Jesse was a great host. We took a red eye flight and had to check in early and he was very accommodating. Communication before and after the stay was also great. The condo was exactly as it looked in the pictures. It's literally 2 blocks from the beach and within walking distance of just about anything in miami beach. I'd highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to miami beach!

A five-star review because my stay! From reservation to departure, could not have gone smoother. The condo building is as charming as can be, and the condo clean with everything in perfect working order. The best part for me, on my walks back from Lincoln road in the evening, was to leave all the craziness of SoBe behind and once you cross 5th street. It's like a curtain of quiet is around the apartment. If that's what you're looking for, then you've found it!

We had a great time in south beach at this wonderful condo. Everything was so accessible and the location was definitely prime! The condo was clean, organized and very quiet. Our newly renovated art deco condo in south beach completes it's oasis appeal with a pool! This is a rare asset for a 1920's art deco building. Our sun drenched modern one bedroom loft is nestled on a tropical and quiet Euclid Ave. Just steps away from the iconic south beach ocean drive, and just 2 1/2 blocks from the beach!
The Fountain Condo is a newly renovated land-marked building with original marble floors and tiles from the original era in place.
Our condo is a modern one bedroom with walk in closet and plenty of room for your clothes! The condo has central ac, wifi, SmartTv, complimentary Netflix, and a washer and dryer unit for your convenience.
The bathroom has recently been renovated with limestone, a brand new shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen has granite counter tops, dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, and comes fully equipped for those times you want to dine at home.
There are beach chairs, towels & and umbrella inside the walk-in closet . If you'd prefer to stay closer to home every once in a while, enjoy an amazing gem of a pool with palm trees that sway over your head to the breeze from the ocean. It is a rarity to have a stunning pool in a historic land-marked art deco building.

I can sell them to you for only $20 each/day so you can come and go as you please 24 hours a day. Just let me know before you arrive!
If you prefer covered parking, there's a secure parking garage only 3 streets away for overnight at only $20 per 24 hour stay.
While we have been down there on vacation, during high season, we've never had a problem with parking directly in front of our condo during the day, or a few steps away on the cross streets of 4th or 3rd.
Here's a little history about the little 'slice of paradise' our condo is right in the middle of. As of 2005, south of fifth (Sofi) has Miami Beach's highest property values. Although mostly residential, the area is also home to several large scale development projects. This area has several notable nightlife destinations, including amnesia, Nikki beach club, and pearl. It also has several smaller, upscale bars and restaurants. Here's a few... The world-famous joe's stone crabs, prime 112, Smith & Wollensky's steak house, Estiatorio Milos by Costas Spiliadis, Fogo de Chao, Texas de Brazil, Shoji & Shoji sushi, Monty's, and Big Pink. and MANY more!
South beach offers the best of both worlds...Sun and fun and crazy nightlife. The beaches are white sand and turquoise colored water. The shopping, cafes, restaurants and boutiques that make south beach so colorful are only 3 blocks away from the condo.
There are plenty of cabs, and the 'south beach local', a bus stop that's a few feet away, and only a quarter to ride...That's right, just 25 cents! When your ready to explore around by bicycle, Decobike is a block away, with 24 hour access. This is the official city of Miami beach bike sharing & rental program.
The fountain is an intimate and private oasis located on a quiet neighborhood street and its three newly rejuvenated art deco structures have been entered into the national registry of historic buildings. The fountain also features landscaped courtyard patio area with gas barb q girl and round picnic table seating.
The fountain is just steps away from ocean drive, collins avenue, the beach and landmarks such as south pointe park. The fountain is stylishly deco set in a functional design that integrates luxury with an active lifestyle.

My wife & I are always interested in sharing our future retirement home with property respectful guests. Since we're in a private, gated property, we require that all of our guests provide us with a Photo ID. This ensures whom should have access to our building.

