בעלי הדירה נוכלים !!!! לא להתקרב

הוילה בתמונות נראת מעולה ..

הגענו לוילה בשעה 17:00 עייפים מאוד מיום ארוך 6 נפשות ...להפתעתנו לא היו בוילה מים זורמים שלא לדבר על מקלחות(מים חמים) או שרותים מים זורמים.. מתברר כי יש כבר מספר ימים הפסקת מים אזורית שבעלת הדירה לא אמרה לנו .. פניתי לבעלת הדירה והיא טענה שהמים יחזרו בשעה 19:30 ...המתנתי עד כמעט 20:00 וכמובן המים לא חזרו .. בעלת הדירה ניתקה את הטלפון וחסמה אותי ...שלחה לי 6 בקבוקי מים עם השכן .. פניתי לבוקינג והם הפנו אותי שוב לבעלת הדירה .. בצער רב נאלצתי לחפש מקום חלופי בשעה 21:00 .. היה נראה לי טבעי שאם אין מים לא נוכל לשהות בדירה ואני אזוכה .. בפועל בעלת הדירה בשיא החוצפה לא הסכימה לזכות אותי על 262 יורו כנ"ל גם בוקינג לא הסכימו לזכות אותי.. אולי זה טבעי ביוון שלא מתקלחים ואת השרותים מדיחים עם גאלון מים באופן ידני אני מאוכזב עד עמקי נשמתי שבוקינג נותנים יד לבעלת דירה כזאת חצופה ולא מזכים אותי אני מציע לכל מי שחושב להזמין את הדירה הנ"ל לא להתקרב ..(אגב משיחה עם השכן מתברר שכל הזמן יש בשכונה בעיות מים ) בעלת הדירה ידעה והתעלמה והכי חמור התעלמה וחסמה אותי בנייד אני מרגיש מרומה ומאוכזב לקחו לי כסף לחינם , אני אשקול את צעדי מול בוקינג . אל תתקרבו למקום למרות שהוא נראה יפה מאוד באתר ..הבעלים נוכלים !!!!!!! ההיתי מצפה שכספי יוחזר לאלתר .......

Inhumane service

Arriving there, we made a phone call and we were given instructions on how to get the keys. No contact with any person whatsoever. Got in the building, there was another flat on the top floor and one more on the lower floor. The flat was very bright and spacious and excellent for a bigger group. It had four big bedrooms and a large living room and a nice kitchen.

We booked this accommodation well in advance preparing for our wedding. Due to heavy rain in the area that caused unimaginable flooding we had to postpone our wedding and our plans changed within a night. We had multiple reservation all across the city of Trikala which was majorly affected and all other hosts and hotels gave us a full refund without any penalties due to the circumstances. We explained to the host on the phone that our guest would be unable to to even drive to the town of Kalambaka due to flooding on the major roads as well but all he cared was the money that he would lose. He told us to rebook the accommodation for another date so non of us would lose money. We tried to do so but the extra charges for two night in the beginning of December would be 650£ on top of the 330£ we had already paid. In a very calm and polite manner we spoke with him again and explained that what happened was beyond of our control and that we wouldn’t be able to rebook for such a high amount, he laughed and did not care. He kept mentioning that he would lose money due to the high cost of heating. Giving us a refund, even half of it since the accommodation would remain empty seemed absurd to him. Appalling behaviour and appalling service. At the end, myself and my future husband got the keys and stayed there one night, out of the two booked so we can give an honest review. Access to the property is through a rough road which is layed with gravel, a lower car would definitely not make it up the top. Arriving there, we made a phone call and we were given instructions on how to get the keys. No contact with any person whatsoever. Directly under the Meteora rocks. Modern. Just nice. Would recommend.

Clean and modern. Had everything we need. Very good value for money.

Only one air conditioner in the living. It was not too bad at night with fans in all room, but would have been useful to spell out in the description.

For a night stay was great barring the approach road and stray dogs and cats.

Property has very good facilities and has ample room for a large family. Great interiors and background scenery. Right outside of property one can get view of Meteora.

Approach road to the property is very rough and a small car can create problems if not carefully driven. It can loose traction on gravels. Also, near the property there were many stray dog as and cats and they come in you as soon as you get there. For this reason we could not enjoy outside of the property.

Perfect holiday. Parking outside villa

amazing villa, very spacious, upgraded to highest standards, would highly recommend for families. Cats around the villa are cute and fun to play with.

Multiplug adaptors for UK travellers could have been provided and I would suggest the same for future. This addition will make the villa perfect.

Excellent fully equipped place to stay with a breathtaking view of Meteora rocks.

The view was great and the hosts were very welcoming and kind. The distance from the highlights of the area was minimal. We enjoyed the comfy house and enjoyed our stay there.

Price was quite high but this was known before booking so there is not much to complain about that. The road is unpaved for the last 500 meters to the house.

Great for visiting the Monasteries

It was a fabulous place. It was at the higher price end, especially for the time in the season, but we enjoyed it.

The house and amenities were great. The location could not be beat. If I were to come back to town, I'd try to get the same place.

Very clean and usable space, large for our needs, outdoor view was nice, air conditioner was nice.

Lots of exposed wires, unfinished projects, oven didn't work, multiple outlets were very loose or showed signs of a fire hazard, bathroom shower had no curtain, tub didn't fill up, tub leaked from seals, etc.

Great value for money. A lot of space and well equipped house. Unfortunately no view.

Realy nice new house. Good furniture and a lot of space. Close to the city of Kalabaka. House was fully equipped. The host was very flexible and nice to talk to.

The area that the house is in is under development so you mostly see other houses being built around. So even tho you are in this magical place your view from the terrace won't be anything special.

A wonderful stay in Meteora

The house is perfect for a family of 6 to 10 people. It is near the center of town and only a couple of minutes from the main road. It is situated at the foot of the rock wall and right below the Holy Trinity Monastery. The trailhead leading to the monastery is a 15-minute walk from the house. The scenery is gorgeous, especially during the sunrise and sunset.

The house is in a fairly newly built neighborhood and the local road leading to the house is new and not paved. The road could get muddy and slippery if it rains.
