Ski back at the foot possible on the other side of the street (see photo attached) depending on snow conditions.
Proximity to shops within 20 m (ski rental, restaurant, food ...)
Rental of household linen by the reception concierge (to be reserved during contact for the delivery of the keys a few days before arrival): pillowcase + fitted sheet + duvet cover: € 17 for a single bed and 19 € for a double bed - € 8 bath linen (1 bath towel, 2 towels and a washcloth)
Laundromat at 50 m.
Free outdoor parking: a few spaces at the foot of the residence and an unloading area. Possibility in the streets around. Paid covered parking (around 70 euros / week) next to the residence.

Magnifique appartement, proche du pied de pistes, sur deux niveaux, extrêmement bien aménagé, que ce soit en terme de place de rangement (grande garde robe, armoires, penderies, coffre,...) ou de nécessaire de cuisine (four, LV, MO, appareil à fondue et raclette). Très lumineux, terrasse bien orientée où il est possible de s'installer pour manger. Pas directement retour ski aux pieds, mais assez proche du pied des pistes. Vraiment à recommander!!!

L’appartement idéalement situé est très chaleureux, très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. La résidence est très calme. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d’y séjourner pour une belle semaine de ski. Rien à dire de plus, la description est très fidèle. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !

Le logement est super bien équipé, la communication avec les intervenants a été facile, la vue est belle, grand balcon orientation sud. Bon emplacement par rapport à la station. Le rapport qualité prix est selon moi l'un des meilleurs du secteur (vu la superficie et la capacité jusqu'à 7 couchages). On ne peut pas en dire autant pour le domaine skiable.

Très bien

Appartement très agréable, avec du charme. Bien situé entre pistes de ski et animations, également bien desservi par le bus, idéal pour une famille avec enfants car le coin nuit est bien séparé du coin jour. Nous avons manquez de rien niveau équipements. La vue de l'appartement est très belle, avec chalets et belle rue commerçante au loin. Le rangement ski est bien pratique et nous avons pu arriver jusqu'au bas de la résidence "ski au pied". Une luge aurait été un petit plus mais rien à redire. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé avec de bonnes installations et situé au centre. Les propriétaires sont très amicaux. Certainement recommandé. J'espère jusqu'à la prochaine fois.

Belle appartement qui est bien situé pour acceder aux pistes et aux différents commerces de la station. Seul bémol, le ménage n'avait pas été fait donc il a fallu le faire en arrivant et en partant evidemment

My family are regular visitors to Alpe d'Huez and this is the first time we have stayed in this apartment. We were not disappointed! It is a good size, clean and comfortable, has plenty of storage space and the kitchen is very well equipped. The apartment is situated very close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants and the ski locker at the entrance is very useful. It is only a short walk to the slopes and very close to a ski lift. Only a minute from the apartment is an Intersport shop where you can hire your ski equipment. It is also possible to ski back to the apartment which is great. I can highly recommend this apartment and my family hope to stay here again soon.

L'appartement est spacieux, calme, bien chauffé, bien décoré, très bien équipé (lave vaisselle, bouilloire, cafetière, appareil à raclette, à fondue, jeux de société) et on devine les propriétaires attentionnés qui ont eu la gentillesse de mettre à disposition dans l'appartement les petits consommables (éponges, condiments, pastilles de lave vaisselle, produits ménagers...). Depuis le salon, on a vue sur la montagne, sans vis à vis direct avec un voisin. Enfin, l'appartement est bien situé, à une centaine de mètres d'un tire-fesse permettant d'accéder au rond-point des pistes, ou alors à quelques pas des premiers commerces (carrefour montagne, charcutier/fromager, distributeur automatique...). Les plus exigeants diraient que la moquette est abîmée et qu'il manque un interrupteur en bas pour éteindre la lumière de l'escalier. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans de joli appartement, en très bon état et très propre. idéalement placé entre les pistes et le centre ville, bien chauffé et bien équipé, (télévision, services raclette, fondue, nombreuses couettes...), il ne manque rien. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil sur place. Nous n'étions que deux dans cet appartement qui peut sans problème recevoir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Lorsque l'on rentre dans l'appartement, il y a une entrée qui donne sur le séjour (avec une grande terrasse) et la cuisine et en bas, la chambre, la salle de bains et les W.C. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour laquelle nous n'avons pas trouvé de défaut. Au pied de la résidence, la pizzéria chez Peponne, vous pouvez y emporter de très bonnes pizzas, à deux pas, l'avenue active de la station, l'avenue des jeux avec le bar restaurant discothèque le Sporting et le restaurant à ne pas manquer, L'Authentique (juste en face), nous y avons dégusté une excellente fondue charcuterie très gourmande. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le local à ski car nous avons laissé notre matériel chez le loueur tous les soirs et nous le récupérions le matin, une location de matériel de ski les pieds dans la neige puisque situé au pied des pistes juste à coté des forfaits des remontées, Magasin "Rond point Sport", on vous les conseille aussi, très bon accueil, super sympas et très pros.
