clean, modern and convenient apartment. a that was very enjoyable after initial hickups

cleanliness, modern decor

I did not feel sufficiently briefed with regards to the checkin process as the property only has an automated checkin machine with a registration code needed to start the process. the code may have been sent in an earlier communication but I could not find it in my emails and had to call the management in Berlin. The code was then kindly sent and I could check in. but I don‘t recall receiving any information regarding the fact that this is an automated checkin or how to find the checkin machine or the apartments themselves. there were some signs on the property but some guesswork as to where to go exactly was also necessary. overall I feel the details of checkin and checkout should be communicated clearer before the trip. also you should be aware that, at the time of writing, the property managers seem to accept business travelers only AND require some type of proof and/or passport copy to support your claim that your reservation is in relation to a business trip. this also seemed somewhat unusual for reservations on Booking.com lastly: neighbors smoking on their balconies and smell comming into the room.

I felt at home in Adapt Apartment.

It’s easily one of my best stays ever because of the apartment facilities and the lovely staffs.

Very good

Excellent location, rooms are very new and clean, modern and minimalistic furniture. Large balcony, lots of light. It's within walking distance of the city center, and it has a lovely but expensive restaurant and a bar in the neighborhood. It had a fully equipped kitchen, and coffee maker but no coffee or tea. Very well equipped, the entire apartment, and internet that actually works well.

Although this is not specified in the booking, they only take business clients, no travelers for private purposes. If possible, book directly with the property. I was drilled about the purpose of my trip beyond what I thought it was necessary for them to know. In the end, they confirmed my reservation but they forgot to send me the entry code to the property. I ended up at 10pm in front of the property with no way of getting in, and on the first attempt they refused to give me the code, saying I need to call booking,com (good luck with that!!). I had to call again, and a nice employee helped me find the code. Once in, though, all was great.

Apartment occupancy strictly for one person only.

Clean, comfortable, modern and spacious in good location.

Check-in was a nightmare. It took us two hours to get our room keys from the automated check-in machine. Any access was blocked. I phoned the helpline (+493067892980) After a long and difficult conversation with a person who could barely speak English, it became clear that I was not allowed to book two apartments under the same name. OCCUPANCY IS FOR ONE PERSON/APARTMENT ONLY!!! Although payment for both apartments went out of my bank account, no room keys were issued. After my husband rebooked and paid for his apartment, he was given a room key through the automated check-in machine. Eventually I was given a room key after the helpline overrided the automated check-in machine. I had to ask for a refund which I receiced 5 days later.

A very nice place at a convenient location for reasonable cost.

Modern, well equipped, everything what's needed. Comfortable size.

There could have been some instructions how to setup WLAN and how to checkout/deposit the key card.
