Beautiful beachy 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with a very private and secluded in-ground pool, set in tropical gardens with multiple indoor & outdoor relaxation spaces.

Luxury accommodation for up to 9 people.

Situated in the coastal village of Anna Bay, only a 2min walk (50m) to the water’s edge and a 5-minute walk to the patrolled Birubi Beach.

Birubi Beach is the gateway to 32 km of pristine white sand, sparkling waves, and majestic sand dunes.
The new 27 km Tomaree Coastal Walk is just 1 minutes' stroll from the house.

This is a true beach house – comfortable, stylish and relaxed.

Spread across 2 levels, this house is about space. Lots of space to be together – lots of different spaces so you can find a spot just for you!

This 2-story house boasts 4 bedrooms : Bed 1- Queen, Bed 2 – Queen, Bed 3 – King (or converts to 2 single beds), Bed 4 - 1 x double bunk + 1 single bed
- Each bed has a decorative doona and matching pillowcases.
- Linen (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bathmats, tea towels) are supplied
- 2 bathrooms – 1 with spa bath; 1 with double shower
- Stylish open plan kitchen and dining room seating for 10 people
- The modern kitchen is fully equipped with appliances in case you want to cook
- Large lounge room has a 55” Smart TV (Netflix/Spotify) DVD plus BIG comfy chairs and sofas.
- Family room downstairs with additional Smart TV, DVD - opens to the swimming pool. There is also a full laundry & second fridge adjacent.
- Air Con on top level & ceiling fans throughout
- 4 x sun decks including large BBQ deck with outdoor dining, pool and ocean views

From start to finfish our stay was fantastic. The house was delightfull and well suited to the age ranges of the three generations holidaying there. The pool, various dining areas and household resources were fantastic. Location to beach and shops also very easy to explore and bike around the area. Highly recommend this venue for family getaways ! Kerrie is extermenly helpful with a wealth of local knowledge which she is happy to share.

Property was fantastic, you can tell it’s a home away from home rather than just an investment property. The owner/s we’re not only polite and thorough, they were also approachable and available to assist with any issues. (We had an issue with the wifi, not realising the router was turned off). The only disappointment for our getaway was that at ‘home’ there was a 40+* heatwave and at Anna Bay it was mid 20s - so we didn’t get to make as much use of the pool and beach as we would have liked. Considering that is totally out of the owners hands, I have no hesitation in staying this is the best property I’ve stayed in for many years if not only ever.

Where do I start! Firstly, the owners, Kerrie and Barrie are such beautiful, welcoming and kind people. Their house is special. It's more of a home than just a house. It is spotlessly clean, has everything you could possibly need, comfy beds and the most amazing, private pool that we have ever seen. Just stunning! Perfect for our weekend get away.

Kerrie & Barry’s house was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. The shared spaces are large and abundant. The house layout is excellent. Bedrooms private and comfortable. The pool & outside areas are perfect and so well maintained. The gardens and pool area are all hidden tropical oasis. The proximity the stunning swimming spots, beaches and facilities makes it an absolute winner of a location. The hosts communication and meet and greet 10/10. Thank you Kerrie & Barrie for sharing your stunning house and presenting it so well. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent location close to shops & beach. Worked well for our two families with 5 kids (10,14 & 16 yrs) as everyone got their own bed. Owners very helpful & lovely to deal with. House had everything you need for a week away.

A great house for a big gathering across generations. Everything is provided and it’s beautifully appointed and spacious. The garden and pool were hard to leave but the rockpools and beach (with camel rides) were a winner too.

This property is sensational for large groups. The kitchen has everything you can think of that you would need for entertaining a large group of people. Not once did I think I wish we had brought such and such from home. Everything had been thought of. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms big, a spare fridge downstairs was a godsend, the pool was wonderful and the hosts are amazing and so knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommend this property.

Stairs might be an issue for some. Weather too cold for us to enjoy the beautiful pool. We played board games we had but also the ones supplied. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of chairs and seating. Good laundry and second fridge if needed.

Loved our stay at this lovely holiday home. Very clean, comfortable and private. We spent most of our time in the lovely tropical pool or the balcony, enjoying the breeze and palms. Layout perfect for our group. Great spot to walk to bay and beach. Constant great communication and great to meet Kerrie on arrival and be shown the place. Thank you for a lovely stay in Anna Bay!

We spent a week at Kerrie and Barry's for a pre-Christmas break and it was exactly what we needed after a hectic year. There was really clear communication with Kerrie before we arrived and the house is huge, with plenty of rooms. The backyard has a huge pool, though there are beaches all around. This was definitely the case of great hosts and a great house and we'll be back again. Thanks so much guys!

House is perfect! clean and had everything we needed for our holiday to be perfect - from kitchenware through to games for the rainy day we had. Kerrie met us at the house and made sure we knew where everything was and how it worked. Location is fabulous just close enough to everything we wanted to do but enough away for a relaxing quiet holiday. Cannot rate this stay high enough so do yourself a favour and book!!!!

Very clean, spacious and airy. It was lovely to have an outdoor and indoor area to sit. The gas heater in the living room made it very cosy and warm in winter. Hosts were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, which for me, is a definite bonus.
