Good for a short stay, Good value, a bit outside of the tourist area, but walkable..

The room was comfortable amd clean. They provide local style breakfast. The location is also ok. I'd book it again if I had to go to Ipoh. No complaints.

Un cauchemar!!!!

L’hôtel est très bien situé au centre ville. Le Check up facile et la personne de l’accueil très serviable. En outre, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la possibilité de se faire le petit déjeuner avec tous les ingrédients à disposition dans une salle du RDC.

Nous avions loué la suite 2 chambres avec salle de bain privative afin d’avoir suffisamment de surface pour manipuler les bagages. En fait nous nous sommes retrouvés sous les toits dans ce que je nommerais un container pour ne pas dire un boui-boui. La « suite » était directement en face de la buanderie de l’hôtel où les machines à laver tournaient quasiment 24/24 avec un bruit d’enfer. Les 2 chambres communiquaient par la salle de bain ( ou du moins ce qui s’apparente à une salle de bain, à l’avenant du reste) avec des portes mal synchronisées. La chambre où nous dormions avait un store intérieur qui était en position baissée lorsque nous sommes arrivés. La chainette pour le manipuler était cassée et nous n’avons donc jamais vu la lumière du jour. Quant à la 2eme chambre qui nous servait de bagagerie, elle n’avait quant à elle pas de fenêtre du tout. Et enfin, cerise sur le gâteau, l’ascenseur ne montait pas jusqu’au niveau de la chambre. 20 marches à monter à pied avec des valises de 20 kg. Tout ça pour un prix supérieur à celui d’un appartement luxueux de 70 m2 à KUALA LUMPUR avec vue à couper le souffle sur toute la ville. Bref. SCANDALEUX.

Repetiría sin ninguna duda. No dudeis en venir.

La ubicación, la habitación muy buena y cómoda. Estaba todo muy limpio. Tiene servicios de limpieza de ropa (pagando extra), desayuno incluido (que no marca en la reserva)…

Quizás algo más de ruido de la calle en la habitación. Por eso no les pongo un 10

Bastante bien

Habitación bastante espaciosa con ducha. Eso si, parece que la hayan puesto recientemente porque el gel y champú estaban en el baño (fuera de la habitación, no en la ducha de la habitación). Había tostadas y huevos para desayunar.

Habitación sin ventana. Se nos apareció una cucaracha viva en la habitación.

Excellent location but not for light sleepers

Bed's of decent quality (not too soft that my back hurts 😅), lighting's fine and basic amenities are provided. Location is good as well as it's located in the town centre.

Busy streets with loud traffic's occasionally. Probably due to Thaipusam, there were religious proceeding going on at the streets right below till the wee hours during our stay, it was an unique experience for us definitely.

Good value, nice terrace.

Our stay was great. The location is 10 min walking distance from anything you might want to do or need. The bed was comfortable, water was hot and good pressure. The self serve breakfast was a great spread. We had the queen room with balcony and had the roof terrace mostly to ourselves and there was a kettle and sink up there which was really nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The space in the room is small, but it’s a great value.

Love everything and set up in this place. Very clean and coffee, tea, egg and toast provided all day!! Great place with great value. Excellent staffing!! Great location!!

Agua caliente, wifi y aire acondicionado en la habitación. Tiene lo básico para pasar la noche si vas de paso por Ipoh. El personal es encantado y me gustó la zona de trabajo que tienen en frente de recepción.

Good value for money.

Comfy bed and good size room. Nice place for a couple of nights and good price. Bonus with the included breakfast of eggs and toast etc

In the mornings there would be a smell in the room. It would disappear after a while.

Great location, great price, great stay

Excellent location near plenty of great places to eat and sights to see. The room was a great size and fit all three of us well- the sofa bed was extremely comfy. The terrace was a lovely space to wind down, drinking water and free range coffee and tea were very nice. For a stay in Ipoh this is an excellent shout!

Non of the memorable one

It located at strategic location in the middle of Ipoh city. Convinience for surrounding walk and leisure

The aiconditioner is not cold enough. I wake up few times just to take shower and be cold. The aircond maybe a small hp unit which not suitable for 3 pax in a room. We are sweating overnight and didnt have good sleep.

Great location, great choice.

Very friendly staff, great location, room was small but very clean and comfortable. If we had read the description we would have known that the room has only 11m^2, but it didn't bother us either. In the shared kitchen they provided everything for free.

The bedsheet was too small for the bed, so it kept falling off. The window which was supposed to have "city view" was blocked by some concrete structure that goes around the whole building. Still a great choice.

Value for money, good for a short stay

Very convenient location. Walkable distance to where all the famous eateries are (e.g. Funny mountain tau fu fah, Lou Wong chicken rice) and also to Concubine Street area. Ample parking available at the road side. Simple breakfast is available, even with instructions on how to prep the eggs the Malaysian way.

Room and bathroom are reasonable clean, though there's some old room smell due to bad air circulation (there are no windows in my room and the bathroom). Bathroom lighting is too dimmed. Very poor sound proofing, can easily hear people talking outside the room, or cars on the road.

There's a room for improvement, the lady was good enough to bring us umbrella as requested.

Bed was comfy, yes but there's stain after we flip the comforter.

The dust on the light bulb was scary. The toilet switch was dirty.

A really worth place to stay and rest!

Second time staying and love the property! It has everything that i need especially the water heater and iron hehe

From the picture, i thought the 2 walls will have window but only have 1 wall have the window, its okay as long as still got window hehe

Would stay here again!

The breakfast was nice. The place provides a self-service breakfast that I can go to and just make myself a breakfast. That was helpful for me. And all of the facilities are prepared, clothes iron, clean water for drinking, microwave, water heater, elevator was functioning well and fast, and the entrance door was secure. Made me feel safe when entering the facility at night. The staff was very nice too when I asked if I could use the microwave in the middle of the night. Would stay here again :)

The toilet was clean and everything was working well. But it had a slight off smell. It's not that bad but just sharing my experience. I'm not sure where the smell was from, but again the toilet was very clean. Also, the parking might be a bit difficult in the day, but at night the road is pretty much empty.

Disappointing Stay: Poor Value for Money

Kind staff

I cannot recommend it. Despite kind staff, the overall experience was disappointing. Dirty bed sheets were promptly changed after our complaint, but the bathroom sink had a persistent bad odor. The hotel was poorly maintained with peeling wallpaper and chipped furniture. Its location on a busy intersection resulted in constant noise, making it difficult to sleep. Considering these issues, it was a poor value for the price. Despite the staff's kindness, I suggest looking for better options.
