This spacious ground floor apartment is ideally located in Estepona port close to beaches and old town. The property offers two en-suite bedrooms, a spacious master room with a king size bed and a twin bedroom, both offering quality beds and air conditioning. All beds have extra mattresses. The kitchen next to the dining area it's fully fitted providing an induction stove and washing machine for your use during your stay. The terrace of this apartment actually overlooks one of the two swimming pools within the apartment complex, so it is possible for families to watch their children if they are using the pool. Parking is possible in the communal parking area and operates on a first come, first served basis however finding a space isn't normally a problem. You can also park nearby for free. Two supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafes, plus two beaches are all within a few minutes walk of the apartment. This makes it an ideal location for those who do not wish to hire a car and have everything on their door step. The beaches of Playa La Rada and Playa del Cristo are also easily accessed from these apartments. The property provides a high speed fiber optic internet connection along with intenational TV channels including Sky and several European channels including Swedish.

Lovely relaxing stay

Lovely relaxing stay

Apartment has prime position overlooking the pool and nice view of sea in the distance. It is perfectly placed next to the Marina bars and restaurants and supermarkets. 10 min walk to Playa del Cristo which was very chilled and huge bay for safe swimming.

It's a 10 minutes walk away from the closest beach. You can also be on Estepona town centre with a 6min drive. The apartment has all the necessary facilities
