Very nice place, near so many of our favorite places in the Keys!

Great location, nice pool, game room, gym and perfect little condo! Would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay again.

The condo complex is off the beaten path and quiet. It is right next to a high school and the balcony overlooks the football field, which may be a consideration in the fall. The pool is a nice size with lots of chairs and 3 areas of shade. Most days we were the only people there; it was never what I would call crowded. The beach area has 2 charcoal grills and covered picnic tables with games at the large hut like cornhole. While the beach is for sitting on instead of getting in the ocean, there are benches and we enjoyed watching the crabs and even saw a small ray near the shore. There is a kayak launch if you bring your own and nice shoreline with mangroves to paddle. The common areas have been completely updated. The community room had ping pong, skee ball and table shuffleboard which was very nice. There was alao a selection of board games and books. The gym was also very impressive and updated.
The unit was clean, functional and had some updates. The sofa bed in the living room was comfortable for my teenager. There were plenty of supplies and pots and pans for us to cook several meals there. The balcony had a table for two and two plastic Adirondack chairs for viewing the ocean. There was also a separate entrance from the bedroom.
John was excellent about getting check in information. He knew we would be arriving late and had the sofa bed already made up and waiting for us, checked in multiple times, and answered all of my questions about the area. I would stay again!

The property was exactly what we wanted. My wife's first trip to the Keys. The place was immaculate with everything you needed. The view was great from the balcony. The area is a great location. The pool and the BBQ area was very enjoyable. You can fish from the BBQ area also. Overall we will be back again.

First time visiting the Florida Keys with my SO and staying at John’s condo couldn’t of been a better first experience. I searched for months on other services, but didn’t find a listing to my liking. Decided hey, I see these vrbo commercials, and the first listing for the Keys is the cheapest I’ve ever seen; under 100 bucks a night, with a workout room, game room, private beach and a private pool! Granted the beach isn’t a swimming beach, it’s still nice to look out over the water at the end of the night, but that pool was so refreshing! The pictures of John’s condo could use a little updating, he provided a lot of very useful amenities that he didn’t list such as multiple coolers, beach umbrella, pool toys and much more. The location is also so clutch, we managed to hit the Everglades and Key West within our week stay because we were smack in the middle of both. Lots of nice restaurants and activities to do in the Keys, we were very close to kayak rentals and snorkeling opportunities, which was our drive to come to the Keys. Overall, I’d give John’s listing 5/5 stars and would come and stay again. Thank you!!

When I talked to the owner of the property, John was very helpful with directions of the place. When I booked this condo in January of 2022 up grades of the property were being renovated which turned out to be awesome. If you are looking for a private getaway? I recommend this place. This place has its own private beach, pool, community room and a gym all renovated. Also, I recommend this little Cuban Place.call Cafe 90 harbor, omg! The family is friendly. The host if the Condo was superior. I would come back to this place.

We came to the Keys to photograph a wedding in Islamorada. We brought our 3 year old son and mother-in-law. The condo was excellent. We had such a great time. Everything we clean and relaxing. The condo has a great pool and beach area. We spent one of our days just hanging out at the pool and beach. Totally worth it. We had a lot of fun.

So much to love about this property. Convenient to all the Keys has to offer. Well furnished unit and the recliner chair was a great luxury after spending the day exploring. The bed was comfortable and the sheets felt new. Would love to stay there again.

Had a wonderful time. Good view and a quite area. Nice private beach and plenty of good food in the area. The only issue we had was the hot water didnt get all that hot during showers. Luke warm was about it but hardly enough for us to complain about. John is a pleasure to deal with and took care of us when we needed something. Would stay again when we get to come back down there.

In a quiet area with access to many fun things around the keys! We went paddle boarding in the mangroves. The shop is within walking distance. Also visited the key lime pie factory and a garden center/cafe. We will definitely be booking for our next years Christmas vacation!

John is a super host! The condo is a bit older, but super clean, and in a great location for everything we wanted to do. The pool and common area were also very nice - we enjoyed the heated pool, ping pong, and skeeball.

