The staff was very friendly. It’s in a convenient location, close to everything and right across the street from Legoland. Everything was clean, the room was spacious and it was very quiet, which was nice.

My stay was awesome! the rate for one of my nights for$369. 00 a night was way too high.

the parking was a serious problem, we drove around for 20 mins trying to find a parking spot.

Excellent stay!

I recently stayed here while traveling as a solo woman and felt completely safe on my own. The facilities are excellent and the staff took really good care of me. Highly recommend!

Superb

The location is great, it’s by a lot of restaurants and literally across the street from Legoland. Also, Publix is next door to the hotel as well!

Close to Legoland, but some distance to good fast food places

Registering for the free wifi on mobile was confusing. We ended up logging with our room details and had to pay for the premium wifi for the full stay there. They were not willing to cancel the remaining days, as soon as we reported the misunderstanding. No kettle or proper cups / glasses in rooms, although there was a coffee machine and paper cups. We required hot water needed for a good cup of tea, which we tried with the coffee machine, but the water had coffee remnants in it

Clean hotel, but unfortunate and frustrating that they couldn’t accommodate adjoining rooms for us.

I requested adjoining rooms for my family of 6. I put the request in around February and again right before we visited Florida this past week. I know there aren’t guarantees but we were very disappointed that my husband and I had to split up with our kids and sleep in different rooms. Very upsetting for our family vacation.

Quality, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service throughout the organization. Enjoyed the food and beverage service. Laundry room is top notch. Safe environment, inside and out. Thank you!

We booked a pool view room, but got a view of the road instead. Would have preferred the pool view.

location near Legoland The restaurant and bar - food very good

We were there from Monday to Thu . Although told ( more than once in the front desk) that we had a situation in the room with the shower and that we needed them to pick up the wet towels they never entered the room . Yes, they brought towels and left them on the door. The trash cans were full . I know things changed during the pandemia but cleaning is very important
