Had a wonderful stay at the RV. This was our first time in a RV and enjoyed the experience. The hosts were really nice people and welcomed us with bunch of goodies and treats. We had a great time. Highly recommended.

Great location for access to hiking in state & national parks. Good for a more "remote" type experience which we appreciated! Snack package & gift card were nice treats. A walk down a dirt road provided beautiful sunsets and the nights were quiet with mourning dove to waken us & some oranges on the tree out the kitchen window!
No hot tub. Pool questionable. Could be cleaner & updated furnishing with less clutter in cabinets. Friendly host & hostess & puppy.

This RV was adequate for what we needed. It is in a lovely setting and was very quiet. We were visiting family so spent most of our time with them. It would have been nice to have more room to unpack our stuff. The RV is equipped with more than most guests would need.

The motorhome must’ve been 20 years old junk all around the property, hot tub missing the panels ago around the hot tub motorhome had numerous things wrong with it had to turn the hot water heater on 15 minutes before you need to take a shower or wash your hands there were holes in the linoleum flooring. I do not feel like they should rent that out anymore without used it’s usefulness.

Location was very secluded and private , but still close to hiking and parks. RV was perfect for two people, and very well stocked with everything one might need. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Goody basket was much appreciated.

This is by far my favorite Vrbo I have ever stayed in. There is a ton of fun stuff to do nearby and Dee Anne and Patrick are so nice and friendly. They left snacks and drinks for us and my mom says the bed is very comfortable. There are 6 tortoises, 3 of them are babies and they're all fun to feed. It's beautiful and relaxing with 3 acres of desert you can explore and take in and you can hunt for scorpions at night. There is also a pool and in the evening they have a nice warm hot tub you can relax in and an awesome sunset to enjoy. It was super fun and I 200% recommend it.

Dee Ann and Patrick were super hosts. A goody basket was on the table and fresh eggs, butter, and beverages in the refrigerator. They were very accommodating for anything we might need. The location was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed seeing doves and quail. We loved the hot tub, too. My husband said it was one of the most comfortable beds he had ever slept on.

I stayed here on a solo hiking tip. I felt safe, welcome, and any questions I had about the area were answered immediately. The property is amazing. Who needs to hike at Saguaro, all plants and wildlife at your va k door. For me, a highlight of the stay were the “girls”, the hens on the property. As a chicken mom, made me feel at home. RV was cute. Glamping at its finest. Fridge full of treats and snacks and enough coffee for the week, I didn’t go to the store till my third day. Can’t recommend this place enough. So much better than a hotel stay. Wish I could live there forever..

Unforgettable visit
For our Tucson visit we wanted accommodations that would allow us to truly enjoy the desert beauty and Dee Anne’s RV did that and more. Comfortable, everything we needed AND a patio to sit on to watch the desert sunsets. Walks in the neighborhood were full of Sonoran desert beauty. Dee Anne was a wonderful host and gave us many helpful ideas for our visit. We will definitely stay here again on later Tucson visits.

Cozy RV
Hosts were very friendly and helpful. If you're not familiar with RVs, quarters are tight, but its just like camping. All amenities were available. Cozy campfires at night. Would recommend.

Great stay in a small class A
We are campers ourselves, having a small trailer. Staying in a Class A sounded like fun. Other than a small glitch with blown fuses in the inverter causing power issues the first days, the stay was great! The property manager, Dee, took care of the problem very quickly! Our trip kept us busy all the time, and basically back to the camper just after supper, or to eat, and wind down. Beautiful sunsets to the West, with multiple directions having views of mountains. A great place to wind down after a busy day, then rest up, and prepare for the next days activities.
As advertised, Dee let us use their laundry, so we could enjoy our trip with fewer packed cloths.

Great Stay in Tucson
Stayed for three days. There is an awning on the side of the RV that makes a wonderful small covered outdoor space with a couple of comfy chairs and a small fire pit! The bed was comfortable and there was a fully stocked kitchen. Also a small welcome basket with fruit and cookies and hot chocolate and such as well as a full coffee service with creams and sugar. They have chickens, which I never heard by the way, that provided some fresh eggs and there was some locally sourced salsa that made an outstanding breakfast one morning! Dee Anne was very nice and there were bunnies running around the property. 5 Stars!!! I would chose this over a comparably priced hotel room every time!

Stay cut short
Unfortunately our stay was only 2 nights, as due to no one's fault there was a problem with the RV that couldn't be fixed immediately.

