Spacious & Clean Accommodation in a Lively Neighbourhood

The accommodation is right in the middle of all the bars and definitely has a lot of foreigners in the area. It can get very noisy at night, but to me it felt very lively and quite enjoyable. Understandably, most people would not be able to sleep with the level of noise from the bars and people in the neighbourhood. If you're looking for a lively atmosphere this is the place to be. Apart from the location, the accommodation itself is very spacious and has everything you need (i.e. laundry/pressing/TV etc.), very well organized and clean. A little bit pricey compared to the alternatives, but definitely worth the stay.

Good stay.

The location was good. Just close to the main street of Dobuzaka. Linens were clean and bath rooms, kitchens etc. all the facilities worked without issues.

Because of the location, the huge noice continued till midnight. If the window had double glasses, would be great. Also can hear next door sound pretty clearly. Little smelly inside room B.

The room smelt like a nursing home. Unable to stay second stay due to being out to sea. Uncompromising renters.

It was not a pleasant stay.

The location was convenient from my cousin's place and the shopping mall

The location was horrible; It was surrounded by bars and karaoke places. I wasn't able to sleep on our first night. Then I decided to lie down in the living room. The Crow birds were so noisy early morning. I was not expecting that the place was on the 4th floor. It was so hard for us to bring up our luggage.

A Basic Clean Room design for adventurers on the go !!

Location/ it’s closer from everything ... restaurant bars and train station....simple basic clean room on the go with wifi .... great hospitality /customer service with a phone call away that can answers if you have questions/concerns..

Good location, cleanliness, privacy, comfortable. Even though this is a shared room, we didn’t hear our neighbors.

Thin mattresses. Outside, it gets noisy closer to the night: there are several bars under the windows. A large number of messages and calls from management, which do not contain a lot of information, but only take time at all. Incorrectly configured room rental system: you cannot book two nights at once. If booked separately, the cleaning fee will be charged twice. When I pointed out the mistake, the fault was transferred to me and the message was removed from the chat 😂.
