Great value and location stay - we will be back!

The property was great - had everything we needed

The sound proofing wasn't great in one of the bedrooms so you could hear loud music but a very minor complaint for a lovely property

The location makes it!

The location was incredible and the living room and bedrooms were very comfortable. It’s very handy to have the two bathrooms in this apartment and the air con worked really well in the living room.

The bathrooms (especially around the toilet) were quite dirty upon arrival. I was very surprised that the accomodation didn’t have basics I usually expect - tea and sugar, multiple rolls of toilet paper and a few more toiletries. There was also a bad smell coming from the hot water service (?) in the bedroom in the main level. I needed to keep the windows open the entire stay to keep the room smelling fresh.

Good location for eating/drinking and close to beach. Didnt expect so many stairs or sewage smell.

Spacious living area and front balcony. Kitchen well-equipped Centre of restaurant and shopping district. Good beds in main bedrooms

No furniture on back sunny balcony Foul sewage smell in main bedroom. Plumber called 3rd bedroom small with bathroom access through second bedroom Awkward entry via grotty lane and large heavy gate. A bit noisy at night (mainly traffic/motor bikes) Not enough blankets - was told to 'hire' some

We loved the location and the bedroom configuration suited us with my sister staying with our family

Location was great! Spacious

Someone parking in our spot. Some things were a bit dirty on arrival e.g. balcony was dirty and leaves hadn’t been swept up. Some balcony windows dirty. The pictures were not updated. We thought there was a bath for our young children. We had to use the laundry sink for our baby. No tea or coffee left for us. Nothing to clean with . We would have liked some spray and wipe to clean the benches etc. Baby gates for stairs would be very handy.

Clean comfortable apartment, close to beach and shops.

Great location for beach, shops, cafes and restaurants, very clean, modern apartment, comfortable beds, comfortable lounge, good facilities with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, BBQ

No aircon in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms which faced the hot afternoon sun and were stifling - ceiling fan and windows did little to cool down the rooms. No beach towels but we were offered to rent some through the linen company that provides the property’s bath towels and bed linen. For the rental price beach towels should be included as they were in the last Byron rental we booked. Due to the central location (which we like) it was noisy at night as you’d expect and in the early morning with delivery vans, garbage trucks etc.

Great location

. We love the location and its a good space to live in for a week, it really just needs the bathroom ceiling painted and a big clean.

It really needs a big detailed clean. Windows were very cloudy, the balconies were never cleaned, tables and counter tops a little sticky. The vacuum doesn't work and there was a big moldy patch above the bath in the main bathroom.

Getting tired

Central location

Smell of wet carpet Needed to wash dishes, glasses etc before use as had old food, lipstick and grease marks. Slapped a lounge cushion and a nice big dust cloud appears.... Damp bed linen left in tumble dryer so I guess the sheets etc aren’t commercially cleaned.... Generally felt a bit yucky

Fantastic location

The apartment was fantastic... would be great for 2 couples and is in the centre of town.

As the apartment is above shops and the bins got emptied EVERY morning between 5.30am and 6.30am plus all the other shops in the area.. the noise went for around 30 minutes. This is the only issue I had.

Had to cancel 5 day booing over Easter when Bluesfest was cancelled, but enjoyed the extra three day

Location is perfect for town, beach and Bluesfest (if it was happening)

Excellent Byron stay

Great location, huge bedrooms, great balcony and such a large living space. So handy to have to bathrooms and a second balcony in full sunshine!

Great apartment

I loved the location and the access. It was secure with a code for the gate and a safe for the key which meant we never took the keys and the whole family can come and go as they please and always have access. Super convenient for a family with older kids.. the apartment was spacious and very comfy.

The stairs are steep and would be a worry fir families with little ones. My youngest took a tumble down head first all the way down the stairs. I would say it would be a worry for little ones. You have to be extra careful as with all apartments with stairs.