This is a great location for being able to explore all the keys. The unit is not to far from Key Largo and many of the state parks. In a short drive you can visit sunset park, sombrero beach and key west in less that 2 hrs.
The Building is going thru some renovations at this time so please keep that in mind, probably for the next several months to a year. the pool was available and accessible, but the GYM and game room and office were all under construction. There was no tennis court it was destroyed in the hurricane. There are no BBQ grills and there is only one tikki hut in the beach area. The unit it self was ok. The AC worked the balcony is nice and spacious. There is queen size bed and pull out couch in the living room. the owner supplied a nice bottle of wine for when we arrived, which was very nice.
The decor of the apartment was decent. we were not expecting anything luxurious and it is not. It is comfortable families vacation home. The appliances are functional but dated. There is WIFI but it did not work for us we tried to resolve with the owner but nothing worked we had to use our hotspot. Everyone in the development was nice most were vacationers from other places. there is free parking and no space is specifically reserved. There is an elevator to take you to the floor. At night due to the mangrove trees sand-flies and mosquitoes come out at night so you will get bitten . There are no screens on the balcony so be mindful of that. The views at night are very beautiful to see the starry sky and be out on the small corner beach. You are near a high school but this was not an issue we didn't hear anything. There are many supermarkets close by Publix and Win Dixie. The Owner was very nice in our dealings with him. He is very laid back he made sure that we had hair dryer before we arrived. The kitchen had some supplies & many condiments.
There is a washer and dryer on the floor and there is one two blocks away which is what we used. The Washer/Dryers in the building looked old and dated and we didn't have quarters so it was easier to go to laundromat up the block. This location is good if you are mainly visiting other places. To get to the unit we flew to Ft Lauderdale and drove down which took about 1hr and 45mins so it was not difficult to get to and traffic was light. If you plan to spend all your time here at this current moment it may not be able to occupy all your time due to the renovations taking place.

Rooms were nice and the place felt homey. Clean and cheap with a beach area right next to the water. Centrally located so we could easily go anywhere we wanted on our days there

Very clean , close to everything, about an hour an half from Key West, nice drive, I would very much recommend it.

About 17 more miles south of Key Largo, but that was fine! Nice stores and movies nearby and only a 20 minute drive to Ocean Divers in Key Largo. I'd return in a minute!

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our 9 month old. When I originally inquired, John responded almost immediately. He answered all questions I had and was there when we arrived.
The condo was all set up for us including a playpen for the baby to sleep in. There was a welcome bottle of wine after our long day of travel.
The size of the condo was quite large for a one bedroom. There were plenty of linens and towels for our use. Kitchen was well equipped with dishware and cooking needs.
We stopped at the grocery before our arrival to get all the little things we would need. To our surprise, we purchased a lot of things that werent necessary. (In our other experiences with rentals, we have needed to purchase everything as nothing additional is provided - including even salt and pepper, condiments, etc...) The condo had all of the little things - salt and pepper, cooking and olive oil, spices, vinegar, ketchup and mustard, pancake syrup, sugar and coffee for the drip coffee maker!
The lanai was well used by us and we apent our evenings sitting out there feeling the breeze and smelling the salt air from the beach which is right outside of the condo! There were lovely tiki huts on the beach along with grills in case you want to bbq (bring your own coals).
The decor of the unit is very tasteful and the bedroom was fully furnished and still had plenty of room for the playpen without feeling cramped.
Parking is free and plentiful. There are shopping carts also available near the main entrance of the building so you can cart groceries upstairs without having to make multiple trips.
The location is excellent as well - there is a wonderful little Cafe close by - Moka Cafe. Coffee and pastries are wonderful. Condo is really close to the Winn Dixie supermarket and CVS pharmacy. Lots of little tourist and souvenir shops within short drives of the condo (Key Largo to the North and Islamorada to the South). There is a great little cluster of eclectic shops just South of the condo where you can find local artist souvenirs and glassworks. (The Rain Barrel - it has a giant lobster out front.)
The pool is lovely and gets morning sun. Its a great way to cool off at the end of the day.
There is wifi at the building, however it is not accessible from the condo itself. You must be near the main office to access the wifi.
