The walkway continues down to the water edge and large dock on deep water for boating and jet skis. Point Venture Private Park is three blocks away and is a beach paradise with 50+ acres of sandy peninsula and the deepest Boat Launch on the lake that has year-round access to boating. Four Bedroom (9 beds) has three ensuite "primary" Bedrooms/baths that are spacious and equipped with king sized beds that open to covered balconies with 180 degree views overlooking Lake Travis.
The lakefront house is great for hosting large family and friend gatherings. Dining area sits 14 with additional seating on patio. The house comfortably sleeps 12 and can accommodate additional guests upon request. All four bedrooms have balconies with views of Lake Travis and three bedrooms with large ensuite bathrooms and king sized beds. Two bedrooms and bathrooms are on the main level and include an ADA compliance bathrooms/shower, kitchen, living, dining kitchen, and office areas.

Four couples from our family stayed here for a week in late October. Rachel was really great to work with, and the home is as nice as pictured. In particular, the back patio/deck was huge and covered, and we ate our meals at the large table every night we stayed in. The view is really good from this property, and it was lovely to sit and read on the sectional out there. Note that the pool is more like a really large hot tub, but it is a lap pool with a water stream on one end. For our purposes it worked great, and it has a nice structure covering it in case it's raining.
Inside was great -- really comfortable beds and furniture. Huge and functional kitchen.
If you're considering staying here and occassionally heading into Austin (which we did), just keep in mind that this is on the northern side of Lake Travis and there's no bridge to shorten the trip into town. It takes about an hour to get around the northeast side of the lake to downtown Austin. On the other hand, it was a nice location to access hill country and wineries on the west.

We really liked this house, the view from the balcony, the location, the game room, and the very nice kitchen with upscale appliances. The house was open and spacious! We spent a lot of time on the huge balcony. It was so relaxing with a great view of the lake.

The house was exactly as pictured. Our teens loved having the game room for their own space to hang out. The Sonos system throughout the house and deck were awesome and super easy to use. The best feature was the boat lift which allowed us to keep our boat on the water so we could spend long days on the lake without trailering every night!

This was by far the cleanest property we’ve rented. Everything we could need or want was available, even things we’d never thought about! I had a couple questions before and upon arriving for our trip, and couldn’t have been happier with the quick and complete responses. They say they want you to feel at home, and they absolutely mean it!

Great House, great Host. Rachel is the amazing. The house is stocked to the gills with everything. Toys for the grandkids, cookware for all us chiefs. She has Fiestaware as plates! Amazing view, clean comfortable house. Deck was great for family. Stop looking at other properties and book this one. Will definitely stay again!

Excellent Lakehouse
This is our second time to rent this house. I would highly recommend this property. The house is well maintained and the lake views are great! Joe and Rachel are very helpful and easy to work with. We had plenty of space for 8 adults and 4 children. Everyone enjoyed fishing and swimming on the dock. The kids also spent a lot of time in the game room. We look forward to our next visit!

Girl's trip
We had a great girl's trip. The kitchen was large and where everyone seemed to gather. The outdoor space was wonderful in the morning and late afternoon for drinks and snacks. The unit has a wonderful view of the lake.
The rooms were all large and comfortable.
It is a bit of a hike to the water, but that was expected. The water was low, but that is not within the owner's control.
We would rent this unit again.

Exceeded expectations
It's not often that a property turns out even better than the photos, but this place exceeded expectations. It had everything you might need and was fully stocked. I came with a group of friends and it was perfect for hanging by the lake. The patio was awesome and the outdoor chairs were great. The beds and couches were very comfortable. the hosts were very responsive. All in all I would whole heartedly recommend this place to others.

Oasis on Lake Travis! 5 stars across the board
Our family had all our expectations exceeded with this rental and we look forward to coming back. The home was well laid out with a large kitchen, dining and living room on the first floor when you walk in that’s directly connected with 2 1st floor bedrooms, the game room and a large outdoor deck. We loved the outdoor space and furniture and spent alot of time outside. Great sunset views a plus! The Sonos system was a nice plus too so we could connect our music to any room or outdoors. The kitchen was well set up too which made it easy to settle in. The home was everything we could ask for and the kids especially loved the ample outdoor spaces, access to the lake, neighborhood friendly deers, and the game room. One of the best rentals we’ve stayed anywhere. Can’t wait to return!