Breathtaking views just a short drive from the city
One of my top-most stays ever. I travel weekly for work and this was by far one of the best. I can’t say enough good things about the host, the accommodations, the great conversation, and the breathtaking landscape.
Of course I waffled about heading to the Tucson Gem Show this year (will it be cancelled, will it be on?) and my usual accommodations fell through. Never have I been so glad they did! I was city-life pandemic fatigued, and it was so wonderful to chill out in nature after a long day of sourcing. It’s unreal how you can be right in the middle of the city and in a mere 30 min drive, a pristine wilderness retreat!
I enjoy Rv life to begin with, so that was an existing comfort. Stepping out for a morning walk with quail and rabbits and going to sleep with the howling coyotes was just what my soul needed for a break from the city.
Of course I bought too much at the gem shows and they were so kind to even help me out with some extra packing materials, allowed me to forage for cholla cactus bones, and we got to talk rocks for a night! I hope to stay again. 💕

The three of us stayed in the RV for two weeks and had a wonderful time. Dee Anne and her husband Patrick were wonderful hosts. When we arrived, they had a delicious homemade jar of salsa and organic eggs from their chickens in a cute little basket in the fridge. They also had a delicious complimentary bottle of wine on the table with lots of complimentary snacks. Very sweet. The RV was nice and had a separate bedroom for my husband and I to sleep and our son slept on the pullout couch. We were all very comfortable. We like to cook and found we had everything we needed. One night, my husband made spaghetti sauce from scratch and they had a blender and everything else he needed. We are pretty sure that if we needed anything we could have easily contacted them and they would have brought it over. They were great communicators and responded to us right away when we needed them. We brought our bird station and our favorite part was watching all the lovely wildlife from our window which looked out across the desert. We saw roadrunners, hila woodpeckers, Wrens, desert thrashers, sparrows finches, and the beautiful desert cardinal. We put some lettuce out in front of our window and in the mornings and evenings, we saw a lot of desert rabbits come and eat. We also saw the tiny 3 inch antelope squirrels, and the larger rock squirrel who lives in burrows under the ground. My husband saw coyotes and we heard them howl every night. We enjoyed our time by their pool (which isn’t heated) as they had comfortable lounge chairs. The hot tub was wonderful and we all agreed it was the best one we have ever experienced. The jets were powerlful and relaxing. The location of the place is excellent and we were able to easily visit all our favorite places in Tucson. We are very happy and grateful for our lovely time. ❤️

Awesome stay, wonderful hosts, everything needed for my stay!
I came to Tucson for a half marathon race with a 4 day stay. Property was off the beaten track but easy to get anywhere in Tucson. Hosts were gracious and friendly. They offered their pool and hot, if I wanted to use them, grilled my burger when they were grilling, built a fireplace fire for me and introduced me to their dogs and a desert tortoise. RV had full kitchen and bathroom, the bed was very comfortable. The gated property was secure while being away from the rush of downtown. I loved the property, hosts and would wholeheartedly recommend it!

Great Stationary RV Rental on Private Propery
Great RV at a great price. Dee Ann and her husband were very friendly and helpful hosts ,allowing us to check-in early, providing fresh eggs, homemade salsa (which was oh so good!) and even inviting us to a party they were having during our stay. The RV was stocked with snacks, paper products, and other needed supplies including local information. The RV was cllean, comfortable, private and worked well for the two of us, I think it may have been a bit small if there had been more than 2, especially since we were visiting when it decided to be a rainy period in the desert! We both were amazed at how comfortable the bed was....WOW!! We both slept so good!!!is We would recommend this rental highly. Thank you, Dee Ann & Patrick!

Beautiful property and warm, friendly people in the pristine Arizona Desert!
The most prominent and memorable features of this property and rental are its ties to the beautiful and genuine Arizona desert with its wildlife nearby and unique flora all around. Dee Anne and Patrick are the consummate hosts and offer use of their beautiful property and facilities.
The motorhome itself is comfy and contains all the necessities in a very compact and comfortable setting.
I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Tucson's scenic far Northwest.

Cozy and Fun RV - Glamping at its Best!
We wanted to experience staying in an RV so we booked this one! It was very cozy and comfortable. Dee Ann and Patrick were perfect hosts and went over and beyond! They even built us a bonfire one night! The RV has everything you need and is set on the owner's beautiful property. Very private and nestled among the trees and cacti. It is off the beaten path which made the experience even better but shops are nearby. If you love glamping, then this is a good choice for sure. We would definitely stay here again.
