This unit is close to the action in Boone, but still feels like home. Everything you need is for a comfortable stay is available. We definitely take advantage of the Appalcart stop at the bottom of the hill on gameday.

It’s a beautiful and cozy place and my family and I had everything we needed. It’s a nice and quiet neighborhood and close to the school.
Ms. Kim was a wonderful host and responded to all my messages and requests in a timely manner. Having a tray full of snacks and treats was a nice touch.

Great location to move our ‘neer in. No AC wasn’t an issue as the temp was mild & the fans help a lot.

We have stayed here several times. It’s perfect in location! Has everything we needed, except air conditioning, lol. Plenty of fans and nice evening breeze with windows up made it perfect. I would stay here every trip to Boone!

Everything was okay but there is a general “stickiness”’ to kitchen and bathroom floors and several dishes

This vrbo is allot cute that pics can even describe. I've never stayed somewhere everything was this stocked. It's just a mile walk to downtown. The back porch had the best view. We'll back Kim? You were a thoughtful host

Had a great stay. Loved the location. Place was very homey and welcoming. Although dated it had everything we needed and more. As folks have said, watch the stairs. Not an issue for us though there's one that's a different rise than the others and could catch someone off guard. Will stay again!

Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Convenient location about 1.3 miles to Mast General Store and West King Street.

Kim was a great communicator and graciously flexible by giving us an early check-in to accommodate my daughter’s wedding plans and our weather concerns. She left us a gift of local granola and the frig was stocked with water along with several other items.
The condo was located close to the wedding venue (another + since a winter storm was forecasted) and also in a safe area of town. Unfortunately it is an older 2nd floor unit in a 3 floor building, so we could hear the people above us at times, especially early mornings. The guest shower is small, especially for a tall person. The kitchen is narrow but provided essentials for us to reheat food we brought. Liked the keypad lock for easy check-in.

Stayed here for 2 nights on a rainy, chilly and windy weekend. This lovely condo was great. Well supplied, comfortable beds and warm. Perfect. Only issue there could be was flight of steps going up to the door in case someone has walking issues.

This is in a very convenient area to downtown Boone and is a good launching pad for area attractions. We were honestly not there much, but when we were, we found the cable and Internet to be excellent. Beds were super comfy!
The only thing to be aware of is that the stairs are steep and may be difficult for some.

Condo is exactly as advertised and has all the comforts of “home”. It was a perfect location for moving my son into his dorm! Appreciated the personal touch from the owner including a welcome note and candy :)

It was so nice to have this time away with my daughter who plans to transfer to ASU in the next few years. We had common space in the living room and our own bedroom and bathroom spaces. Easy access to downtown and the university and comfy accommodations. Thankful for the washer and dryer so we left with clean clothes! Highly recommend! Planning to book again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well stocked with things we needed. Very clean and quaint. Beds were comfortable. We did not need AC because of the cool mountain breezes. Neighbors were nice and lots of parking. The stairs to the condo were a little sketchy, but the owners don't have any control over that. WiFi was super as well as cable access. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Also, very convenient to campus.

I was in Boone for my daughter’s graduation and was traveling with other family members. It was so nice to have the extra bedrooms and living space so that we could all stay together and spend our short amount of time together. The host was amazing! Everything you could possibly think to need in regards to toiletries was provided, and she also included a very thoughtful welcome letter, and a few treats. It’s located in the heart of Boone which made literally everything so convenient and time efficient. The unit was clean, and well organized. We were asked to bring pigs in a blanket to one of the graduation parties, and everything we needed was in the unit, apart from the food. I’m extremely pleased with my stay.

My wife booked. When I reviewed the pics was thinking something different. Was really nice with extra touches not expected. Welcome bag with granola, bowl of Kit Kats, cake dish with assorted sweets. Was very relaxing environment and I have to say I never write reviews.

Thanks this place was spacious, very clean and comfortable. However, some people may find the access stairs steep and they seem to be missing one step. It smelled like cigarettes in the living room but not anywhere else in the condo. Great location convenient to anything related to ASU.

Clean & cozy TH with everything you need for a short stay. Very convenient location close to App State and downtown Boone and also a stone’s throw from hiking trails & Grandfather mountain. Would have been nice to have a TV in both bedrooms but perfect otherwise. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!
