Excellent as we had a lot of family staying in the same building

The staff where amazing, the rooms were old but exceptionally clean.

Don't stay here

The beach was extremely close

Everything, it was dirty, being renovated (I had not been advised of this), cobwebs all over the wall, tiling outside broken and dangerous. Doors did not lock, mould in lights, ceilings flaking paint, huge struggle to open and close the bathroom door. The single beds were in the lounge, not 2 bedroom as described. Pictures shown are not accurate at all. Very expensive to stay. Left after 1 night, managed to gain a refund due to false advertising and not stating it was being renovated. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place.

It was crap

The shower pressure was good. That’s it.

No beach view unlike what was promised on the website Keys were left in apartment on the bench with the apartment left open on arriving ( at least with a phone call telling us that) The stairway was unsafe and had caution tape over it Floor in hall way/ common area was broken Couch broken Dirty dishes in the cupboard Mould on the ceil in the bathroom screen door on balcony didn’t slide properly Tv in the bedroom didn’t work Felt like the building was going to collapse.

Awful!

The location was nice

This property is so run down. The stairs near our room were cordoned off as some of the balcony had fallen away. There was caution tape around it and the broken tiles on the walkway. The couch had black marks all over it (not sure what it was stained with). The whole building needs to be renovated. I would not stay there again.

Right on the beach and the shower nozzle

We booked for 3 bedrooms, only got 1, with 2 single beds and a sofa fold out bed in the lounge room. Main bedroom light didnt work, no shower screen or shelf in shower for soap. Dirty fans and air-conditioners. It was raining and the apartment leaked. The large element on stove didnt work.

The view was amazing!.

How run down the place is, didn't look like the photos. I was disappointed. Our bed room light which was right about our heads when we slept was only like just holding on with maybe bluetack I chose to stay here for my birthday weekend. Said there was a play ground, nothing there not even a swing, all the outdoor chairs & tables need updating.

lights in main bedroom and on balcony didn’t work, water damage and mould on main bedroom ceiling, heating element on stove not working, black feet when walking around without shoes because floor was dirty, pooling water on balcony, bathroom door difficult to close, tv difficult to turn on and change channel, no on-site staff

Quiet comfortable apartment in great location.

Location absolutely brilliant, right on the beach, with tables provided for a little picnic on the shore. Away from the town centre, very quiet. Apartment was spotless with everything we needed. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate my requests.

We been kicked out while we are having family bonding on the pool and all our Bbq ,Cake wasted

I am very dissapointed👎🏻 We booked for 2 Rooms for 2 Nights and they charged me $640 for 2 Rooms but they on our second day we are on swimming pool n preparing the Barbie for family and my Birthday Cake they send me message to pack out and the house keeper-cleaner also said we have to leave for the next guest are coming. We pack up and all our food waisted and not even blow my birthday candle cake😭 And worse that was March 20 and until now they are not giving our Refund for 1 day we paid for 2 Rooms😡

I need my Refund for the 1 night for 2 rooms that they got on my bank😡

Superb

I Loved the Location, Beach, Pool, Balcony looking over pool with beach view 🙂

Although the unit was clean and tidy, the kitchen cupboard sufaces and microwave could've been cleaned better (dirty hand marks everywhere) Not a biggie, I cleaned them when we got there. It would have been nice to have an aircon in the bedroom and a clothes horse for the unit. Otherwise it was perfect 🙂

DO NOT RECOMMEND! This property is worth avoiding.

The only thing we liked about this property was it was right on the beach.

The property was nothing like the pictures. Photos need to be updated. Room was advertised as a 3 bedroom however once arriving it was a 1 bedroom. The second ‘bedroom’ was single beds in the lounge/kitchen and ‘third’ bedroom was a fold out sofa in the lounge. Not ideal for a family. The floors were not clean, very outdated. Grout coming out of tiles in bathroom. The property overcharged and I have been waiting on an agreed refund (5 weeks and counting).

Great location for the price.

It was quite a basic unit but so close to the water & great location just outside the main drag. Super clean & aircon that worked really well, plus ceiling fans in the bedroom. Great value for money.

Disappointing

Nice grassy area on to the beach .

On arrival the unit was smelly , floor dirty , broken blinds , uncomfortable bed , broken lamp , unusable ironing board but then also no iron , lights not working , rusty greasy door handles on cupboard, broken outdoor furniture and a few cockroaches .
