Upon your arrival you can park inside the two bay garage or in one of the two off-road spots in front of the garage. The home is situated on a large sloping lot with gracious lawns and a spectacular professionally maintained flower garden. Just below the deck is the cutting garden with a winding stone walkway. You will find no shortage of inspiration at this beautiful location. The garden and lawn area are ideal for setting up easels, photography, watching butterflies or seeing a great variety of birds. The water is tidal here so you will need to time your swimming adventures with the tides, however there is the nearby Drift Inn Beach for more spontaneous dips! The Port Clyde General Store is just 5 minutes away and has moorings to rent for your convenience. You enter this beautiful home through the kitchen which has a modern feel. Next to the third bedroom is a full bathroom which has a toilet, beautiful vanity area with sink and mirror, a tile shower and a large soaking tub. In addition to the standard entertainment amenities, this home also has a great selection of indoor games such as Monopoly, Scrabble, Checkers, and outdoor lawn games such as Lawn Darts, Bean Bag Toss, Croquet and Ladder Ball to name a few.
