DO NOT STAY HERE.

Close to beach.

Mold on pullout bed. Floor wasn’t clean, disgusting. Had to kill 3 cockroaches. Ants in cabinets. Bed and comforter was not clean. 10 Cigarette butts were left in outside grill. Front storm door was broken and would not stay shut. Outside table had broken tile. Trash can was completely full from prior attendees stay.

I really don't have anything to say, what a waste of money.

The AC worked.

When we arrived, the door code didn't work and there was a broken window cloved with a garbage bag in a different unit. The cleanness was the worse that I have ever experienced... The floor was covered in dog hair and dirt. Areas of the floor trim seemed to be covered in mold also mold on the grab handle of the shower surround. The mattress cover was full of stains, some looked like blood. The mattress itself had holes in it and was also covered in stains and worn out. I plugged a box fan into a power strip that had only a tv plugged in, the power strip melted. The celling fan light in the bedroom didn't work. One fire alarm was missing, the other did not work. 4 pot lights in the kitchen stopped working after it had rained and never worked again. The living room furniture was covered in filth, we did not use. The screened porch was filthy and full of broken patio furniture, the screen door was sprung, and the latch was broken. We had no curbside trash can destinated for any unit and 2 - gallon sized trash cans inside. I messaged the owner about all of these issues, they sent a guy. He replaced light bulbs; he was unable to fix the kitchen or bedroom lights., fire alarms, screen door or replace power strip! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Pretty Comfortable

For the price we paid, everything was great! Amazing location with only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Bed was comfortable and the hosts were very nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

The place could use a deep cleaning. Things were very dusty but it wasn’t terrible.

Disappointing

Location was good. Quite neighborhood. Close to beach.

Cleanliness of condo. Kitchen needs updated. Pictures for booking looked better than the place itself.

Will not be returning sorry but too expensive for what i actually got.

I like the bed, location was fine although I thought it was supposed to be ocean front, that's my fault. I like the porch area.

The counters were dirty, there was sand all over the floors, I also saw a roach. I wiped down the counter tops but other than that I did not sweep or mop bc thats is what the cleaning people are for.

Location

Door code didn't work. Took 30 min for them to call back. Stunk, moldy, mildew small. Dirty socks in floor of bedroom, bathroom cabinet broken, dresser drawer broken, breakers tripped no electricity in bedroom to begin with. Debris from hurricane not cleaned up. Fell in parking lot due to debris and ended up in ER.

needs better care…can’t pretend to have parking if the vehicle is mostly in the road

location …plumbing worked…air conditioner and ceiling fans were terrific

no linens…blood on old pillows…severely torn mattress cover…odors and stained furniture…parking spaces might accommodate a small golf cart…definitely not able to handle an F150….road construction without warning..had to move F150…oil and dirt all over my truck…no contact with management other than entrance code….porch in serious need of updating

as expected, great value compared to other close location, and short walk to beach.

was exactly what we expected was other everything was as pictured and nicer in person, came with full stocked kitchen. would definitely stay again.

only issue was front office didn’t set out laundry door code, and when we called they said it didn’t have a laundry with the unit. turns out door was unlocked so just used the laundry as expected, be warned washer dryer is not very efficient

Close to the Beach

Great Location 5 minute walk to the beach. Nice porch to sit and enjoy the nice weather. Great to have a washer and dryer. Good Value for the week. Pet friendly was great.

The place could have been cleaner. The Porch didn't look like it had been cleaned in a long time. The door window was very dirty we had to clean it it was awful. Air freshener in the unit would make a big difference. The Bed was a bit hard. The couch and chair in the living room not very comfortable. The Ruko to watch TV was very worn and the tv in the bedroom did not have a remote. We ended up buying a Ruko so we could at least watch Netflixs.

Awesome stay !

I loved everything about this little place I definitely will be renting this again. Great people price and location. Right on the beach and right around the corner from hamburger Joe's! I loved it

Very nice area and staff! They came to the property to welcome us for our stay. Very quiet and family oriented. Very close walking distance to beach.

I have my own cleaning business so I am very picky. On 1st appearances it looked clean. However, it was very dusty and the floors were not clean. I feel it was just wiped down and not thoroughly cleaned like it should have been. No view.

Dont waste your time

It was quiet

Once we got there our door code didnt work. After sitting outside for 15 minutes we finally got in touch with someone and got a code to get in. Once we were in, it was wiped down but not clean. The bed was on the floor with no frame, it had dog hair all over it, and had stains on the pillows. The remotes for the tv were chewed up and the remote for the living room tv didnt work (batteries possibly dead but its not my place to buy batteries for it). We notified the company by phone and thru booking and they said we would hear something by 7 pm Friday night and we never heard anything. They also said they would let maintenance know and we never seen heard anything from them either. No view because all the surrounding houses are bigger than this one.
