You shouldn’t charge full price when a lot of little things don’t work like the toaster

Close to beach

Toaster didn’t work. Washing machine didn’t work. Dish washer didn’t work and closet had crazy writing on it.

Good location but terrible stay…

The location

It was not clean… it is infested with roaches !!!! They are everywhere, especially the Kitchen. Even In the refrigerator !!!

Most disappointing vacation ever! Won't ever stay with that host ever again, regardless of price!

Close to beach. Cherry Grove community is a great area with great food options and outdoor activities.

They upgraded us to a dump. The doors were all broke. They put queen size bedding on a king size bed, they did purchase king size sheets for us but not a comforter. Only half the outlet worked. Tv's weren't set up for cable, we had to do that ourselves. We purchased bedding and towel but only got bath towels, no dish towels or hands towels or wash rags. The place was full of roaches, and they brought us spray to use but we had a puppy so we couldn't use it. They place was filthy and the original bed sheets were full of dirt. The host wouldn't answer phone or return calls, had to email only, they didn't have an office as we went to 3 that we found online but none were associated with them. The company phone never gets answered and they don't return calls. The yard was beautiful in pictures but not useable, muddy mess with, not much grass. I could go on!!

Interesting I have never shown up to stay and couldn’t get past the front door due to the smell!

Everything it was smelly, storm doors off hinges, siding coming off outside, not clean at all, finger prints on the microwave, fridge and table, one of the 2 sleeper sofas was disgusting! Closet door was off it’s hinges standing in the room to fall on someone. the photos online are NOT the hoots of this property!!! We didn’t stay they relocated us to another location but we lost the first vacation day during that process. They also charged us a “cleaning fee” and made me sign a new agreement with different dates than we were actually staying for the new arrangement! I had already paid in full for the stay as well as pet & cleaning fees! We needed a lower level since my parents are elderly and couldn’t get it so they had to climb 2 sets of stairs to enter the house. Therefore they didn’t venture out as much as they normally would have. I rented a golf cart so that I could take them to the beach since they were fighting 2 flights of steps! We were only given Wi-Fi info and the unlock code to the new place. Then I took photos and sent of the fridge we had to clean it before we could put our food inside it had “red meat juice” inside drawers and had not been wiped down before our arrival. We figured out the TV just using Netflix in the living room on day 2 but the bedroom tv we could not get it to sign on to anything. The realty company NEVER checked on us to see if we were ok after relocating us. The blankets for the beds were finally located at the end of day 2 in the dryer!!! By that time we had gone and bought some so we didn’t use theirs. The second place was nice but due to the circumstances I would not rent from this rental company ever again!

The location The location to beach was great

The place was not clean. The was dirt the couches was dirty. There was trash still there. The bedding that I paid extra was was not clean it had blood stain on sheets an pillow cases. Shower curtain was torn in several places.

At least have the beds w/linens and not required to purchase them.

The place was a walking distance to the beach. Had a small back yard with a grill that we enjoy. Had 3 parking space. The inside of the place was nice.

WiFi was acting up, only work maybe 50% of our stay. The room with 1 bed was not comfort, needs a new mattress. When going on vacation we trying to take the least things not taking the bed sheets for every bed that's needed in the place or buying cleaning supplies.

The location was great!

They don't provide even the basic necessary things. Which was my bad for not reading the property listing very well. No cold water in the kitchen, tried to turn it on from under the sink and then it was pouring down the wall behind the fridge. Toaster didn't work, TV in living room didn't work, they expected you to clean everything up before leaving but only provide a broom and mop.

It was an easy walk to the beach and pier.

What wasn't there!? LOL. I should've read the reviews first. I try to be a positive person but this place was not great. Speaking as a parent of an allergy kid... the beds were scary! The comforters they provided were disgusting! (I hadn't planned on using them anyhow). The pillows too! I went and bought all new pillows for our stay. Don't even get me started on the couches. Of course cockroaches paid us visits! I just kept all our stuff in our suitcases the whole time and we didn't keep food there at all. Two positives: brand new fridge lol and the microwave worked great! However, the washer was full of water the day I arrived (from the previous renter) and when I told the "Host" all they suggested was that I put it on the spin or drain cycle. "Eyeroll". Needless to say I left it the way it was when I arrived. Probably best to go elsewhere.

