We stayed here for a weekend with another family, so a total of 6 adults and 3 kids (all below 5). It was a very short walk to the beach, which was perfect for building sandcastles, looking for shells or viewing fireworks. We had a few wonderful meals on the porch or at the main table, and the beds were all clean and soft. We've stayed in a few places on the Cape, and this house was in so much better shape than most of them. We would gladly stay here again!

It was such an incredible perk to stay at a beach property where nothing is required from you but to pack your clothing. Sheets, towels & beach towels are all provided. They also had a shed with beach chairs & an umbrella. The cleaning team inadvertently overlooked the high chair & table cloth, but they are small potatoes comparatively speaking. The kitchen is lovely & well appointed. The dining room table sat everyone comfortably. The bedrooms gave everyone privacy when needed. The number of bathrooms ensured everyone had space. And the front porch held afternoon cocktails & appetizers. In one direction you walk five minutes to a great beach, in the other it’s a ten minute walk into town. The intersection the house sits on is constantly busy, but again the location is convenient to everything. As hosts Alex & Valentina were attentive & kind. If you’re looking for space & convenience this house is perfect.

We were 7 adults and 2 children under 3 years and it was a little snug at times but having the front porch table gave us room to have meals together. The fenced in yard was a bonus for the kids to play and my dog room to run around. We loved walking to the beach and it was so close to get the kids home for a nap. Met Alex one day when he came to mow and he made sure that we knew to get ahold of him if we needed anything. We would love to stay again next year!

This was a wonderful location and house for our multi-generational getaway. We had 3 adult couples and 1 baby (and 1 aunt who crashed for an evening). The kitchen has the basics - could use a few additional things like bigger colander or dish drying rack - but overall we were so happy that it came with a pack n play and high chair, plus a wagon and chairs and beach toys that this certainly balanced out! It is a quick 5 minute walk on sidewalks to the beach, which is a nice, calm beach for children, and it's just about a 10 minute walk to town. If you don't want to walk, it's also a short drive - and sidewalks lined everything so we even found a great jogging/walking route from the house! Having the enclosed back yard with a toddler was perfect - and we loved grilling most nights. Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our accommodation 100%, and it is near the beach. The house is well maintained and clean. Wonderful to have meal together with the kitchen and big table plus can hang out outside with two patios one with big outside table that you can barbeque and eat and one with cozy relaxing moments. Wonderful home, great location. Equipped with everything our adult party of 8 needed. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of quality cookware and all of the necessities; plates, utensils, glasses, coffee cups etc. Large refrigerator/freezer. Bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Very clean house! A wonderful home away from home.

Description is accurate. The six of us were comfortable. The bedrooms are very separated, which is wonderful for each of us went to bed at different times. The kitchen is well equipped. If cooking in you will have every utensil at hand. Also, dinnerware, stainless flatware, and beverage cups or glasses were plentiful. We would stay again! Great communication with owners.

We had a wonderful week. The house was just as it was advertised. The layout was ideal for our group of 7 adults, 1 baby and 1 dog. The large dining table, beautifully fenced yard, easy access to both the beach and downtown Hyannis were all ideal. The house was extremely well stocked, had high end appliances and TVs! Alex was very responsive to any needs/questions. Excellent!

We spent 3 days in Hyannis and loved the location and the house. The house had everything we could need and it was just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to town or ferry. We took the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and had a wonderful day. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood providing all you need for relaxing days at the beach or in the yard. It was a quick walk to a Keyes Beach which allowed us to walk home to enjoy lunch. The kitchen was well stocked with all you need to cook a meal and when we didn't feel like cooking, it was a quick walk to Main Street with many amazing restaurants and bars. The bedrooms were large and very comfortable. Our host, Alex, offered great suggestions before we arrived and made the check in and check out process super easy. Definitely recommend for families looking for getaway with all the comforts of home.
