Very good overall for its price
Facility appears not to be secured enough as in the night drunk people came in and shouted waking up everyone!

not so many things
the quality of furniture was super low. the place was really cheap
1.5 / 5.0
Key positive: it's cheap. The room was also clean. It was reasonably easy to find (although no sign on the door to tell you you're there ... just the building number). There's loads of free street parking nearby - a couple of minutes walk typically to get a space. There are a few pleasant restaurants nearby with €10 pizza or pasta. The landlord/owner helpfully sent a message the day before with the access code to get into the building.
This is a *really* basic place - reminiscent of cheap university halls from the 1980s. It's well outside the centre of town and it *really* needs a good spruce up/refurbishment. And it needs to get rid of the smell of smoking.
The info says "toiletries and towels provided". True. There was handwash provided. That's it. In the shower was handwash, in the room was handwash. And the towel ranked alongside the sort of towel that has outlived its use and is now used for cleaning oil off my hands when I'm cleaning my bike. Oh, it was small and extremely thin.
Bed linen was provided - again very cheap, with a hole (cigarette burn?) in the sheet. No pillow case.
The bathroom is extremely small - you can wash your feet in the shower whilst on the toilet. And there's no basin in there, so you need to go back to your room to wash your hands.
It was roasting hot in there - I'd forgive that for the first night when it had been 30 degrees + outside, but on the second night it had been cool during the day. the window had been left open all day and still it was too hot, with no fan or anything to try to cool things down.
Finally. there's no obvious staff on site, so when people came in at midnight, chatting loudly, turning lights on/off all the time (which lights up the bedroom through the threadbare curtains) there was no-one to tell them to shut up.

clean, easy check in, free parking.
problems with water pressure in property meant taps in rooms didn't work and two higher floor showers had poor pressure.

Just a quick response from a stuff, and willingness to move us to another room that was better.
The first room was too small, ground floor, next to the main road, window next to the entrance. The room is not even shown on the booking pictures. The mattress was terrible! If you like to sleep on your stomach you'll finish in uncomfortable position because mattress was so soft and indented in the middle, makes you feel like you are lying on an ordinary sponge. Shower curtain is dirty and like it was never changed. The doors doesn't look safe at all, we had a feeling someone have broken the door lock.

A basic room but adequate for a one night stopover.
It is located on a one way street and I found it difficult to find. I drove past it as my maps told me it was further on and I had to go around in a circle on the one way streets to get back.

The sheets were clean, the staff was nice.
It was too hot and noisy for us to have a good night sleep

Several shops reachable by foot from the apartment
Obviously renovated bathroom, gave a nice feeling
Comfy good bed
Ground floor apartment
Very hard to find a parking place for the car in the busy street, we ended up walking about 1km with luggages.
Straight on the road, in a busy street, quite many people passing by just in front of the window
Quite tight room

3.5 / 5.0
The price is really good. The place is relatively close to the center and even closer to some important places to see . The staff helps you with your questions and takes care of your problems when noticed.
The facilities are not great, most of them are old. But it is relatively clean and tidy. The staff takes care of everything when noticed about the inconveniences. Room number is basically in the street and it will be very challenging to get some rest of your sleep is light. People make too much noise in staircases and holes and the noises from the street are directly in the room. But after midnight it is quiet and I was too tired to hear any noises afterwards.

As one of the rooms was downstairs we could bring our bikes inside.
Noisy

It was a bargain.
Did not see anyone. Communication was done on a door stop button communication
1.0 / 5.0
The place has been renovated nicely and the spaces reasonably clean. Finding it was a bit challenging as there is NO indication on the street that you are there and by just trying the door code of an anynoums door we realised it was the right place!
The room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke and the bedding, matress, pillow as well. It was almost impossible to sleep due to the pungent smell. The no smoking was ignored and the kitchen area stank from ashtrays and smoking. Not recommended