*** A Credit Card processing fee totaling 18% already will be charged to traveler after check-in, and collected by way of PayPal, or ZELLE.
*** If you are an international traveler using a credit card not issued here in the USA, you will have pay additional (outside of this website using PayPal) a 4.9% for Visa, MasterCard, and Discover issued outside of the United States. This is our 2nd time staying in this neighborhood south of the busy South Beach. This unit is in a well - maintained condo/hotel complex. Land scape is clean, pretty and well -cared for. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. The building itself is well - positioned and safe/secure and well - maintained. Close to busy area, close to beach (5 min walk ), close also to where the cruise ships leave from ( we enjoy sitting there). Lots of options to eat at. The unit is as described. Clean and well -cared for. Kitchen was handy. Two chairs and umbrella was useful. Owner was easily reached and very helpful. Price was reasonable for the area. You won’t go wrong staying here.

The location of this condo is perfect. It was just minutes to the free trolley, beach access, and some great restaurants. Jesse took care of buying parking passes for us and we were always able to get a spot right in front of the condo. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This is an absolutely perfect place to stay in South Beach. The apartment is in a great location - tranquil and charming neighborhood yet close to everything you need - the beach, restaurants, shops...The apartment is super clean, well equipped, and pin drop quiet. The bed - super comfortable. The hosts - super responsive and helpful. Overall, a wonderful place to stay if you are looking for a relaxing experience.

Nice location in a quiet area but still very close to the beach. Beautiful scenery. Good communication and check in and out process with the property manager. Gave us some good tips and places to visit and eat. I would love to come back!

A perfect location for walking the beach (turn right to go to South Pointe Pier), taking a free trolley to an outdoor pedestrian mall (Lincoln Road) and affordable dining you can walk to no matter your culinary tastes (including South Beach). If you get bored, talk to Jesse -- he's a tourist guide extraordinaire! As for the place itself, think romantic, quiet, well-stocked & with a bed you'll love.

We stayed in South Beach quite a few times for Art Basel and other times of the year. It's always loud, run down and not at all what's advertised in the listing.
This time we were incredibly pleasantly surprised! We loved the neigborhood, which is just steps away from the beach. There was a lovely posh breakfast place on the way to the ocean.
The apartment itself was easy to navigate, super comfy bed, very responsive hosts, building adorned with live orchids and just truly well taken care of. We cannot wait to go back and spend more time there!

It is the third time that we stay in this building and we loved the 2 other times, as we had nice apartments each time. But they were unavailable when we booked our stay. So we took this one.
This apartment needs a SERIOUS update !
Very old and worn furniture. Very old appliances. Totally torn and broken shades.
An owner who sends you at least 3 or 4 messages every day of your stay ! If the intention is good, I am sure, we do not need that ! In conclusion, we stay 2 or 3 times in Miami every year : we will try to come back in this building, but NOT in this apartment.

We found this apartment to be comfortable and attractive. The kitchen was small, but the space well planned. We had everything we needed, and enjoyed the decor and artwork.

The apartment is in a beautiful, solid Art Deco building only a couple of blocks from the beach entrance at 5th Street and the activity of Ocean Drive-- and yet both the apartment and the neighborhood are shady, quiet, and lovely; people greeted us on the street. The apartment itself was perfect for us (two adult women with the adult daughter of one): I was on the pullout sofa while my friend and her daughter shared the huge bed, and they didn't mind that I cut through their room to reach the bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean, and we appreciated the washer and dryer, even for our short stay.
Jesse was super-hospitable, with suggestions about parking (which we didn't need, as we took public transportation) and the neighborhood.
The small pool (4 feet deep everywhere), apparently shared by at least two buildings, didn't seem to attract many swimmers, during our stay at least; it had tables and chairs and seemed to be a social spot more than a place to swim -- but it could hardly compete with the long beach, with lifeguards and rentable cabanas and sunshades, so close to the apartment. It was paradise. I highly recommend both the apartment and Jesse, our kind host...and look forward to my next visit.

We were in Jesse's apartment and we spent 3 great nights, the apartment is very clean and the edifice impeccable, everything worked well. It is very close to the beach and parks for children, which was very helpful. I highly recommend the apartment and would go back without hesitation. The beach near the apartment is really beautiful and the sky looks like it's in a painting. Thank you

It was a perfect location for our short trip to do the Miami Marathon. Close to the beach and everything that is going on around there. Far enough and close enough to the strip on south beach. Its nice not to be in the mix of all of that. But it is fun to go see once. The condo was great. Kitchen was perfect. My only suggestion is to have a few more spices then just salt and pepper. Jesse is very prompt and helpful in everything.
