We stayed here for a total of 3 weeks, starting from the end of August through to the middle of September, which is a perfect time to visit Cortina.
The apartment feels very much like a home and we loved our stay. It's pleasantly quirky with lots of homely features and worked really well for our large group. Very comfortable indeed and perfect for our climbing and walking group.
It's quiet, although it is only about 10-15 minute walk away from the bustle of the town centre. The views from the balcony are absolutely fantastic and massive stag appeared in the garden during a thunderstorm.
Really well stocked supermarket at the bottom of the hill and brilliant bakery in town too. Lots of restaurants and shops in Cortina.

One bedroom was ok for adults but the other three were tiny. Host charged us extra for using all four bedrooms. The three extra bedrooms are kids bunks only. Very small. Kitchen was quite small. Coffee maker was dirty (old grounds). Deck and floors were dirty. It's in a nice location but quite a walk up an extremely steep road--about half a mile from town. There is a very large hotel being constructed next door (a lot of noise).

Noisy location with near construction, trucks, jackhammer at 7:30 am. We expected a peaceful location. Window in main bedroom doesn’t open and close without getting out of wack.
Kitchen need some repair: handles of cupboards etc.

The house was really spacious and comfortable and the location is only 15 minutes walking from the heart of Cortina

Great view, close to town and the region in general.
Beds were very hard, same as rest of Italy. Pillows were unusually flat.
One bedroom and one bathroom were not made available.
Garage would not fit our mid size SUV but was not an issue for us in September off season.
Plumbing made very loud noise after use. Couch was uncomfortable with a sheet like cover over it.
If you don’t have a car like us then the walk up hill from town will be a bear.
If you want to hike Tre Cime you need to get there early - even in mid September

Have to walk up steep hill from town. 140 euro cleaning charge added after. See house rules. Linen charge. But agents were very nice and helpful. Offered a place to leave our bags after we checked out. Overall great place.

Wonderful house in Cortina
Very beautiful house and close enough to the city center. The views to the mountains are wonderful. The fact that it has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is very good to support large groups. The owners were very nice and allowed us a late check out.

Appartamento bello confortevole ed elegante
Appartamento elegante, confortevole e soprattutto pulito e curato. La vista dal terrazzo é da cartolina. Posizionato alla stessa altezza del favoloso hotel cristallo si trova in salita ma con una piacevole passeggiata anche in compagnia di bambini piccoli si raggiunge facilmente il centro. Staff per check in e check out disponibilissimo.

Big apt but quite dark and old
Location very good. Owner very kind. Appartement big but only one double bed room.
The apartment is very dark and quite old. It was not very clean, in particular the cutlery (not acceptable considering that we pay 100eur for the cleaning).
Bath tabs in all bathrooms with short flexible pipes so impossible to take a shower.

La casa è molto carina, curata il giusto, pratica e funzionale. Abbastanza vicina al centro unico neo che è alla fine di una salitona 😁. Questo però permette di avere un contesto tranquillissimo con una vista mozzafiato.

Amazing Cortina Adventure
This apartment was in a beautiful setting. It was close to town and 30 minutes from the best hikes. We stayed comfortably with seven people and the three bathrooms were a godsend! Our only complaint was running out of tp and trying to park at the mercado!!

excellent séjour dans les Dolomites
Nous avons passé 9 nuits dans cet appartement qui très spacieux avec tout le confort et les commodités. Se situant proche de la ville nous pouvons y aller en 10mn à pied ce qui est appréciable. A Cortina tous les types de commerces sont présents.
De nombreuses balades sont possibles dans un rayon de 15km et permettent de voir des sites remarquables (Cinque Torri, Tre cime di Lavaredo, massif des Tofane..)
Un grand merci à notre propriétaire avec qui tout s'est bien passé et qui est très à l'écoute
