This top floor Sanctuary condo with Pelican Bay beach access offers the comfort & convenience to become your Naples retreat + true paradise. An open, airy floor plan features peaceful lake & fountain views from the living/dining areas, the spacious master bedroom, & the screened lanai. Large windows flood the rooms w/light. The kitchen opens to the other living areas - a popular update. The Sanctuary, w/its beautifully landscaped + serene grounds, is located just a short distance from the south Tram station in Pelican Bay, ready to transport you to the beach, dining, exercise classes, + spectacular sunsets - you'll soon see for yourself! It's also close to Waterside Shops, & Mercato. The sunny, lakefront pool is just steps away and the perfect spot to exercise (or relax!), take in the sun, enjoy a good book or the companionship of friends & family. With access to Pelican Bay amenities, you'll can utilize it's two beachfront restaurants, fitness center, tennis courts, walking paths, & the Sanctuary's sunny lakefront pool pavilion.

A previous review cited a number of negatives, so we were a little leery about renting here initially. That reviewer was accurate about a small hole in a wall near an outlet and unpainted spots in the bathroom walls, but sheets and towels were fine. The place could use a deep cleaning and new window treatments. None of those issues precluded us from having a wonderful month! And Susan was a fabulous, super-competent, and responsive manager who was delightful to with!! Would have rented again next year if we could have!
