wine and beer and a huge fruit basket on arrival. The pool house and pool area were 5 stars like a boutique hotel with an amazing pool, artwork and enough chairs and loungers for all and no one to share it with !! . The view from the apartment is picture worthy as it is from the pool patio. Cannot thank our hosts enough for how clean and spacious this property was. This has everything a family needs for a relaxing put private vacation. We will return..

Wir waren anfangs September für 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus. Carine und Jerome haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Im Kühlschrank stand bereits gekühlter Wein und Getränke und was zum knabbern. Sehr gross zügiges Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Detailvolle Kleinigkeiten zur Benutzung im Bad. Der Garten, die Liegen und der Pool waren hervorragend und gross zügig. Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln. Das Pool Haus war perfekt. Zum einkaufen nur paar Minuten und für Ausflüge ist das Haus sehr vorteilhaft gelegen. Der Strand ist unweit, wie auch Restaurants und Kaffes. Carine und Jerome haben einige Flyer im Wohnzimmer aufgestellt, die sehr nützlich waren. Alles drum und dran haben wir 2 wunderschöne Ferien verbracht. Das Wetter hätte nicht besser sein können, sehr warm und sonnig.
Kommen bestimmt wieder!!

Waren rundum zufrieden, fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Gastgeber Carine und Jerome waren sehr gastfreundlich und haben uns mit unseren 2 Kindern sehr nett und mit ein paar Erfrischungen empfangen. GANZ LIEBEN DANK AN DIESER STELLE NOCHMAL AUS DEM SPREEWALD !
Die Lage ist sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig. Wir haben unsere Highlight- Städte Cannes, Nizza, Monaco und Saint Tropez sowie die Schlucht von Verdon von dort aus gut erreichen können...
Diese Gegend ist für Familien auch absolut zu empfehlen denn auch der nahe gelegene Strand von Port Juan ist sehr schön.
Alles in Allem haben wir gemerkt das Carine und Jerome alles mit Liebe machen. ;0)

Perfekte Location mit traumhaftem Ausblick!
Wir waren im September 2019 für 10 Tage mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern zu Gast. Das Haus sowie der Pool war super sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern sowie der Empfang beim Check in war super freundlich und angenehm. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt Klasse und die Location nur weiter zu empfehlen! We had a great time in this villa, total privacy and in a really restful spot. The villa itself is beautiful, with lovely views. The pool area was spectacular and the pool house a real bonus. Well stocked kitchen. Just 5 mins in the car from Cannes. Would highly recommend.

Waren Ende September in einer Gruppe von 5 Personen in diesem schönen Apartment. Es liegt gut und ruhig und ist Ideal um sich die Strände der Cote d´Azur anzuschauen und Städte im Umland zu besichtigen. Sehr sauberes Haus und unglaublich schöne Poollandschaft inklusive Poolhaus, welches sich perfekt eignet um nach einem Pooltag das Steak vom Grill zu genießen. Der Pool ist wirklich groß und tief genug.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans votre villa. Nos enfants et nous-mêmes nous sommes sentis très vite à l'aise dans cette villa tout confort. Les photos correspondent bien à la réalité : le luxe, le confort et l'équipement. Nous avons apprécié la propreté de la propriété en général : les abords, la piscine et la poolhouse, la literie, les coins cuisine, etc c'est un véritable plaisir. Wir waren 14 Tage in dieser Wunderschöne Villa mit Pool.Wir wurden bei der Ankunft sehr freundlich von der Eigentürmerin willkommen geheissen.Die Villa war nicht nur wunderschõn sondern auch tip top gepflegt und sauber!!!Das gleiche gilt auch für den Traumhaften Poolbereich.Die Villa ist sehr schön gelegen da man unter anderem die Städe wie Cannes,Antibes,Nizza,Monaco...in kürzeste Zeit besuchen kann.Ein grosses Lob an die Eigentümer Carine und Jèrome die uns auch bei fragen jeder zeit ganz freundlich beraten haben.Sehr sehr empfehlenswert,wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!

This house near Golfe Juan was perfect for us (2 adultes, 3 kids). Spacious, well equipped and prepared. Bbq, kitchen, even soap tablets for the dishwasher were available. Modern, clean and well maintained overall. Great pool and garden. Everything nearby, coast, beaches, supermarket, restaurants etc. Clear and friendly communication with owners all the time. Perfect home away from home
This house is perfectly nestled just minutes from Cannes. The owners was welcoming and very kind. The house has everything you need including a perfect balcony to drink your coffee from while enjoying the stunning view. We had everything we needed and there was plenty of room for 6 of us. The pool was too cold to enjoy but is stunning.
Amenities are close and convenient, providing anything you may need.
We hope to be back some day! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great place and great hosts
Carine and Jerome and their villa are wonderful. Everything was decorated so tastefully, the beds were so comfortable, modern kitchen with everything you would ever need and more.... AND the high speed internet always worked. The whole place felt more like a fancy hotel then a private home. The layout was fantastic for our family with three full bedrooms each with electric shutters. The balcony is huge and with a great view of the surrounding hills and a bit of the ocean below as well. Then there's the separate pool and pool house that are both amazing, and a ping pong table that was also lots of fun. The quiet gardens around are so well kept and landscaped, just a pleasure to look at. There were citrus trees full of fruits and we even made fresh juice while we were there. Our hostess Carine was such a warm, friendly and helpful lady. We had a problem one day with the stove and she had somebody fix it the next day, we needed a babysitter, she found a wonderful one for us. She even presented our kids with small toys to welcome them on the first day, and for the parents welcome a delicious bottle of rosé and some tasty snacks. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to be back one day in the future.
