Muy bien ubicado, muy recomendable.

Ubicación perfecta, muy próxima a la catedral y a otros sitios de interés, además también tiene cerca la parada del bus al aeropuerto. Limpio y cocina bien equipada.

Mejorable el sofá, aunque no hay mucho espacio para más pero es algo a tener en cuenta a la hora de elegir ya que caben dos muy justo.

Goed verzorgd verblijf van drie dagen midden in het centrum van Santiago de Compostella

Wat een leuk appartement! Wij waren met zijn 3-en, mijn partner, broer en ik. De locatie van het appartement is top, prachtig in het centrum, supermarktje om de hoek. Het appartement is ook mooi schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De douche lijkt wel splinternieuw, is schoon en lekker warm met een gewone douchekop en stortdouchekop, volledige ingerichte keuken, extra dekens en kussens voor de bedden wanneer je wilt en twee handdoeken per persoon. Wij hebben er drie nachten geslapen en ik ben helemaal tevreden. De verhuurder heb ik niet gezien, maar contact over de telefoon en whatsapp is prettig. Hij stuurde ook allerlei tips (linkjes) over waar te eten, waar de supermarkten zijn en welke excursies leuk zijn. Echt een aanrader.

Bem localizado numa cidade maravilhosa como Santiago de Compostela!

O apartamento ficava bem situado o que facilitou a mobilidade na cidade, visto que éramos um grupo de peregrinas e dado o cansaço não tivemos que andar muito mais, pois ficava perto da catedral.

A receção ao alojamento não foi a melhor, visto que se não fosse uma senhora a entrar para o prédio não teríamos forma de chegar à porta do apartamento onde tinha a caixa protegida com código para obter as chaves. O que nos foi dito por telefone durante o caminho a pé até Santiago é que tínhamos que efetuar o pagamento de uma fiança (informação presente na booking) e que ainda não tínhamos feito, assim como identificação dos 4 elementos do grupo. Também, simpaticamente, nos facultou sem pedirmos alguns sítios para visitar e jantar. No final da chamada que foi curta, o anfitrião disse-nos que aquando da nossa chegada ligássemos para ele nos abrir a porta do prédio. Isso nunca aconteceu até fazermos o check-out, sendo que fizemos várias tentativas de chamada. Agradecemos a sorte de ter encontrada aquela senhora, caso contrário teríamos ficado sem alojamento para dormir, depois de termos pago a estadia e a fiança. Já em casa, ligamos de novo para o anfitrião, para perceber se faria o reembolso da fiança, que nos disse que não tinha visto as mensagens recebidas e pediu desculpa pelo sucedido. Caso encerrado! Fica a critica construtiva apenas para numa próxima ter mais atenção e certificar-se que os hóspedes estão acomodados.

Location is good very central

The host asked for €50 of deposit to paid via PayPal He asked for this about 5 hours after we checked in, obviously we didn’t pay as it wasn’t mentioned on the terms and conditions

Overall the apartment met our needs and benefited from its central location.

Very central location. Very good kitchen. Fair sized bedrooms

No instructions on collection of keys before arrival. Common area contained a sofa and TV but was small to service 4 people. Foldup table and chairs available but we would have found an additional armchair more useful since we were eating main meals at restaurants.

A solid place in the old town.

The location was fantastic - just off the central area. The owner has put a lot of effort into sound reduction. We slept peacefully through the loudest celebration of the year with a wild street party just around the corner. The owner was very helpful. The kitchen is very modern. Best washer in Spain. Wi-Fi was good. One of the reviews mentioned a loud bar below. We only saw a quiet breakfast place - recommend.

Like most places in the old town, it’s small. Some of the furniture is bulky and hard to maneuver around. Some parts need updating. Needs a drying rack.

Central to where you need to be.

It was perfectly located.

The apartment was adequate. You didn't want to really be in there except for sleeping. Beds were comfy and clean and bedrooms quite nice maybe a little basic.(I'm not that fussy) The social area was very minimal a tiny sofa, chairs and table packed up to be folded out in case you ate at the apartment. The most disappointing aspect was for us at checkout, due to parking the car miles away (you can't park near the apartment). Thus we ran 10 minutes late in torrential rain and the owner continually breathed down our necks to get out due to cleaners coming (nonsense.) Seriously 4 texts and 2 phone calls by the time we were 6 minutes late!! The last irritating thing is before we checked in to the apartment the landlord insisted we pay an additional 50 euro deposit via PayPal to be refunded after checkout. He was slow paying this back although he did apologise. None of the other bookings we have had via Booking.com does this. None of the above was too bad, easy to put up with and you have to tolerate the odd bit of nonsense. Its a shame as he forwarded a ton of really useful information about where to visit and where to eat which was really nice.

Excellent location in a quiet part of town but still close to all the restaurants and sites.

Apartment was a little small for 3+ people but we managed. Beds were quite small too

Location was great however the fact that there is a night club next door that doesn't close till 440am makes it problematic. We understand that it is not the owners fault however if it needs to be considered if staying midweek over weekend

The overnight noise. The sheets were too short on the single bed which kept coming undone. Only supplied 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 days for 3 people.

No staff! Could not leave bags there before check in. Had to carry them everywhere. Most people coming through Santiago de Compestella are pilgrims backpacking. Most accommodations allow for bag drop off.

The location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk to the Cathedral.

It was very noisy. Not from the outside, but if someone enters the building or comes up the stairs, you can hear litterally what is happening.

Available convenient check-in to the apartment from 12 o'clock. Got all the information with instructions on how to get the keys. The owner answered all of our questions and also shared information about nearby cafes. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The linens and towels smelled fresh. Also, the apartment has high speed internet, so we did not feel uncomfortable using Skype. A special thanks to the owner for worrying about the guests and leaving a bottle of mineral water in the fridge and some candy. The apartment is in the heart of the city and you can walk to all the tourist locations. I recommend it to everyone.

Location was great.the beds were really comfy. It was very clean.

The living room was very small even for 2 people. The internet wasn't good. We stayed Friday and Saturday nights and there was loud noise music and people talking until 5am so it was difficult to sleep. Sunday was ok !
