This property is located in Malden, just fifteen minutes from downtown Boston and ten minutes away from the new Encore casino. The House is Simply beautiful, clean and a comfortable place for friends and families. There is everything to feel at home. The house can accommodate 6-8 people. There are two bigger bedrooms with a king and queen size beds in each and one smaller room with queen size bed. They are 2 full bathrooms and an amazing kitchen for all your cooking needs. We also have a washer and dryer for you convenience. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi and cable television.

Wow! Wow! Wow! This house was amazing!! It was in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.....but only a 10 minute walk to the T which made it extremely easy to go everywhere we wanted to visit during our Boston vacation. By far, one of the nicest properties we've stayed in through VRBO.

Loved our stay. Property was just as described. Beautiful and had everything we needed. Beds were comphy and a TV in every room was a great bonus. Two living spaces worked out perfectly for a group of 6 adults. The hous is only a gew minute walk to the T but it is all up hill. We walked down and after a long day in the city, caught an Uber back up. I would give Nautical Gem 6 stars if I could.

My 3 sisters and brother stayed at property while visiting my son in Stoneham. House is better than pictures! Easy to contact when we couldn’t figure out sound bar!!! It was perfect!

We stayed in Vinroy’s house during Harvard’s graduation week. We purposely wanted to be a few miles out of the chaos of all the festivities in Cambridge. It was perfect!

We chose this location since it was on the north side of Boston and we had to get to New Hampshire for graduation. We took the train into Boston for sightseeing one day- it is a short walk, but more hilly, especially coming up from long day of sightseeing :). The house was large, nice to spread out, lovely stay. We especially loved the turkey we saw two of our mornings! Vinroy responded to any questions promptly. Thank you for a great weekend for our family!

What a wonderful place to stay. This place is beautiful and tastefully decorated and well supplied. Communication with the host is excellent. They are Super Host! This is a quiet area with plenty of room and a beautiful back yard. Little to no traffic on this street and the neighbors are very friendly. The location is perfect. Easy to get in and out of downtown Boston, but there is also plenty to do in the surrounding communities. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is so much better in person, it was perfect. The neighborhood was very quiet and was in the best spot to visit Salem and Boston. The upstairs sitting room was a huge delight with all of the natural sunlight that comes in. When we go back I will definitely rent it again.

Beautiful house! Well stocked. Loved the quiet neighborhood. My only suggestion is that it needs some fans for air circulation for the main level as it gets really hot. Overall, a great place!

We loved our stay! We felt very comfortable, safe, and it was super clean.The space was absolutely what was promised. The beds were comfy and both bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen well equipped and the started supply of morning coffee was appreciated. Vinroy is an excellent host. This VRBO is one that lives up to expectations and beyond. By far one of the nicest rentals!

Good location to use as our base for 5 days in the Boston area. Easy access to the metro station as well as the highway. Older house that has been tastefully renovated and updated. We didn't use the backyard so can't comment on that space or the bbq. Kitchen had what we needed for low key breakfast and any meals that we ordered in. Prompt communication from host. Wild turkeys in the neighborhood were an unadvertised and welcome photo opportunity.

Our stay at Nautical Homes in Boston was one of the best rental properties we've ever experienced. Vinroy was very attentive to my messages, their instructions were detailed and clear and the property was absolutely perfect! Extremely clean, beautifully decorated (even with gorgeous Christmas decorations!). The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, tools, pots and pans. Since our daughter's family lives 4 mins away, this will definitely be our "go-to" home away from home. I felt so cozy and comfortable, I just wish I had more time to spend snuggled up in the beautiful living room! A great find for sure!

My husband and I rented the property to be close to our children and grandchildren for Christmas. We couldn’t have been more please with the accommodations. The home is beautiful with an amazing fully equipped kitchen and 3 lovely decorated bedrooms. It was so comfortable and made us feel at home. We were thrilled to see a beautifully decorated tree in the bonus room. It was amazing. We were able to have a wonderful celebration with our family. This home provided the perfect place for my family to stay while for our long weekend in Boston! Our plans were mostly in the downtown Boston area (Fenway Park, Freedom Trail, etc), so the close access to the T-Station made getting downtown very easy for us. Then, being able to settle in a cozy home outside the city in a friendly neighborhood setting was ideal, with close access to a grocery store and a backyard where the kids could play outside after a day in the city. The property was truly impeccable, clean as a whistle, and one of the best experiences we have had! We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay outside the city!
