Very nice villa that has obviously worked hard during the year. Signs of tiredness showed especially in the small pool which had 4/5 holes in the tiled floor under water that were big enough to catch your toes, but obviously there was no way it could be repaired without draining the pool and thoroughly understood that. A floor plan would be very helpful prior to arriving as there is not a lot of details regarding the villa being over 4 floors except for the small print. It would also of helped to of known that the pool area is very small and cannot be used by all of the occupants this villa holds at the same time. Apart from that Isabel the host was very helpful and the apartment was presented in its best condition after a long summer.

The villa was lovely and spacious, very modern and well kept. Lots of room for the 8 of us. Outside small and cosy but with the beach 10 mins walk away and the marina 20 mins away we weren't at the villa during the day. All in all a lovely stat and everyone enjoyed it.

We had a brilliant time from start to finish. Lanvin was there to meet us and show us around when we arrived. The villa was spotless and it was ideal for our large group of five adults and seven children. The kids lived in the pool, they had such fun. The beach was a couple of minutes walk away and we were only ten minutes walk from the marina. We will definitely book again!

renting this was easy through VRBO, and the contact with the management team is easy. the management team are great and make things very easy. very accomodating on checkin and checkout. would defo recommned this for families or golf groups.

Great family holiday
After lots of changes in dates due to Covid-19 we got there 7 adults and my 6 month granddaughter, the holiday villa was perfect as gave all the adults the space they wanted, property agent was the best I have ever delt with from sorting the transportation, checking in and out and the villa was excellent, the pool we paid to be heated and was so so good to have that afternoon relax and fun , the living space was perfect , kitchen area is will equipped, located in the best place for walking to beach and restaurants . I will be booking again l.french Cornwall

Fabulous
This villa was perfect. We travelled as a group of 10 and finding such an excellent property with 5 ensuite bedrooms was a huge plus. In the lead up to travelling, Isabel was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful and quick to reply to any queries we had. For check in and a query during the week, Andre was also super helpful.
As for the property itself, it has everything you need. The kitchen especially is well stocked. It even has the advantage of a gas hob! The laundry room is also very useful.
The location is ideal too in a quiet residential area, really close to the beach, a short walk to Vilamoura marina and close to many shops, restaurants and bars.
I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Thank you, Isabel and Andre.

Family Holiday
I cannot recommend this property enough. with all bedrooms having ensuite, this gave the perfect set up. rooms are all very spacious. the property is well finished and has everything you could want. the pool is a good size the the space available. Visiting in October we chose to have the pool heated, which was a good idea. we had a 18 month old and this meant she could really enjoy without getting cold (and so did the rest of us). The novelty of the basement master bedroom having a window into the pool was a very nice feature and proved entertaining for the kids. We cannot fault the hosts, Osabel and Andre. they communicated fast throughout the booking process and after and were very accommodating. Location is excellent as well. 2 mins from the beach, maybe 5 or so mins to the marina, and 10 mins or so to Quarteira beach. We will definitely look to book here in the future.

Golfholiday at Isabels House in Vilamoura
The house was very suitable for five- six golfers. Location is exellent close to the center, the beach and marina . Close to many good restaurants. After a round of golf it was nice to take a dip in the warm pool. Very good experience and we could come again!

Family trip
Absolutely fantastic villa in a great location very close to Quarteira and Vilamoura Marina.
Beach only a 5 minute walk.
Large modern villa with all facilities, swimming pool not huge but ideal for the kids.
Communication with the property managers were excellent and any issues were answered quickly and efficiently.
We we’re there for a week 8 in total and the only thing I would suggest would be a supply of new clean towels through the week as it was difficult to wash and dry all towels in the one day.

Golf holiday with friends
The location was great! Just a few steps to the beach and 5-10min walk to mini market and to harbour, where is everything what you need. A lot of floors sounds bad other than open areas, but actually it brings some privacy for everyone. Every bedroom includes the bathroom, which was nice for group of 9. There is also small pool, if you want to go quick refresh. Childrens could use it also for swimming. One negative issue was that the taxies cannot found easily the place but when we train the route couple of times then we can manage that with drivers. Great villa!

Could have been improved
A cot was provided for my grandson which was dangerous as it was faulty, my son was awake most of the first couple of nights until replacement provided. Lighting in villa was not adequate despite this being raised as an issue of light bulbs needing replaced. Apart from those points and lack of responsive action from agent, our stay was very good.

Incredible villa
Loved this villa! We will be returning here next year!! The window looking into the swimming pool is a great feature.
The only recommendation I would make to the owner is to put some furniture on the balcony’s so they can be used

Super villa, super location, great hosts
We had such a super holiday @ Villa Praia! The villa is so well equipped especially in the kitchen. Bedrooms are all crisp and clean like hotel style, en suites have super showers and all modern. Dining area indoor and outdoor are large? As is the indoor seating area.
The pool area is small as per photos, but as we were so close to the beach and marina, the benefits of location far far outweighed the small garden. In saying that, the pool was plenty big for the kids playing (and adults) and we often had 6-7 people playing pool games.
Andre was great and available on the phone when we had minor queries.
Isabel and Andre are great hosts and couldn’t done more for us prior to our arrival, helping with airport transfers & we had multiple arrivals at airport and Loule train station. They organised us all!!!
I highly recommend the villa, the location, the hosts!! We would def stay here again!

