air conditioning, location, atmosphere, staff
bathroom was separated from room. was labeled private but anyone could use it if they really wanted (although I believe the other rooms had in suite bathrooms)

Mediterranean feeling. White and blue. The room is spacious and comfortable facing a little courtyards with tables and chairs. There is also a kitchen with fridge and stove and a coffee machine. Good Wifi signal. Kind and helpful host. I was able to place my bicycle inside the courtyard.
The house is in a very quiet location, but there is no sound insulation, so guest have to keep in mind this.
