It has a panoramic ocean view, a fully-equipped kitchen, window unit air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, 3 flat-screen TVs, telephone service with long distance calling to the continental US, and free WIFI. The living room features A/C, ceiling fan, and flat-screen TV. A pair of high-powered binoculars is included for spotting turtles and whales. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, A/C, ceiling fan, a flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom. Bedroom #2 is above the living room and is sufficiently cooled by the living room A/C. In addition to the listed amenities, #403 also has a vacuum cleaner, Circulon cookware, a spice rack, Kitchenaid knife block, and Kitchenaid hand mixer, a set of mixing bowls, BBQ tools, a waterproof rechargeable Bluetooth speaker, and a Sharper Image 6-port USB charging station. Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. Sleeps 4.

We loved our stay in this ocean front condo. Very central location, close to airport and freeways. The condo was clean and had all listed amenities. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Best part is the lanai with gorgeous ocean views, and watching the sea turtles play in the waves right in front of us!

Loved spotting whales (seasonal) with the provided binoculars while eating breakfast from the balcony/lanai. Would book again based on "central" location and amazing views of the bay/ocean. Fairly direct view of the Molokini crater in the distance as well. Space is adequate, but it is a little on the "close quarters" side of things. Just be prepared for that and it will be fine. Our adult son thought the Hideaway bed was reasonably comfortable, especially compared to some other places we have stayed. The stackable washer dryer is great. Just be aware that it's located in the main bedroom closet and the dryer vent exhausts directly into the bedroom closet itself. Not a big issue if you start the dryer as you are leaving the condo for the day. It's fine to use when you are there as well, but the bedroom gets a little "musty". Unit Includes some beach chairs and snorkels. The window and portable AC units do indeed cool the place down. Helps to open the front and back doors when you get home for the day just to air things out before turning on the AC. The place worked great for our family of four! We would consider booking again.

We were out doing stuff all day so this place was a perfect fit for us. It was nice and had everything we needed. The only complaints are that there are no fans or windows in the washrooms, and there was nowhere to hang clothes in the upstairs loft. Relatively minor stuff. We saw tonnes of whales, dolphins, and turtles right from the balcony. I would not recommend doing the grocery delivery as it is very expensive. The quantities are hit or miss and you just don’t know how much you are spending until the bill comes. Communication with the property was great, the check-in process was flawless, and the app they ask you to download is quite helpful.

This lovely condo in Maalaea was the perfect place for a fun and beautiful Maui visit. The view from the living room / lanai was breathtaking… we can’t decide if we loved sunrise or sunset better! So memorable! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. You can’t beat this location on the island. We found great restaurants and surf spots just minutes away. We will be back!

The condo was amazing. The view was wonderful and we were able to spot turtles and whales right off of the lanai. The two bedrooms was a game changer and gave us all the space we needed. The AC was more than adequate to keep the loft cool. Such a great location and vacation spot.

Our condo had everything we needed and the view is outstanding! We used the grill, hot tub and pool. The grounds are always very well maintained. We watched whales and turtles from our lanai. The beach park down the street is our favorite spot to start our beach walk. It’s miles of uninterrupted beach... perfect for a morning or sunset walk. (Also a great place to swim) We will be back.

Our overall impression of this property was pretty good. We arrived late in the evening so the having all the information to get into the condo made the process so easy and convenient. Waking up to that view for nearly two weeks was worth every penny. The area is easy to get to and quiet. Upstairs was a little warmer than downstairs but lots of fans and adequate air conditioning provided. There was only two of us but it's a great size for four adults. My only suggestion would be to add a full length mirror, a girls gotta make sure she looks cute for the day! Would stay here again!

We stayed from July 20-27, and am so thankful we did. The condo was well equipped and very clean. The only downfall was the air conditioning didn’t keep up and made for difficult sleeping at night. But we’re in Hawaii, so it didn’t cause that much of a problem. I would stay there again.

The apartment had a lovely ocean view- with turtles on the property. The building where the condo was located needs some TLC (the elevator required some upkeep, trash was sometimes left and not picked up). However, the grounds facing the ocean were well-tended to. Within the apartment, the shower curtains in the bathrooms were quite dirty and needed to be replaced (moldy). The kitchen was well-equipped, the bedrooms are smaller than we had anticipated. The washer and dryer were located in the master bedroom a slight inconvenience (room became very warm after using the dryer). Also, we could hear the neighbouring units-the soundproofing needs to be improved.

My only concern was the air conditioner should have been turned on before we arrived so it wouldn't be so stuffy inside. If that was done it would have been perfect.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay in this condo which was tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of the other popular areas. Condo had everything we needed and the views were great. Exactly as described in the listing.

The cable was out the first day, the hot tub, and bbq were out for two days also, ruining our cinco de mayo plans. The main entrance is very dangerous, as it’s extremely windy, and the door blew open as my wife was exiting, and it slammed into her pinned her arm between wall bruising her arm. But not bad place overall.

We chose the location because it was central to all areas of the island. Being on the bay during humpback whale season exceeded our expectations. This rental is a lovely place - quiet, with plenty of amenities. We could not have asked for a better place. Mahalo

A perfect central location to all island activities! Comfortable for our group of 4. Our only wish would have been for more air conditioning as the wall unit wasn’t really able to keep the bedrooms cool. Opening the windows and turning the fans on helped some but still a little warm and humid for sleeping. But that’s just getting nit picky because the setting was gorgeous and worth it!!

If one or two days are rainy there’s a great Smart TV in the living room to pass the time. Appliances are nice, and the refrigerator is better than most in this complex. Clean and comfortable. This was our third time here. No complaints!!

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was disappointed about the location. It was so windy each day that any beach nearby had sand blowing in our faces. Pictures depicted twin beds for my kids and there was a double bed instead. My pillows were so flat that it gave me a neck ache. We did enjoy the pool and spa. I would never stay in this location again.