Our first trip to Lake Travis and luckily found the absolute perfect family lakehouse. The home is very well maintained, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped with everything possible that you may need. Lots of space for everyone and the garage converted playroom was a game changer, especially travelling with kids. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The owners are a dream to work with and really go out of their way to make sure you have an exceptional experience at their home. Can't wait to return!

Great Family Getaway
You won't be disappointed with this house. Every room is exactly as pictured. The expansive balcony had beautiful views from every window. It was the perfect place to enjoy the morning coffee, or the evening cocktail. We had 4 adults and 5 teens in our group. There was plenty of space for all of us. The game room was a perfect place to watch a movie while playing pool or foosball. And it kept the teens off their devices. The house was beautifully furnished and the kitchen was well appointed. Rachel was a wonderful host. She answered all of our questions before arriving and was responsive during our stay. We only had 4 days, but will definitely make our next stay longer. We would definitely rent this house again.

Quite and relaxing. Great view of the lake and easy access to the water.
Had a great time on the lake. Grandkids enjoyed seeing the deer, fishing from the dock and the game room was beyond what we had at other places that we have rented. The patio was a great place to have a cup of coffee or a cold drink in the evening.

Great Family Getaway
We rented this house for a family vacation with 8 adults and 4 children. There was plenty of room. The house was very clean and well stocked. The gradual walk down to the water was great for children. The large balcony had great views of the lake. The kids enjoyed the pool table, air hockey, and Foosball in the game room.
We used the dock for swimming and fishing. The dock is shared with the neighbor, but we found there to be plenty of room on our side. Having the boat lift for our boat was very nice. We tied jet skis to the side of the dock without any problems. The docks also had a nice ladder to accommodate swimmers.
Rachel was great to work with. She answered several questions before our visit and almost always responded within an hour! You can tell this property is treated like a home, not a rental house. We will definitely return here again.

Amazing home and location!
We had the most wonderful time at Lake Travis. This house was perfect for our family. We rented a boat two of the days and having our own dock was so convenient. I couldn’t believe how clean the lake was and the house is fully stocked too. Thanks for letting us stay Rachel! :)

Lake Travis Family Vacay
The house was just as beautiful and roomy as pictured. It fit our extended family perfectly. We loved being steps from the lake and having a boat dock to fish or swim off of. The game room was a big hit and we loved the deck with room to grill, eat or just hang out. Rachel was so easy to work with and answered any questions immediately. Will definitely plan to come back!

Relaxing Easter Family Week
Lakeland Villa was such a wonderful oasis for the four generations of our family, from my 94-year-old father to our 6 month old grandson. The views are breathtaking from almost every room. The house is well-appointed, with just about anything you would need in the kitchen. We loved the grill and smoker, and enjoyed the views from the deck or dining room table. The game room was so much fun air hockey, pool table and foosball, plus a huge TV. The owner, Rachel, was always prompt and helpful with any questions. We loved the dock and sat around the fire pit every evening. We would definitely stay here again.

Quarantine Getaway.
Met with a group of college friends for a weekend getaway on the lake. We had an amazing time and got to relax by the water all weekend. We were able to rent a boat less than a mile away and have a great time! Thankful we got to rent this property and have a blast doing. Would come back again if need be.

This house was perfect for our group of 9 and the pictures realty don’t do it justice. Amazing view out on the patio, every bedroom had access to outside where you could have the door open for a fresh lake breeze, en suite bathrooms, etc. I wish we could have stayed even longer!

Wow! This house was perfect for a little weekend getaway. We had a group of women stay at the house in February and we were lucky to have great weather. A pontoon boat was able to pick us up from our dock one evening and take us to dinner at Canyon Creek Rough Hollow. We enjoyed brunch the next day sitting on the patio overlooking the lake. Another boat took us out on Saturday to cruise around. We spent the majority of the weekend at the house relaxing, playing games, and enjoying each other’s company. We ordered yummy pizza one night from the Gnarly Gnar. Rachel and Joe answered many questions prior to our arrival and they were very kind throughout the whole process. Would recommend this house to friend groups, families, and more! Thank you for the perfect weekend.

Female Cousins Trip
Rachel is Amazing. The property is beautiful - Spacious, clean, gorgeous views, and well equipped with quality items. Comfortable beds, huge kitchen, beautiful sights (The river, the deer) I could go on and on.....This was a much needed girl’s trip but I’m already planning a couples trip and will definitely make arrangements to stay here.
