Nur gute Aussicht!

Die Aussicht und die direkte Strandlage war mit großem Abstand das beste an der Unterkunft und hat über die vielen Mängel etwas hinweggeholfen. Der Parkplatz war sehr eng aber direkt davor. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

Das Apartment ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. In manche Ecken, sollte man wirklich nicht genau sehen. Das Bad ist total umständlich, das Bidet nimmt so viel Platz weg und ist unnötig. Die Dusche hat ein Eigenleben und die Wassertemperatur zu treffen, ohne sich zu verbrühen, ist reines Glück. Es riecht unangenehm aus dem Ausguss. Die Betten sind unbequem und durchgelegen. Die Küche ist total umständlich konstruiert (Essbereich vor den Schubkästen) und auch hier sollte man nicht in die Ecken schauen. Die Schränke halten nicht und man bekommt sie häufiger auf den Kopf. Der Kühlschrank funktioniert nicht richtig. Das Fenster zum Balkon lässt sich nur schwer öffnen und beim schließen klemmt man sich die Finger. Die Stühle draußen rosten. Vorsicht ist geboten, wenn man sich nicht alle Klamotten ruinieren will. Diese Onlineöffnungsappgeschichte war einfach sinnlos umständlich. Schließlich gibt es Schlüssel. Der Buchungsprozess im Vorhinein war ebenfalls umständlich. Die Kommunikation fand auf booking, per Email und in WhatsApp statt und war sehr verwirrend. Ich musste einige Daten dreimal angeben, was absolut überflüssig ist und mich sehr viel Zeit kostete.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful place. The closest thing to perfection!!

We had an amazing host waiting for us at our arrival. we received several updates and communications from the company asking about our arrival time, so everything went very smooth. At the check-out another host came to do the check-out and he was just as nice and communicative as the first one.

The house sits right in front of this amazing beach in the heart of Cadiz Bay. You wake up and go to bed listening to the calm sound of the waves incessantly hitting the send. You can take breakfast and every meal you desire witnessing this breathtaking view of the ocean under this warm silver light. At the end of the day, you can have a drink while watching the sunset over the ocean without leaving the comfort your balcony or your leaving room. Life cannot get any better.

Superb

Wonderful balcony with views to Cadiz and the sunset. Parking is tight but it's great to have one. In spite of issues mentioned below, we enjoyed our stay.

June 2022 -- Direct entrance/stairs to the beach is broken and you need to walk a bit to the public stairs to access the beach. Wifi didn't work the whole time we were there & main door doesn't lock. Terrible smell from the bathroom, managable with available plugs. Double bed mattress needs changing, as one side was completely lopsided.

We had a nice time at a beautiful apartment at the beach front

The location is perfect with the direct view on the ocean from the apartment‘s balcony. Our contact Paco was exceptionally friendly and always available if we had questions or problems. It is close to the beautiful city of Cadiz.

The front door was difficult to unlock from the outside.The strike plate has not been positioned properly.You needed to tug on the door handle as you turned the lock

Most enjoyable

This is a great apartment on the beach. It is oriented in a way that the sun is in the afternoon. Spacious and private apartment due to its configuration. Paco, the host was very helpful and accommodating to our requests. There is a nice pub on the beach near by and a great bakery. Jerez is just 15 min away by car.

Perfect family break by the beach

Small block of flats, all occupied by friendly families. Lovely atmosphere at the beach The flat has its own access to the beach and there are restaurants at walking distance

Would have LOVE aircon in the bedrooms;)
