The views and location
It was clean-ish. There was moss and mildew in every windowsill. And we HAD to open windows because it was very hot when we arrived. Also the ceiling fans were caked in grease and dust. The grill on the deck was disgusting as was the grease filled mat it had under it.
Both myself and my friend burned ourselves on the stove/oven as there were no oven mitts. When I contacted the property via Vacasa (nothing but paid through booking!) they said oven mitts aren’t listed as an amenity.

Comfortable, nice view on the lake
ILLEGAL Fireworks in the dock two houses away were incredibly loud, lasted on and off for nearly an hour and were frankly scary. My dog was traumatized the entire night. I understand 4th of July and what it means but what these people did was incredibly discourteous to neighbors and I thought dangerous.

Location and full kitchen were the best.
The beds could have been bigger.

Very nice location, clean, comfortable. We also like access to kayaks, fire pit, bbq & ping pong. Though we didn't use any of these this time.😊
Could use a few more chairs in living room though right squeeze.
Dishwasher leaked.
Would recommend oven mitts or pit holders!

OMG!! This was a vacation of a lifetime. I have not had a vacation since 1995 nor traveled outside of El Paso, TX and its surrounding areas. My sister is from Los Angeles. Both places are hot. This place exceeded my expectations. It was beautiful!! There was nothing we did need. Oh, except ice, which we bought, and did not use, so we left it for someone else to enjoy. Everything was super clean. My family enjoyed it so much. My nephew went fishing and caught little fish, which he threw back in the water. We so thoroughly enjoyed this place so much. I wish we could have stayed longer, but our plans were to start north Oregon coastline and work our way south coast. There was even a towel for pets, which we didn't have one. We all played ping-pong. It was just so beautiful. Absolutely GORGEOUS!! I will take this experience in my heart to my grave. We were able to make just one meal, as there were so many other places to see & things to do, and ended up eating out. I could go on and on about how wonderful this place is, but I have to be brief, so that other guests will not get bored reading my review.
There is a fireplace on the second floor, which is the main floor (I think), that either had the pilot on, or the actual fireplace was on. But, it was a bit warm upstairs. We did not need to mess with the thermostat. We were there 26Jul thru 30Aug. Before I forget: 1) The washing machine needs to be repaired or replaced. I think the drum is loose. On the spin cycle, there is a loud, thumping noise inside the machine. I was afraid the neighbors were going to complain and think it was us making that horrible thumping on the floor. 2) Dishwasher: we were asked that upon vacating, to help out by starting the cycle to wash dishes, but the machine would not work. We pressed the START button several times and it would not work. My sincerest apologies for that. I wanted to leave clean dishes and clean towels. In the end, I really appreciate that most of these vacation rental places have the convenience of washers and dryers.

The house was amazing. Had everything you and your family needed from a kitchen blender, fishing poles, fire wood, and board games. The place was very clean when we arrived. Beautiful view of the lake.
