We really enjoyed our stay
Breakfast was superb. Hospitality ow my gosh.... staff was so friendly and helpful. The lady who checked us in went out of her way to make us comfortable. I forgot her name but I would like this message to be shared with her.
The noise from the bar was too much

will not recommend this resort/hotel.
n/a did not have breakfast
The carpets give off a terrible smell and wooden floor sections are loose. The television was not working, they did try and rectify the problem. Will not recommend this resort to anyone. Secure parking was confirmed however the gates stayed open and did not sleep well worrying that the company vehicle would be stollen.

Your young receptionist told us to finish our drinks in the lounge at 945pm and go to our rooms. She felt that one of our colleagues was laughing too loud

Not value for money, The pictures on the website are not the true condition in the hotel.Very bad st
There was damp smell in the rooms and walls were damp.Carpets were smelling bad, no mixer taps in bathroom. I booked 3 rooms and we all did not sleep well.
