This was a very comfortable place to enjoy time with our children and grandchildren. Very spacious with unlimited things to do. We had a great time!

The property was beautiful and the outdoor activity amenities were great. I cannot recommend this property for “older” adults. It is not handicapped accessible - no railings on front walk and steps and the steps inside need secure, non-slip treads. There is only one bathroom on the lower level, where most of us slept on lower bunks. Not ideal for a bunch of older women. The host was most helpful and cooperative.

Family Gathering
This property was a great size for our family group of thirteen. It was spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked. We enjoyed the large selection of board games and the pool table.
We were hoping to use the game room, but it was not like the pictures shown. The game tables were in a detached garage and it housed two cats for the winter. We loved the cats, but were disappointed with the game room conditions since it was one of the main reasons we picked this property for our family gathering.
The basketball court was excellent, so we spent a good amount of time there. We also walked some of the trails around the property, which was very enjoyable.
The host was excellent at communicating and answered questions promptly.

So much to do!
First and foremost, Jeremy was an excellent host. He was so very accommodating. We had five couples and four little ones with plenty of space to enjoy each other. The trail around the lake was breathtaking, plenty of outdoor sports, and a big selection of indoor games, kept us busy.
The appliances were new and Jeremy brought in a nice grill to accommodate a family who loves to eat. When visiting a Rental, it is so nice when the owner provides condiments and basic needs we forget to pack. This home is loaded and we were able to cook all of our meals with extra spices, we borrowed a coat, we found serving trays, and toiletries and laundry available as well.
We were celebrating Christmas and we asked to have a tree set up. When we arrived, holiday music was playing and many beautiful decorations had been set up for our stay.
Plenty of places to sleep with plenty of pillows and blankets!
Thank you to Jeremy and his Family!

Wedding weekend
I had family coming to the wedding from all over the United States. It was fun to be together to enjoy my son’s wedding. The place was beautiful and there were so many things to do at the house.

Beautiful and relaxing with plenty to do.
Our extended family group of nine had plenty of room to spread out and relax. We spent time on the patio by the pond, played foosball, basketball, ping pong, hiked and rode bikes. It was a gorgeous setting, exactly as described, and made for a fantastic weekend.

The weekend was too short
At Christmas, we decided to move our family gathering to a time in the year where we could 'do' more than snow and cold allows our four generation family. We actually picked this home on VRBO long before we picked the date. Labor Day Weekend was the first opportunity we could all gather and we're so lucky to spend it here, together.
Jeremy is an amazing host and he met us at the house upon our arrival, walked us through, showed us the hidden gems and explained his expectations for checkout. He also left his phone number in case we had questions or needed additional information.
I will not bother you with a book length review, but we had the absolute best 'Christmas' here. Plenty of space indoor and outdoor for sitting, talking, resting, cooking (and we had well over 25 people at some point in the weekend!)
We ate and used items from the pantry we forgot, and then left items for the next group, so we didn't have to take as much home. We fished like mad (over 50 bass and blue gill we released back into the pond), kayaked, paddle boarded, built a fire, ate s'mores, played games, enjoyed the garage of games, rode bikes....you name it, we did it.
Memories were made that will last a lifetime, and it was hard leaving and coming home.
Thank you Jeremy!

Bachelor party
We booked this for a small bachelor party 10 people. The owner was amazing, so friendly and helpful. Had all the yard games laid out for us. Had a fire pit smores package including everything to make them all laid out for us. Can't say enough about this property. Quite and peaceful the pictures don't do it justice. I wanted to move in and never leave. :)

Great Weekend Escape
I recently rented this property for a family reunion and we were extremely pleased with our experience. The property owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and there was no shortage of space or activities at this great location. I would certainly recommend renting this property as there was plenty of room for our entire group and plenty of things to do inside and outside of the house. Whether it was fishing, kayaking, playing basketball or cooking out, we never ran out of things to do.

Perfect for a large group
This house was absolutely perfect for our needs. It is gorgeous, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we needed. We had 17 adults stay in this home for 8 days, and we never once felt cramped. Jeremy was the perfect host - always available for any questions we had before, during, and after our stay. And you can't beat the beautiful sunrise and sunset over the lake. I could not recommend this house highly enough!

Great private location with beautiful views of the large pond and farmland all around the house.
We enjoyed a corporate leadership retreat for 13 people, and the house met our needs perfectly (although a few stayed nearby due to location of their own homes). It was clean, well-stocked with kitchen equipment, games, and comfortable furniture, and the owner was friendly and very accommodating. We would definitely consider returning, especially when the weather is just a bit warmer, to enjoy the fishing, the outdoor areas, and the running paths nearby. Thank you, Jeremy and family, for sharing your home with us!