The Custer service lady I spoke with was very pleasant.

The location was close to the grocery store and beach.

Key code I was provided did NOT work. Luckily the window was unlocked, so unfortunately I had no choice but to climb through the window to get in, as there customer service help desk closes at 3pm... beds had sand on them, dust was very thick in the bathroom on the walls and fan. Floors felt very sandy as well.

Very good

I loved that the bungalow was so close to the beach. It was very prettily decorated The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of them. The outside shower was a brilliant idea and we used it a lot.

The bungalow was much smaller then it appeared in the pictures. Several of the kitchen appliances were either inoperative or in badly need of a repair.

Excellent location property owners were upfront about what was provided and what needed to be brought

would have appreciated linens being provided but I understand the business model and thar simply isn’t provided, which we knew upon reserving

We had a wonderful time and lots of fun will go again.

it was very cute and close to the beach and nice neighborhood. There is a nice pond just down the street that had some pretty birds on it ;) all in all it was a very nice trip.

missing broom and dust pan that was the only thing wish we had had .

This unit is very shabby and in need of repairs and upgrades.

Location was fine -- 200 yards from the beach. Personable property managers representative attempted to be of assistance, but was unable to compensate for the poor condition of premises.

Property is in such poor mechanical condition that it should be withdrawn from use until repairs and upgrades are made: refrigerator door is rusting through the enamel; A/C door louvers rusted. West external door frame damaged at threshold. Bathroom door de-laminating. Bathroom sink clogged by hair. Living room couches sagging. Wi-Fi wireless router incompatible with my laptop, would not generate login dialog though other routers nearby did so. Purchased linen package delivery delayed until early evening Other amenities very limited (e.g., no dish washer packets or dish towels or paper towels). One coffee maker was broken. Unit is seriously over-priced by comparison to fully-furnished new-condition beach front Condo units. We cut our planned four-night stay short and went home after the second night.

this place can be a great place but it was disappointing to me

the place has potential and the area was pretty.

the furniture is garbage the sofa beds don’t work one is completely broken and mattress are horrible. Not very clean it has roaches and they left old garbage that stunk the place. the sink in the bathroom was clogged with dirty water and to top it off my last night I had a creepy lady outside around 8pm filming the condo where me and my family was staying we left the place Bc we were afraid and I actually got her on video too!!!!

Roaches and outdated

We liked the location and it had 2 bedrooms.

This place has roaches. It is out dated and doesn't look like it is cleaned often. I cleaned it with clorax wipes. I told the property manager about the roaches and they asked me If I wanted them to have pest control out? That shouldn't have been a question if they have roaches they should want to handle that without a request from a guest. The location is the only reason I didn't give it one star. But it really needs to be exterminated and renovated. Oh and they charge extra for sheets and towels. We brought our own and threw them away because we didn't want to bring them back to place on our beds. Their mattresses had stains. I'm just really disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The only decent part of the stay was location and the fenced in grilling area

For starters the bathroom door panels on both sides were broke, the mirror was barely hanging on it almost fell a couple times on us, there was no ice bucket in freezer, no dust pan, hair and dirt smeared on the bathroom walls, the sink was broken and chipped. The worst part was there were ROACHES everywhere and I mean everywhere. When I called to inform them of this they did send someone out that BARELY sprayed in the house but no offer to relocate or anything. For the price I paid I would have expected a way cleaner home. VERY disappointed is an understatement. I would not return to this home.

RUINED FAMILY VACATION. HAD TO STAY WITH FRIENDS

Cleanliness was definitely-10. Refrigerator rusty, counter tops dusty, stove had crumbs on it, bathroom molding dirty, dirty bathroom brushes, bedroom pillows had spots, table chairs had red spots, doors were dirty, & dirty mop behind dirty air vent. Bungalow 2 was dirty also. Red spots on couch, dusty counter tops, ROACHES, ROACHES DROPPINGS....ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Management was terrible.

It was all around a pretty good trip!

The location was good and it was plenty big enough for my family! And it had everything we needed inside.

It need to be cleaned better fridge was nasty on outside and there were bugs crawling around. Roof in the kids room is deeping in.