There are few holiday homes in such a perfect location in Vilamoura/Quarteira. Near to eateries, shops, beach what more could you want?

Perfect villa , great Location
We had a great stay at this villa, there were 11 of us in total 6 adults and 5 children. The villa was very clean and had plenty of space over 3 floors with good size bedrooms , we never felt too crowded . The pool is small (as is the outside space ) but is absolutely fine for a splash about you are less than 5 mins walk from the beach it is literally at the end of the road ! We would go to the beach in the morning and the children would use the pool later in the afternoon.The location is excellent being in between the old town and the Marina ,a supermarket is again a less than 5 mins walk with a pharmacy opposite, you did not really need a car unless you were planning to explore further . Marina restaurants were of a good standard but we also found ourselves in the more traditional Portuguese restaurants in the old town they were good as well .
Isabel was so helpful in organising our holiday , it is our first time using Home Away and it could not have been easier . Isabel organised our airport transfers too and she also put us in touch with a car hire firm that she uses, we really did not need to do a thing!
We will definitely be going back . Thank you Isabel for an enjoyable stay .

Stylish and spacious villa
We had an extended family holiday here with 7 of us covering 3 generations 4 adults and 3 children.
The villa was well presented and fully stocked with everything you would need especially in the kitchen. It also had a laundry.
The pool looked very small in the pictures but we thought it was larger in real life (although still small). Not big enough for adults to swim lengths but plenty big enough for the kids to play, practice their swimming and for the adults to cool down. It was also cleaned every other day.
There is a really nice beach within a couple of minutes walk. Although we spent most of our time at the pool because the current was pretty strong and therefore, the younger children in our party could only really go paddling.
Nearby shops had all the basics and more and there was a good selection of restaurants in the vicinity.
The owners organised a transfer for us and an amenity pack as we were arriving after all the shops closed. Both of these were good value and excellent quality. The transfer was smooth and there was a good selection of staples in the amenity pack.
We had an accident while there which caused some damage to some of the outside chairs, which we took full responsibility for. We were very impressed by how the owners dealt with us in relation to this. They were very reasonable and fair. We paid for new chairs at the time and as a result our deposit was promptly refunded on our return, (within the week).
We had expected to explore the surrounding area more using public transport. However, this wasn’t conveniently accessible unlike other parts of the Algarve where we have stayed.
Therefore, if you are wanting to explore then despite the convenience of nearby amenities, it would be useful to hire a car.
One pointer is make sure you know the address and how to direct taxis etc to the house as it is a bit difficult to find the actual villa.
Overall a great villa for a great holiday, with plenty of facilities in the vicinity but a little bit difficult to explore the surrounding areas without a car.

Large house in Vilmoura
Booking this villa was very efficient and Isabel was very prompt in her replies. A pick up from the airport was organised for us with the very helpful and prompt Fabio (who I definitely recommend) and who we used for other trips during the rest of the holiday because we didn't need a car as the house is in a great location close to the beach (5 mins walk) and the marina (10-15 mins) and just a few minutes (max 5) from the athletics track Estadio Municipal. On arrival we were met at the house on our arrival and shown everything. We were also accommodated with a late departure (€25) on our last day as there wasn't another guest coming in on that particular Sunday.
The house is very spacious with 5 double rooms however two of the bedrooms are at basement level so there is poor natural light and it seemed poor ventilation at that level as there was a musty smell. We stayed in the last week of March and it seemed to me that the house would have benefited from being thoroughly "aired" prior to our arrival.
The pool gets the morning and early afternoon sun. We arrived on a Sunday night and the pool had not been cleaned prior to our arrival however this was done on the Monday and it was perfect from Tuesday on. The sun is on the back of the house in the late afternoon where there is a table to site out at.
On our return our deposit was promptly returned.

Lovely modern villa very spacious bathrooms were lovely...Meet and greet ran smooth...would recommend a stay here....just like to add as we arrived late it would have been nice if there was milk bread etc left on arrival as no shops on doorstep

Nice property but....
Workmen drilling adjoining walls at 8am until about 6pm, pneumatic drills and still saws, vibrating walls and dust clouds over children playing in the pool and adults trying to eat lunch. Spoilt the holiday!

The villa is beautiful and has everything you could want for your stay. Location is great - close to the beach and only a short walk to the marina. Beautiful rooms and whilst the pool area is small it was more than sufficient for our needs with the beach on our doorstep. Communication during the booking process with Isabel was great and Andre who met us with the keys could not have been more helpful. We would definitely stay again.... and in fact intend to!!

Great renovated house with all luxury!
We stayed in the house for à week and everything was perfect in order cause we were with nine persons but 4 arrived at the end of the morning,the other 5 in the evening but that was absolute no problem! And when we leaved the same thing...but André was right at time to handle things out!!!
The Vila it self was absolute clean and full of luxury!! Washingmachine,dryer,big fridge with dispenser(Cold water and icecubes) and so on!!!! The most funnie thing is to see the pool through the bedroom window:))
The neighbourhood is pretty quiet and busses and supermarket in à few minutes walk eventhough As the harbour!!
So....to go short...we had à great stay and holiday at Vila praia and vilamoura!
So when you are curious....dont hasitate and go!!
